One of your Circet vans 251D30875 is parked on my mothers path ( front wheel and back wheel) in Gulistan Cottages Rathmines. These cottages have no front gardens and the van is currently on a path that collapsed from the same issue years ago...heavy vans parking on it. My mother is 88 yrs old and suffers from dementia. She has just come home from hospital after having pneumonia. One of her last few pleasures is being able to look out of her front window and see a bit of life. This van is blocking her front bedroom and sitting room window . It's been reported to Rathmines Garda Station and Dublin City Council parking services. It's to be removed from my mothers property immediately. My mothers sitting room and bedroom have been in darkness for the past few days because of your companies van blocking the light. Remove it immediately .
This is the worse customer experience I have ever had. We were told that installing internet at our property in west Cork would take 10-12 working days. That was in August last year, it’s now January 2026 and it’s still not in. They were working with a third party to do the cabling outside - it took them months to get the work done and when they said it was done, I flew over from the UK to do the inside connection. They didn’t show for the appointment. I had to extend my stay in Ireland to make a follow up appointment; they still couldn’t install it. Apparently the outside works weren’t done properly! The worst part is the call centre - when trying to get in contact with them, every time I call the line is dropped while I am on hold…every time (you do know you’re a communications company don’t you?). I don’t often leave reviews but this was the worst customer experience I have ever had and it’s next to impossible to speak to anyone who cares in that company.
Had the fibre done today by a lad name is Tom very nice lad done a great job explained everything and the job wasn't quite so easy for him but he just got on with it and done the job. I think that workers like Tom should receive a bonus from their employer for the hard work they do. As the employer gets big money from the government to install it. Tom have a nice Xmas you and your family and Thanks.
Absolutely appalling service. Had arranged through Vodafone for a technician to fix my broadband line for Friday after already waiting a week for them. Was told someone would come to me between 1pm and 5pm. Received a call at 5:05pm saying a technician would not be coming to me as he had an emergency. Would give a bit of a grace but considering they called me 2 days prior to my arranged appointment asking me to reschedule I don’t believe a word of it. Was told the next available appointment was the following Friday (2 weeks wait). Pathetic customer service, just kept being told “yeah sorry”, awful awful company. Avoid anything to do with them
Absolutely Useless service. Scheduled with Circet to install our fibre broadband a month ago. Booked day off work to be there , Man came and had to leave after 30 minutes because he wasn’t feeling well. That was fair enough. Rescheduled for them to come out tomorrow the 17th, booked another day off work and they rang today cancelling at the last minute. No apology or reasonable explanation. Not good enough.
