The installation team was excellent. Because of heavy rain, only half of the solar panels could be installed at first, but after following up, they came back and finished everything. They looked really tired, but still worked hard all day to get it done. I’m extremely, extremely grateful for their effort – thank you so much!

I found PV Generation Ltd. very helpful and professional from first visit to installation. I have East / West facing house and have six panels on both front and back roofs. The installation was very neat and tidy. The panels are working very well and we are also very happy with the EDDI unit. It is nice to have hot water all the time. Even given the short time the panels are installed, I am confident of a substantial reduction in my electricity bills. I would have no difficulty recommending this company to any person.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience dealing with the team in PV Generation. They are your old school style where the customer comes first. When I first got my system I had a minor issue and phoned on the Friday evening of a bank holiday, the team really pulled together and tried to get someone out that night but it was sorted first thing on a Saturday morning. I genuinely don't know anywhere else who would provide that sort of care for their customers. I was expecting to get a call back the following Tuesday or Wednesday, not straight away. We felt from the start the team had our best interests at heart and were match makers not sales people. They introduced us to solar and found the perfect fit for us and our household.
