Our very old alarm system suddenly went off late at night and we were unable to stop it. With a newborn baby in the house, we were very quickly becoming frantic. After several calls to a number of Alarm Companies to no avail, we were so fortunate to find 021 Electrician Cork. We spoke to an extremely helpful gentleman named Brian who calmly, courteously and quickly was able to help us resolve the problem. We cannot speak highly enough of Brian and the service from 021 Electrician Cork and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent and timely service - we had a bit of a disaster when our oven blew on New Years Eve. But Brian came out immediately and had the oven fixed within the hour.

Just wanted to say an enormous thank you to Brian who saved us from a Christmas Day disaster when our power went out at 2300 on Christmas Eve. Brian arrived within 20 minutes and had us back up and running in half an hour. I don't know what we would have done without him. Top class service!

There are two things you want when you lose power in your house (particularly when your fridge is affected!!) - a quick response time from an electrician, and an accurate diagnosis/resolution of the issue. 021 Electrician did both, we were so impressed by the efficiency of the service from contact to callout to resolution. Would recommend and will use this company again if ever needed. Thank you!!

I don’t why u have 5 star review! I’m very disappointed! your electrician did came fast but they didn’t find the problem and left with two room sockets don’t work. And they send a second quotation, said, “location needs to be identified and cable needs to replaced”. Because u charged crazy, so I went for second opinion. when another electrician came to see, he found the cause in hour. And fixed the problem without replacing the cable. So I feel your electricians are not professional enough for what I paid for, €360 an hour. If you can fix the problem, I wouldn’t complain. But I just found it the difference because u didn’t fix the problem!

I called last Sunday due to an issue with my heating and Dylan was out within the hour he was an absolute pleasure to deal with and had the issues resolved on the spot. I highly recommend they are a top class act and I will definitely get again

Excellent service - I can’t thank these guys enough. All power and electricity was down and it was a Sunday night around 9:30/10 p.m. (We also had a new born in the house & stress levels were high.) They had the power and electricity back up and running in no time. I dealt with a guy called Dylan who was absolutely top class. Very grateful for their service. I had an excellent experience with Brian and his team at 021. As soon as I logged a booking request, the office were in touch immediately, I was kept up to date about appointment and arrival times and communication was excellent. Brian and his team had a number of poor wiring and safety issues to correct which were not at all straightforward, but completed on time and everything was left spotless. I felt this was service with integrity and high standards - I would not hesitate to contact them again or to recommend them.

We had a problem tonight and lost all power. With two small children that was quite worrying. Brian arrived within half an hour and solved my problem for me. He was extremely thorough, explained exactly what he was doing and the repairs he was making and did everything with such pleasantness and warmth. We recently had a full rewire done by the 021 team and honestly, they were outstanding. Everything was done neatly, on schedule and they kept us informed every step of the way. The attention to detail was second to none and they left the house spotless. It’s rare to find tradesmen this professional. We will definitely be calling them again.

Prompt, professional and genuinely helpful. I called 021 Electrician late one evening when our power went out unexpectedly. Brian and Dylan arrived within 30 minutes, found the fault straight away and had everything running safely again within 10 minutes. They explained what happened in simple terms and even tidied up before leaving. Couldn’t fault them, brilliant service all around.

Had the team in to rewire the fuse board and redo some outside lights and sockets at my parents’ house. They were very professional and well-mannered throughout.
