I was really happy with the workmanship that was carried out. The staff were very helpful. The only small issue I had was the communication as when the work was going to be carried out. It would have been better if I was contacted as opposed to me making the contact.

I’m extremely happy with my experience with Nusolas Solar. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and professional. The sales team were knowledgeable and helpful, the support staff were always quick to assist, and the installation crew did an excellent job — very efficient, tidy, and respectful of my home. The entire project was handled with great care and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Nusolas Solar to anyone considering solar panels.

Reported a fault on Bank Holiday Monday. Got a response the following day with some solutions to investigate. When that didn’t solve it, NuSolas has 2 engineers call on Thursday with the system back on line by lunchtime. Great response, thanks to NuSolas 👍🏻

Work professional but concerned about one issue

All work completed professionally and working fine, however I am disputing the price I have been charged and it is ongoing.

I've had a great experience with NuSolas. The system they installed was very reasonably priced. They always arrived on time and when they left, the place was spotless. I highly recommend this company

Generally, a great company to deal with, everyone very helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Quality of installation very good, everything worked as it should. One small negative point. Handover and explanation of how system works – quite poor, room for improvement.

I had my PV system installed by Nusolas at the same time as my neighbour. His system has one panel less each side, yet his produces around 30% more energy than mine on a regular basis (we both monitor our production in the apps). For me it’s obvious something is wrong with my system, but despite raising this several times I still don’t have a proper explanation or fix. Once the installation was done and the SEAI grant was going to their account, the after-sales support basically disappeared – slow replies, no real interest in getting to the bottom of the problem. In my opinion the system is not working as it should and Nusolas’ after-sales service has been extremely poor. I wouldn’t use them again and I’d tell others to think twice before choosing them. I’ll also be raising this with the relevant authorities if it’s not resolved.

Excellent service and customer care from start to finish. Salesman Ross was thorough, informative and made sure we got everything we required. Installation team were great coping excellently with our rural location and weather. The onsite team led by Leon and James managed to deal with some unexpected issues that arose.

Just had Nusolas complete installation of 21 panels , 10kw battery and Zappi charging point , from initial consultation with Ross , to completion with Bobby , it’s been a very positive experience , all the lads involved in the installation were top class , highly recommend Nusolas for any solar panel job.

Very happy I went to local supplier NuSolus, and with the installation and electrics and in particular the back room Customer Service. Very neat workmanship and I am very happy to recommend them. My main reason for choosing NuSolus was that they are based.in Shannon.

Excellent service both pre and post installation. The panels were installed in one day very neatly and professionally. They have resulted in a substantial lowering of my electricity bill. What has impressed me the most through is the level of customer service post installation. The team are incredibly quick to resolve customer queries in a timely and effective manner. Overall service was outstanding.

We are delighted with our solar panels! Bobby and the team worked so efficiently and answered all our emails and questions promptly. Once work on installation began, it was done extremely quickly and to the highest standard, everyone on the team was very courteous too. We were also grateful for their guidance on app set up and how to adjust settings to make the most of our panels. Would 100% recommend!

NuSolas recently installed our 19 panel system and from beginning to end their service has been top class. From the initial quote, follow up on any questions right through to confirmation, installation and connection of the system, there have been no delays. The panels were installed with safety being to the forefront throughout. All staff were a pleasure to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

Once the decision was made to go with NuSolas, I found all staff helpful and pleasant. The day of the installation- the men were efficient, pleasant and very tidy. NuSolas were very professional in every aspect of the installation. The sales manager was able to advise on the best solution suitable for our house.The installation team were very efficient and had the panels installed in one day. The electricians connected to the meter box and had the whole system up and running two days later. Bobby then called to our house and gave a full run through the system, he installed the app and demonstrated how the whole system works. The system is surprisingly neat and tidy and it's barely noticeable I would recommend NuSolas highly without hesitation to anyone who is considering getting solar panels.

From the moment I spoke with Ross in Sales to the final day of installation NuSolas have been top class. They won’t sell you stuff you dont need but will cater the equipment for your needs. The install of both panels and electrics was done in 2 days and was very smooth and tidy. I didn't want any cables indoors and Affy the project manager said no problem and arranged it so everything went outside. Overall brilliant service and a competitive price. If your from Shannon like me you will also be supporting a local company. 5 stars all round.

Couldn’t speak highly enough of the guys at Nu Solas! From start to finish the professionalism of Wasim & Rajan made the process so easy.. I wanted a system tailored to my new build & the guys delivered in every way! I got a 9.2kw HUAWEI system made up of 22 panels, 5kw inverter & 5kw Battery, From choosing the type of panels best suited for my roof as all panels are visible from the road right through to commissioning the system, I couldn’t be any more happier with how the install turned out overall! And seeing how it all comes together with the fusion app monitoring everything at a click of a button. The guys at Nu solas give great customer service, very informative & are always at the end of the phone to answer any questions! I would highly recommend anyone thinking of installing PV to give Wasim & Rajan a call!

Just got an 18 panel ground mounted system installed by the guys at NuSolas. They were very professional from start to finish. They walked me through the whole process and kept me up to date at each stage of the project. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get solar fitted.

Highly recommend Nusolas. They did a top class job, everything working seamlessly, all done in a day. We have just received the grant for our 4.2kw system. Ross was excellent, answered all our questions, recommended the right size system for our needs and never tried to push us to buy anything we didn't need ,very competitive on price and were the best after receiving three quotes.
