We recently had a ground mounted solar system installed by Sun Arc Solar Systems, consisting of 20 panels and a 10kWh Sigenergy battery, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Every member of the team we dealt with, from sales and office admin to the installers and electricians, was informative, helpful and genuinely friendly. Communication throughout the process was clear and reassuring, and the installation itself was seamless and very well organised. The system is already delivering great results, and we are seeing the benefits straight away. I would highly recommend Sun Arc Solar Systems to anyone considering solar.

Great company to deal from start to finish. The sales person was far more knowledgeable than the few other companies I spoke to or visited my house. No pushy sales tactics. Listened to my exact needs and designed a system around what I needed rather than a generic solution. Installed happened ahead of time. The panel installers and electricians were very polite and their work was clean. I was consulted on the day of install to make sure I was happy with the positioning of equipment and any cables. One small issue with equipment (no one’s fault) it was sorted with no questions asked. I can highly recommend.

We researched alot of solar providers and decided to go with Sun Arc Solar due to it being an established company and was looking for a company that would assist and call on if we had issues or questions and would not just install and forget that's imported for me. We had our solar system installed 1 month ago with Sun Arc. From the first visit from Andrew to the final installation with Paddy we had a great experience. Andrew came out to do a site visit initially and he spent a lot of time going over the different options I had. I wasn't convinced that roof mounting was optimal for my location and we both agreed that a ground mount system was ideal. I also wanted batteries and a changeover switch which were all accounted for in the quote. I had a few questions before installation and Andrew always came back to me once he knew he had the correct information. On the final installation day we had a problem with getting a wifi signal to the inverter/gateway but Paddy and his guys came along with a can do attitude and had a solution within the half hour. All the work around the inverter/batteries/gateway is very neat and others have commented on what a good install it is. Paddy explained the app to me very clearly and down the rabbit hole I went and have been glued to it since. I shopped around at the time and Sun Arc had a competitive quote but also I felt listened to and I felt fairly confident that they knew what they were at. I am delighted with the set up and the only regret I have is that I didn't get it in before the summer to see all those credits building up for winter. Thanks to Andrew, Paddy, Roisin and all the other lads that came out and got on with the job in a very professional manner.

Sun Arc solar installed my solar system for me recently absolutely delighted with the whole installation from ordering to installation .Had one or two little issues but where always on ther end of phone to sort for me.Highly recommend from roof installers to electrician's to the girls in the office.

Efficient installation but customer service ends when the installation is complete! There’s lots of companies doing Solar installation and their installation was fine but don’t expect much once thats done.

This company is ringing and texting me…

This company is ringing and texting me months after not receiving anything from them. I asked for a quote in April. Heard nothing. Now all of a sudden contacting me out of the blue . Ringing and wats app texting . Very aggressive . Avoid this company
