My journey with Mitros started well good quotation with reasonable prices. It turned a bit south afterwards, first the installation was pushed out due to weather. When finally 6-7 weeks after I signed the contract, on the day of the installation it turned out that regardless the previous sight survey they can't fit the system where we originally planned. After quick replanning they started to work but they had some material issues so they couldn't finish the job on that day I complained of course and they were quickly back finished the job a week later. After that I had issues with the battery not charging that took a few days to sort. I know these things happen in any trade so because of that and their quick recovery I still would give them 4 stars. I hope they after sales lives up to that if I have any issues.

Mitros are honestly a great company to do business with. Highly focused on customer service from the office, to the roofers to the electricians, I have found them so easy to deal with in every aspect - nothing was a problem. In particular, Coleen and Loredana have been on the ball with our installation from start to finish - couldn't recommend Mitros enough. Thanks folks

Very positive and professional experience with Mitros. Our home PV and battery set up has been installed with a few months now and we are really happy with it. Have already recommended to friends interested in a home PV system - ours was installed and running already in a few hours

Just got my Solar PV installed. Very competitve price (especially that I need optimisers as there's a big tree at the back). Support was accomodating and responsive (in reasonable time). With the installation yesterday, everyone's fully equipped properly. It went smoothly, with a slight offset from the center, but I'd say it was not really a problem enough. Post-care remains to be seen, I'll update my review, if there's any issues. But looking great so far.

Very good company. They came to install quickly and did everything well. I want to mention Andrei when he saw that the chimney was casting a shadow he also installed optimizers as a gift. I am very satisfied. Success!
