We recently had a ground mounted solar system installed by Sun Arc Solar Systems, consisting of 20 panels and a 10kWh Sigenergy battery, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Every member of the team we dealt with, from sales and office admin to the installers and electricians, was informative, helpful and genuinely friendly. Communication throughout the process was clear and reassuring, and the installation itself was seamless and very well organised. The system is already delivering great results, and we are seeing the benefits straight away. I would highly recommend Sun Arc Solar Systems to anyone considering solar.

Really impressive site visit for a quote on a solar system from Andrew a few weeks ago - enough information on pro's and con's given that I felt I could make an informed decision. I will be recommending.

We researched alot of solar providers and decided to go with Sun Arc Solar due to it being an established company and was looking for a company that would assist and call on if we had issues or questions and would not just install and forget that's imported for me. The install and support so far has been excellent highly recommended. The solution we went for was Sigenergy system and its been amazing so far. Got solar system installed recently. All paper work was sorted by the head office including the grant and microgeneration. Generated 19.8KW yesterday. Thanks to Róisín and Andrew for getting me sorted.

We had our solar system installed 1 month ago with Sun Arc. From the first visit from Andrew to the final installation with Paddy we had a great experience. Andrew came out to do a site visit initially and he spent a lot of time going over the different options I had. I wasn't convinced that roof mounting was optimal for my location and we both agreed that a ground mount system was ideal. I also wanted batteries and a changeover switch which were all accounted for in the quote. I had a few questions before installation and Andrew always came back to me once he knew he had the correct information. On the final installation day we had a problem with getting a wifi signal to the inverter/gateway but Paddy and his guys came along with a can do attitude and had a solution within the half hour. All the work around the inverter/batteries/gateway is very neat and others have commented on what a good install it is. Paddy explained the app to me very clearly and down the rabbit hole I went and have been glued to it since. I shopped around at the time and Sun Arc had a competitive quote but also I felt listened to and I felt fairly confident that they knew what they were at. I am delighted with the set up and the only regret I have is that I didn't get it in before the summer to see all those credits building up for winter. Thanks to Andrew, Paddy, Roisin and all the other lads that came out and got on with the job in a very professional manner.

Great company to deal from start to finish. The sales person was far more knowledgeable than the few other companies I spoke to or visited my house. No pushy sales tactics. Listened to my exact needs and designed a system around what I needed rather than a generic solution. Installed happened ahead of time. The panel installers and electricians were very polite and their work was clean. I was consulted on the day of install to make sure I was happy with the positioning of equipment and any cables. One small issue with equipment (no one’s fault) it was sorted with no questions asked. I can highly recommend.

We met with Declan from Sun Arc Solar Systems and immediately felt at ease with his advice and recommendations for our solar installation. No pushy sales here. After deposits paid and a few friendly phone calls from the office advising of dates, 6 weeks later the roofers came out to put the panels on which my wife met with them on the day and said they were all lovely and pleasant to chat with. I then met with the electricians the following week to hook it all up and also Paddy, who’s communication skills and technical knowledge help solved a minor WiFi issue we had getting the app to work. Sun Arc solar installed my solar system for me recently absolutely delighted with the whole installation from ordering to installation .Had one or two little issues but where always on ther end of phone to sort for me.Highly recommend from roof installers to electrician's to the girls in the office.

Efficient installation but customer…

Efficient installation but customer service ends when the installation is complete! There’s lots of companies doing Solar installation and their installation was fine but don’t expect much once thats done.

Sun Arc are an amazing company and I would recommend them to anyone looking into installing solar panels. We had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Andrew is a credit to this company and he gave us lots of advice on our first meeting. The Livoltek inverter and app all work seamlessly and we can see in real-time how much we are generating. The roofers and electricians are all very friendly, professional and tidy. They were in and out in no time. The office staff were also very friendly and helpful and they handled all the paperwork. We have the system 3 months now and it is working well and generating as much if not more electricity than Andrew projected. I couldn't recommend this company more highly. This company is ringing and texting me…

This company is ringing and texting me months after not receiving anything from them. I asked for a quote in April. Heard nothing. Now all of a sudden contacting me out of the blue . Ringing and wats app texting . Very aggressive . Avoid this company

I had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Andrew gave me lots of advice on our first meeting without the pushing for a sale I experienced with other companies. Charmaine and Roisin did all the paperwork for me and kept me updated every step of the way. All my email queries were answered within minutes! An excellent team from start to finish . Charlene taking all the stress out of the admin side of things and Billy having quotes ready promptly and all questions answered . Great attention to detail from the roofing team with “pricey” and William on the job early and left no mess . then followed by the electrics team with Antony and crew completing the wiring and fitting and setting up the app and full explanations about the mechanism and how to interpret the App. Just a brilliant job all round . The entire experience with Sun Arc Solar was fantastic. Very professional and knowledgeable people starting with site visit from Billy. Lee and the roof team were superb and then Paddy and his colleague were excellent on the electrical front. Can absolutely recommend this company. It was the most seamless and stress free job from the moment Pat made his initial visit to the day I was up and running with my solar panels. Charlene in the office is a diamond and is so knowledgeable about their product and grants etc nothing was an issue and she replied to emails promptly and with courtesy.

The installation of panels was super quick and shortly after that the electricians came to connect the panels to the grid and were very efficient and explained the system and now we are making our own power thanks to Sun Arc Solar Systems company, I highly recommend this company to anybody thinking about getting solar panels as you will not regret it.

Sun Arc has been extremely informative, efficient, and friendly throughout the whole process of getting our solar panels. After a lot of research on multiple solar panel companies, we decided on Sun Arc as not alone were they the best for price, but we chose them more because of their honesty and industry knowledge. It has been a great experience from the initial meeting with Anthony, having the installation crew on site, and all the help from Charmaine who cordinated everything and organised the grant. It is obvious that Sun Arc is not just about the sale but more about service. I would definitely recommend them for any future Solar panel work required.
