What customers say on
We had a wonderful experience with Roy and his team. They were patient, knowledgeable, and considerate of how we wanted to use our panels. The team was professional, tidy, and always happy to explain things. Couldn’t ask for better service!
From the moment I contacted Ray’s company they were hands on guiding and advising us of our options. Engineer Sean called and went through everything in detail with regard to SEAI grant. Installation was quick and hassle free. We had our installation last November and, with government electricity credits on our account, we have as of today not had to pay a bill and are still in credit. We also installed the Eddi which heats our water as we hadn’t a back boiler so no more immersion! Roy and his staff have been available at all times to answer any questions we have had after installation. I can not recommend them highly enough.😁
Roy and his team installed a 24panel system on our house in May of this year. Roy came out and went through in detail the system, how it works and how he expected it to perform. Roy took time out of his day/evening to call out and discuss the system with us, while other vendors done all communications over emails or phone calls. This played a large part in our decision to proceed with Roy for his proposed system. Now that RJC's system has been installed for two of our billing cycles, we can say it has gone beyond our expectations of what we expected it to produce, and has matched what Roy had told us what to expect. We are extremely satisfied with the effort the team at RJC renewables put into the install, commissioning and the aftercare, (Roy would answer the phone anytime and when he didn't he would return a call or send a message to answer any questions we had) and would have no problem recommending Roy and his team to any Family and Friends going forward.
In June 2025, Roy and his team installed a 24-panel solar system at my home. From start to finish, Roy provided an outstanding service. Unlikely other companies I was considering, Roy took the time to come on site to survey the property and design a system that met our requirements as a family and also our budget. Roy took care of everything, including the SEAI grant process and administrative details, making the process completely stress-free. Roy was always on hand to answer any questions I had. Installation and commissioning was completed, very efficiently, professionally and on time. We are extremely happy with our solar installation and we generated great Kw/h output throughout the summer. I would wholeheartedly recommend Roy and his team to anyone considering a PV solar system. Thanks RJC Team!
Roy and his team recently installed a 20-panel solar system at my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, the installation was completed in just one day—efficient, seamless, and professionally handled. The team was incredibly friendly, courteous, and clearly experienced in their work. What really stood out was how Roy took care of everything, including all the grant paperwork and administrative details, making the process completely stress-free for me. I didn’t know Roy before this project, but based on the outstanding service and quality of work, I would wholeheartedly recommend him and his team to anyone considering solar. A truly top-class experience!
Beef farming and midlands agriculture support farm solar
Westmeath is a strong beef and sheep farming county, with farms typically smaller than the large tillage operations of the southeast but still possessing substantial shed roofs. Cattle housing, hay barns, and machinery sheds around Moate, Kilbeggan, and Castlepollard provide good mounting surfaces for 10-20kWp farm systems. TAMS III grants have been well promoted through Westmeath's Teagasc offices, and the county has seen steady growth in farm solar installations, particularly among younger farmers planning for long-term energy cost reduction.
