Left the place spotless when they left. Took the time to explain how the solar system worked and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend them for any job!

Fantastic service and A++ work ! Full upgrade of old fuse board in a 1976 built property, all sockets thoroughly checked and backup grounding added, including for new water system pipe work! Highly recommend them!

Can't thank the lovely gentleman enough that gave me step by step instructions over the phone this morning helping me to restore my electric, even how to track down the culprit item that was tripping . Very helpful , knowledgeable and kind when I was getting a bit flustered. Would 100% recommend. Don't often get service like that anymore especially when you have never used them before

Wonderful service, done a great job

I contacted Positive Electrical to do a quick job for me at work. They were at my place of work very quickly and fixed the issue in less than 15 minutes. They are extremely easy to deal with from start to finish - highly recommend them.

Bought an old house. Had to rewire the whole place due to the lack of earthing of the electrical outlets. Positive Electrical were up to the challenge. Our first house, we had no experience of where to start. I sketched out the house labelling all the rooms and they sent me a list of standard fixtures for each room Kitchen,bedroom, sitting room and hall. I then edited that list either adding or subtracting sockets and lights. I put data points in the hall where the wifi router is, and one behind the TV so I can hardwire the internet. Exterior lights over the front and back door as well as external lights on motion sensors. Every socket and switch had to be chased into the walls due to the age of the previous fixtures and lack thereof. Some rooms originally only had one socket fixed to the skirting board. Wired smoke alarms in every room including the attic. I should have listened when they suggested at the time to put a light switch next to my bed. But I didn't. Between getting all the original work done and finishing the rest of the renovations, more electrical work came up. We changed our minds on our water system which made the need for an electric shower irrelevant. I got Positive Electric to come back and wire up the new immersion and change the installed shower switch for a bedroom switch after living the nightmare of having trying to get into bed first everynight. Really takes the stress out of these jobs when you have hired a professional you can trust. Good communicators. I have saved their numbers in my phone. I will be using them again in the future.

From the initial meeting to discuss the installation of the solar panels, communicating with Evelyn about grant application, payment etc, to work commencing, we were always dealt with in a friendly, professional and informative manner. The work carried out on the house was clean, tidy, workers were always on time, trustworthy and very friendly. We would 100% recommend Donie, Jenny and the whole Positive Electrical team. Positive Electrical installed a 16 panel Solar solution for me in August 2023. From the team in the office - Evelyn and Tim, to Donie, Roman, Tommy and the rest of the team, they were first class all the way through. Very clean and tidy. Great to communicate with us, and show us how it all worked. After install service was also excellent when we called them, they helped us straight away.
