Road rage employee nearly killed us today

I have been reporting a street light out since 2024. Made repeated phone calls and reported fault on a website. Absolutely no response. Very poor service.

Zero response from their customer service, reporting streetlight fault since after Christmas and nobody responds, almost two months with public lighting gone, it’s a danger and a hazard. Incredibly disappointing service I hope the local authorities look at who they contract out sooner rather than later.

Just got our solar panels from Electric skyline , we were so impressed with their professionalism from start to finish , they make it so easy , they were such a lovely bunch of hardworking lads who got the job done so efficiently. If you’re thinking about getting the solar panels id definitely recommend Electric skyline.

Apart from Electric Skyline being the most competitive quotation for the same specification, on accepting their quotation I was pleasently surprised to betold the entire system would be installed installed 2 days later. The customer service was informative, prompt and courtious on the phone and via email. I switched my supplier and reduced my charge for electricity by 26% and got a much higher rate of 30% for feeding the grid.

Electric Skyline planned, implemented and subsequently managed the integration of our club tennis court lighting - always responsive, helpful and professional. I highly recommend them.

They arrived when they said they would, and carried out the work very professionally and efficiently. We are very happy with their work.

I report the failed lights but no repairs take place. There are at least five lights out on Seapoint Promenade / Dr. Colohan Road. I reported these around a year ago. They might have been repaired recently but I have not passed that way way in lighting up hours for the past couple of months.

Electric Skyline installed my solar system in May 2023. From the time of first enquiry to turning on the system the company was a dream to deal with.Every question was answered by email or phone or WhatsApp. Both office and site staff were superb. As it is such a big investment I had a lot of questions and they engaged fully with me. I had no issues with the system or the App. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

These Used To Be A Great Company?, But It's Seems Recently They Have Gotten Bigger ? And Now Are Delivering Absolutely No Customer Service 👎 I'm Personally Reporting A Major Fault In My Area Since Before Christmas?... Yet Absolutely No Satisfaction 🤷🏼‍♂️ They Take My Details, Number And Email Address But No Feedback Whatsoever And The Fault And Problem Still Remains 6 Weeks Later??... Worst Service #Ever...!!!! * Update 31/01/2023. plus ⭐⭐ I'm Very Pleased To See That Finally The Company Got Their Act Together And Have Now Carried Out All Necessary Repairs 👍 The Repair Crews Are Excellent, So Very Prompt And Efficient 💯 But This Issue Should Have Never Been Neglected For So Long By The Company , Hope They Have Learned Some Lessons From This?...The Customer Service Staff Are All Very Friendly And Helpful, But The Company Has A Major Breakdown Internally With Staff Who Are In Charge Of Managing Repairs And Liason With Customers, Feedback Etc ?...That Department Of This Business Also Need To Very Much Improve Their Communication Skills When Dealing With And Handling Customers, Complaints And Having Repairs Promptly Carried Out, And Everyone Kept Informed In The Loop...
