I recently had my solar, battery, and backup system installed by Treacy Solar, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The team demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the project. I would particularly like to commend Darren and his roofing team, who carried out the work in very challenging weather conditions and dealt expertly with difficult roof tiles. Their workmanship was outstanding. I would also like to thank Jeff, the owner of Treacy Solar, for keeping me informed on a daily basis regarding progress and next steps, which was greatly appreciated. In addition, my thanks to Kieron and Eddie for their support and guidance throughout the process, from initial sales discussions through to the final installation. I would highly recommend Treacy Solar. The service was excellent and truly professional from beginning to end.

From meeting with Jeff and confirming the booking to install 15 panels with 10kw inverter with ev charger - when the crew arrived before 8am and straight away got stuck into the work, a lot of work inside and out and at the end of the day my home was still clean because the crew cleaned up as they went and advised the best course of work to make it as tidy as possible, even hardwired the inverter with broadband and made it look as tidy as possible. Would I recommend Treacy Solar :- without a doubt and great appreciation to the crew

Treacy Solar were very professional in everything from first point of contact to completion of installation. There was never any pressure put on the client and they were also very amenable to making any changes. The installation crew were also very professional and their work was excellent.

I recently had a solar system installed by Treacy Solar and felt it deserved a proper review. Before choosing a company, I compared prices with companies across both the Leinster and Munster regions, and these were by far the most competitive without cutting corners on quality. From the very first conversation, everything was handled professionally. There was no sales pressure at any stage, and every question I asked was met with clear, confident explanations. Their technical understanding stood out straight away. I also mentioned to them that we deal with frequent power cuts in our area, and they immediately recommended installing a gateway system. This setup allows the battery to run the entire premises independently. Given that we’re rural with a septic tank and pumped well water, this was a huge selling point. It now means that in storms or blackouts, I can still run essential utilities like water, heating, and general household systems as long as the battery has charge — a massive benefit considering how often we lose power out here. Installation day was just as impressive. The team arrived exactly when they said they would and got straight to work. They had everything completed much faster than expected. The crew were friendly, respectful, and extremely easy to deal with. You’d have no hesitation trusting them inside your home — they genuinely carry themselves like people who take pride in their work. Another major plus: the cleanliness. When they were finished, the place was spotless. There wasn’t a single bit of mess left behind, and everything was put back the way it was. They install Sigen Energy equipment, which is very high-end, yet despite using premium hardware, their quote still beat every other price I got. Their background in roofing also shows — the structural side of the installation was carried out with real care and attention. Overall, I’m delighted with the system and how everything was handled from start to finish. The workmanship is excellent, the system performs perfectly, and the service was top class. In a market which is flooded with installers, you have to stand out. Treacy Solar exceeded my expectations. These are people you can genuinely trust. I’d have no issue recommending them to anyone considering solar.

I had my solar panels installed in September. They were done in 1 day. The team were very professional and friendly. The system was explained clearly. The app is very easy to understand. I am very pleased and would recommend Treacy Solar.

Hello, we recently had solar panels installed by Jeff and his crew, shout out to Kieron and Jeff, when they said they would ring text or email they did which is very refreshing in today's world. As for the installation crew that came to me they are a great bunch of trades men and women from start to finish they were absolutely fantastic. As per conversation with jeff, give half an hour of chatting to the lead electrician and i was more than happy with the plan for installation. There was no what was best for the lads it was what am I happy with so again this was stessfree and refreshing. You would be made to look elsewhere for solar panel installation work. They arrived at 8am solar panels were installed with the electrical works completed with tests and up and running by 4pm. Clean, tidy and very courteous employees. Exceptional at what they do!

Excellent customer service and excellent workmanship. The lads were in and out in one day and were very neat. All of the installation team were all very friendly and quick to answer all questions. They are also very good for support post installation.

I’m delighted with my install had the pleasure of being on site with the electrical crew on the day of install. They are a brilliant bunch of lads very friendly and helpful and committed to doing great work. On the admin side of things they looked after all paperwork for grant and nc6 made everything very hassle free I’d have no problem recommending Treacy solar since install my system has been flawless in the month iv had it. Great service from Treacy Solar! I'm very happy with the company from quotation through to the installation stage. The team arrived early in the morning and got 17 solar panels, inverter, battery and all relevant hardware installed within 8 hours. I received 5 other quotations and Treacy’s was the most competitive despite using premium hardware from Jinko and Sigen. For anyone considering an investment in a solar PV installation, I highly recommend Treacy Solar.

The salesman was great – no pressure at all. Communication throughout was excellent, and the advice I got was spot on. They really understood all the technical aspects of what they were selling, which gave me a lot of confidence. On the day of the install, they arrived exactly when they said they would. An army of lads turned up, all direct employees, and had the whole system installed and finished before 2pm. They were tidy, professional, and clearly knew their stuff. The installation itself was excellent. They’re supplying Sigen Energy equipment, which, if you do your research, you’ll see is very high-end. Despite that, their pricing was the most competitive I found. The fact that they have a successful roofing company behind them was another big plus – I knew they’d understand the structural side of things and I wasn’t disappointed. I’m extremely happy with the job and would highly recommend Tracey Solar. There are a lot of cowboys out there, so choose carefully who you get to do your install. My brother was so impressed after seeing the quality of my system that he’s since bought a full system from them too.

They were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Their pricing was competitive, and they come from three generations of roofers, so I knew the installation was in expert hands. Mike and the team were punctual, tidy, and took the time to explain everything clearly, including how the battery storage and app monitoring work. Excellent work, trustworthy advice, and a fantastic Limerick company to deal with.

When I started the journey of selecting a provider for my solar install there were a number of factors that were important to me ,those being a competitive price ,quality workmanship ,backup service and a proven track record.I did my own research with previous customers to see would they recommend Treacy Solar and all of them highly recommended Treacy Solar and had nothing but positive comments.From the first contact I had with Jeff Treacy over many WhatsApp messages and phone calls he was very easy and straight forward to deal with.When he called to my house to check the roof he was confident in being able to install 19 solar panels.There was no hard sell from Jeff and he was a straight talker.I paid my deposit and about 4 weeks later the install of my Sigenergy system went ahead.The electricians and roofers were all professional and nice lads to deal with.As my house is a two storey while on the roof they used mobile scaffold and harnesses which assured me of their safety.They worked as a very organised team and answered any questions that I had on the day.I received a good handover on my Sigenergy system and I am extremely happy with it .I was also very happy that all are employees of Treacy Solar are direct employees.Any query's that I have had since install have been answered quickly and it gives great confidence that Jeff is only a WhatsApp message away. I 100% recommend Treacy Solar and my only regret is I didn't do it sooner as on my first bill following install I am already in credit by €125 which is very impressive.Keep up the great work Treacy Solar.

From the initial site visit to handing over the system, a great experience overall. Daunting getting all those quotes in such a small timeframe but Jeff was one of the few that actually stood with me and looked at the roof and explained all options available. On the morning of the install you could not have asked for worse weather but the guys were on the roof at 8am and put in a wet shift, fair play. Very clean and tidy crew, everything cleaned up as one would expect. Delighted with my new PV setup, no more bills and will generate a small income that will go to buying oil in the winter. Should have done it years ago, 100% would recommend.

My experience of dealing with Treacy Solar has been truly excellent. Everyone from sales through to the installers are the nicest people. They are an extremely efficient team. From the minute they arrived to install solar panels on my home, they each had their own specialized tasks and went about them methodically.
