I was delighted to get recommended Richard from Metris. I had a nightmare situation from a previous tradesperson who I had to ditch and Richard was more than professional in rectifying everything the previous lad had done wrong. Everything was clear from the start and based on what I wanted from a house rewiring job, he was able to suggest things that I would have missed that I'm now delighted we went for (e.g. Getting setup to install an eV charger, getting setup to get PV solar panels with minimum hassle in the future). If I'd any questions he and his team were great at getting back to me. They really set a high bar and still exceeded it. The quality of the work was top notch. And having other tradies coming in and saying "not every electrician would do it to that good a standard" was a real testemant to Richard and Co's work. Couldn't recommend them more and I'll be back to them for my solar panels and ev charger I'm sure!

I had an issue with a combi boiler following the installation of a new smart Hive hub. The receiver wasn’t firing the boiler, and despite having two electricians out to diagnose the problem, neither was able to identify the cause. I then contacted Metris, and within a day they attended promptly first thing in the morning at 9 a.m. Richard was extremely patient and thorough in reviewing the situation. He quickly identified the issue, implemented the solution, tested it fully, and confirmed everything was working as it should. I would highly recommend Metris to anyone seeking electrical work in Limerick.
