What customers say on
PV Solar installed a 14-panel 4.8kWp roof-mounted system for us in August 2019; it has performed excellently even on dull days when daylight was comparatively weak, providing enough electricity to supply home and office and to charge our battery. A very good product and very high quality service.
We had a system installed in April 2021. Installation was very drawn out, partly by Covid but mainly by lack of organisation and management of their team and sales rep. 6 months later, some of the roof panels became lose and recently our Eddi was damaged in an electrical storm which they have been very slow to react to. despite very good office staff, i could not recommend this company.
I recently had a comprehensive installation of solar panels in my house. From start to finish the service was excellent from PV solar Ireland. They gave excellent advice around what level of solar panels I needed to have efficient energy required for household to make it worthwhile and also the best positions to maximise on output etc. They were very competitive at the same time of delivering a quality product. Would highly recommend the company and staff were very helpful and friendly.
Website suggests that residential installations are provided but when you call, you are told that this company are no longer providing this service as they are fully booked up. Please update the website.
We recently got solar panels on our home with this company. The team where very helpful and efficient. Thank you Sarah
Cork's dairy farms driving commercial solar adoption
Cork has the highest concentration of dairy farms in Ireland, and milking parlours are a perfect match for solar — they use most electricity during morning and evening milking when solar panels are generating. Several large Cork dairy co-ops have started encouraging supplier farms to install solar as part of Bord Bia sustainability targets. Farms in the Golden Vale area of north Cork are seeing some of the fastest TAMS III solar uptake in the country.
