Product looks great, and I can already tell the difference in the warmth. Team were very efficient - no fuss or mess. Design process was seamless / good advice. Very happy with my experience.

I was hoping to be in a position to write a glowing review but unfortunately Energlaze and their complete lack of customer service prevents me doing that . We had a sales rep come out to quote for new windows and doors. He was very nice and knowledgeable . I received a quote but the number of windows was incorrect ,the make up of the quote ie type of glass and frame were not quoted correctly either . The straw that broke the camels back , we have a window section with panels rather than glass in the apertures . I asked if they could provide a solution as we intended to change frame color, the sales rep sent my request on to a manager , he copied me on the email and the manager replied again copying me on his response which I don't think he realized he was doing . The response to the sales rep read " We will worry about that later, just get the deposit " . I still have the email . I raised this with the customer service team . I received a call from the rep apologizing with the quote I originally asked for , he went on to offer me a substantial discount if I signed up there and then. A very high profile company , my advice is shop around .

Avoid these guys if you can. I got my house wrapped, an EV charger installed and the glass replaced at the front of my home. Nothing but trouble with this shower. Job was carried out in the summer of 2024 (date option on this site does not go back that far) *Misquoted the grant values available to me. (Eventually refunded me the balance) *Did not turn up on confirmed start date of the job. I'm self employed, so I sat at home for no reason thay day, earning nothing. *Left my driveway marked after a sloppy clean up at the end of the job. When sent pictures, they denied there were marks on the driveway! They had used black paint to cover render spillage on my tarmac driveway. Driveway now covered with black sploges. *Supposed clean up of the concrete path at the back of my house was a joke. Instead of power washing the whole path, they power washed the specific clumps of render. Looked like the aftermath of a snail orgy, ie, thin lines of clean concrete winding down my path. *Ripped the paintwork off my window frames and ignored my complaint about this. *Chased for full payment before the job was finished, despite claiming that the final payment would be due when the work was complete. *Mentioned the need for scaffolding when quoting the job. I live in a bungalow. No scaffolding was used but the price remained the same. (They used a small elevated platform on wheels). *Refused to disclose how much of the cost was paid to the contractor and how much was their fee. *When reinstalling the gutting at the end of the job, I had to go and get parts because the contractors van was broken down. These parts were paid for by me and not reimbursed, adding to the overall cost. *Their engineer was pig rude in my home. *Left external sockets disconnected. (Reimbursed me over a year later for the cost of reconnecting them) I could go on and on. Absolute disaster of an outfit. These are just middleman, who do not advocate for you, the paying customer. They are just an additional cost on top of the contractor. Find a contractor directly if you can.

Hi Victoria, without hesitation I would like to offer my opinion of the service I've received in the purchase and fitting of the windows I've recently purchased from Energlaze. Firstly I received first class service from Tommy, your sales rep. I've already had glass from your company in the past so Tommy was completely aware of our needs, top class service. Secondly, the fitting engineers were so efficient, clean, tidy and flawless. They completed the installation brilliantly and I have no complaints whatsoever. Overall from initial purchase, to office interaction to final fitting I can't recommend Energlaze highly enough and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Energlaze to potential customers. Efficient, Professionalism and Quality Product

From the start of the process when we first met Dave until the last element of the installation was completed by Ger, Gordon and Eoin, I have nothing but good things to say about Energlaze, their staff, products, efficiency and professionalism. I would recommend Energlaze in a heartbeat. We got numerous quotations and Energlaze were winners on every element without doubt!!

Very prompt reply to my online query. Thomas (the salesman) came to my house within a week and gave me a quotation to replace the glass in all my windows. I accepted the quotation and had all my window glass replaced on 7th January 2025. The 2 lads who did the job were brilliant. Everything was completed within a few hours. My house feels much warmer since the windows were upgraded. I have had a very positive experience with Energlaze and i would highly recommend them to anyone considering an energy upgrade of their home.

Everyone from Maria to Pat and the fitters were very helpful and were very good at their jobs. The men worked in poor conditions (rain) but completed their work very well and left the house spotless. We will have you back in the future to do our windows at the back.

Bad customer service

-Got a hand written quote so missed that they had put the window colour in as cream -The installers were great and flagged this issue...but even though they rang the office to contact me (I was at work) they didn't contact me. -I rang the sales rep, who started making excuses and eventually said it was a mistake and he would get on to the office and see what could be done -Next thing the installers rang to say they were coming to finish the job (still the wrong colour) ...and then told us they would hold off when they realised we hadn't been InTouch with the office -Eventually got through to the office who said they would sort it. It has been 2 weeks with no updates and when I rang them today they said they were going to replace the windows had already ordered the new ones (without contacting me so I didn't have a chance to flag that we weren't given choices for the likes of handles and I didn't like the ones that came, and also there was another error with some of the windows that should have opened not opening....they said this wasn't in the original quote so I would have to pay more (the original quote was to replace what was there so, so I don't know how they could that) also since the installers thought they were coming back they left other jobs unfinished so we were living in limbo. -In the mean time (just after the original installation) the sales agent rang again, flat out lied and got aggressive on the phone. -Also just to note, I am not really happy with the front door, it takes 2 hands to open, which slows the process as you need can't have shopping etc with you, and it can't be left on the latch Would not recommend this company

Overall experience with Energlaze was excellent. From the initial contact to the delivery of the glass the interaction with company was superb. Particular mention to Jim and Dave, who installed the glass! Also the house is so much warmer 👍 Ray and Norma Connolly

Fantastic company with great quality windows .

