Bray, Greystones, and Kilcoole have effectively become Dublin commuter suburbs, with housing prices and demographics to match. These areas have a mix of older Victorian and Edwardian homes (particularly in Bray) and modern estates (Charlesland in Greystones, Kilcoole village). The high household incomes and Dublin-level electricity consumption in north Wicklow make solar payback periods short.