Dave lawlor was so helpful with designing and picking the windows and the door . Delivery and installation lads Michael and Jonathan were superb . They showed up on time and were so efficient and pleasant to deal with . Very happy with the whole process . Would highly recommend Energlaze .

Energlaze were very efficient and rang me back straight away after my enquiry. Someone came out the following week to talk to me in more detail about the glass they use and to give me a quote. The job was carried out efficiently on the day with no mess left behind.

Great company to deal with, from initial consultation, to site measurement and install. We got 3no. large windows replaced on the house. We were not at home when they arrived. they had the whole job done within 3 hours and not a spec of dust left after them. Would highly recommend. We have noticed the house is much warmer and retaining heat like it never did before.

I used Energlaze as my One Stop Shop for my retrofit. I had solar panels, new doors & windows and external insulation put on my house. From the very start and throughout the process I found Energlaze to be efficient, easy to communicate with and very willing to quickly iron out any difficulties that arose. Their sub contractors are very good and efficient workers, generally working to the schedule set out. I would have no hesitation recommending Energlaze.

At the Outset , Energlaze surveyed the property , advised what needed to be done to get my BER rating to the target . Implementation and execution all went to plan , they did all the grant processing and responded to all queries. Great outcome with Energlaze and all their Team, good quality work - they couldn't have made the process easier . Delighted with the outcome

Terrible experience from this company from having a rep asking will my wife be home when he calls, to having someone else phone me and trying to upsell over the phone instead within 30 seconds of answering instead of having someone call out to disscuss my options. I've had a very unprofessional experience, seems like the company is lacking some basic structure on how they engage with potential customers.

New windows and doors…

All my dealings with the company were very professional. From the salesman Tommy to the staff in the office and the men who installed my windows and doors.

Reached out for a quote and just got told that they only work on ground floor apartments which I find weird. Some of the work done is on 2 floor house. Might be good to put a disclaimer that works from Energlaze can only be done on ground floor apartments and/or house.

Energlaze are an appalling company

Energlaze are an appalling company! It took 2 years for them to replace a faulty battery under warranty.My wife and I who are both disabled went through hell!They are only good at taking your money. They have no technical staff at all!Buyer beware don’t do business with these cowboys masquerading as a reputable company!

One-Stop-Shop

We contacted EnerGlaze to discuss a one-stop-shop energy upgrade of our house which was a 1980 BER D1. Having been in touch with a number of companies, we settled on EnerGlaze due to their excellent customer service. They helped us through every step and were accommodating when arranging subcontractors to suit our schedule. We're very happy with the end result and the house is now A1 rated.

Excellent service and workmanship

From inquiry to completion we were dealt with by professionals. Hard to fault this company. Starting with an excellent demonstration of the product, samples and brochures for clarification, costings which never varied, measurement that were exact and regular updates regarding delivery, followed by a professional tidy installation, including removal of all debris. You don't often get this type of service!

Energlaze have just fitted a new composite front door and upgraded all the glazing in my house. I found them very easy to deal with throughout the whole process - quotation, ordering and fitting. The fitting crews were very efficient and neat, and I am really pleased with the result.

Replaced all the glass in a conservatory extension - windows and doors - as even with a Guardian roof and underfloor heating it was sometimes too cold in Winter, and often too hot in Summer. Installation was fast, clean and efficient .. we'll have to wait to see what it feels like on a hot Summer and on a cold Winter day but so far looks very good.

Energlaze windows & doors are top class products, but this company's greatest asset is it's workforce. The two men, who travelled from Dublin every morning to complete our installation were outstanding ambassadors for their company, hard working, efficient, friendly and tidy. They made it all so easy.

Terrible aftersales service

Terrible aftersales service! We paid €11,000 (after grant reduction) for our Solar installation. The system stopped working on 27 January 2025. It took them 30 days to send an electrician who diagnosed a faulty inverter. We are still waiting and have been paying full electricity bills for 81 days now while the sun keeps shining and our Solar Panels lie defunct.

Energlaze were communicative and understanding throughout the process of us reviewing our home and building a complete plan for insulating, replacing plumbing and lighting and fitting solar and windows. They were committed to engaging with us and fielding questions. They took care of organising the contractors. Be aware that you will need to keep an eye on how the project plays out at your home and you may need to make Energlaze aware if anything goes wrong along the process. There were minor cases of miscommunication and delays which were understandable for a project of this size but Energlaze held to a commitment to be available and make adjustments as things proceeded.

The door is fine but you can get the same brand of door through other suppliers and I wouldn't recommend Energlaze. It was five months from ordering to installation. They said we hadn't paid the deposit when we had, and then on the day they cancelled the installation without informing us. I was left waiting at home for them and I had to contact them to find out they weren't coming!

Very poor service, windows have numerous suction marks which cannot be removed. new glass Installed Jan '22 despite repeated requests from within one week of installation no action has been taken by Energlaze. Windows were purchased as a result of advertisement in the Irish Times. I was recently told it was the manufacturers responsibility, whilst obviously my contract and guarantee are with energlaze

As part of a SEAI home improvement in conjunction with one of their subcontractors Luca Line external insulation they carried out the window and door installation. The finish result is testament to their quality assurance. A very professional company with highly qualified installers that carried out the work to a very high standard. Also their admin staff were very professional, helpful and courteous throughout the whole project. Very satisfied with the end result

To say that the installers were efficient would be an understatement. Excellent work done on my windows and door. Couldn't speak highly enough about them. but also from start to finish from ordering, measuring and finally installation it was 5 star service. Many thanks.
