Had a consultation call which went perfectly fine. But any attempt to follow up with them about moving to the next step has been completely ignored. Waste of time.

Waste of time. Had a phone consultation scheduled. Got confirmation and reminders. But no one called in the end. Tried to ring them after waiting for 30 min. Voicemail said they were unavailable but please leave a message... I didn't bother!

Be cautious with the term one stop. They were not clear on deadlines or specs with general contractor, apparently they expected me to manage the process. This approach ended up costing me more than if I had not gone the grant route. I was forced to install higher spec constructions but ended up not qualifying for the grant. Only one to make money with this approach was KORE. They. ended up costing me more money.

Didn't show up to initial appointment…

Didn't show up to initial appointment even. No follow up. Nothing except fake appointment arrangement confirmations by email. Somewhat untrustworthy and disorganized if they can't even manage an appointment system. It's even more annoying because I had to wait a long time just for an initial appointment and had to fill out an online form with what felt like 40 questions. Electric Ireland Superhomes were at least reasonably honest by comparison, though my subjective impression is the entire one-stop-shop insulation industry has generally a careless attitude, because so few of them exist I guess, therefore little competition. I did see Kore doing public advertising after my experience which I thought strange thing to need to do with over a year lead times being quoted to me by Electric Superhomes for example

I can't share the mainly positive experiences other people have had unfortunately. We were looking to go with a one stop shop as we live on completely the other side of the country to the property that needed work, but instead of it being a stress free convenience we have found ourselves chasing things up throughout the process. A contractor was on site to price up on April 11th, and as it stands today (16th June) we still haven't received any type of quote. I've had to chase it up a number of times, and the most recent communication I received was that we would get the quote after the June bank holiday weekend, nearly two weeks ago. I appreciate that these things do take some time, but over 2 months (and still waiting) is ridiculous. So at the moment the whole thing appears to have been a waste of time, money and effort.

Appalling. I would not recommend using this company. They wasted months of our time and would not answer our queries about their very high quotations for the various retrofit jobs. On average their quotations were 50% more than I got myself elsewhere. And my windows & doors were 30% cheaper so why would you need Kore anyway? Just organise it yourself! It's so much easier than they make out, all the info is online, plenty of suppliers will apply for your grants with/for you, and you will save a fortune. Their final excuse to me was that they were too busy - i.e. too busy cherry picking the people who weren't querying their extortionate quotes! Avoid.

I applied for NI Sustainable Energy Programme scheme in 2021 and was lucky enough to be introduced to Donovan and his team.  From the minute I submitted my application all enquires were swiftly dealt with and Donovan visited my property for a assessment.  What can I say? honestly from beginning to end - First Class and I could not recommend them enough.  Each consultation was personable, and each follow up call/visit was taken with care.  Donovan made the whole process run so so smoothly keeping me fully informed along the way.  The house was 1930s red brick and pebbledash but  has now  been transformed with external wall insulation into a modern warm home – the difference the insulation has made is unreal and then when I got my new heating system installed it was even better.  I can now actually feel the heat throughout my property and it has taken my home from a old house to a warm modern home.  The external insulation was fitted and the exterior covering looks amazing and has totally transformed my house giving it a fresh modern look beyond what I could ever imagined.  Overall, fantastic high-quality work completed on time with no delay and little disruption. Kore offer a brilliant product backed up by knowledgeable, personable and caring staff. Thanks to Donovan, Aine and Lisa who each went above and beyond for their client   I wish everyone could have the pleasure of being a client and have the same experience I had.  I cannot imagine any other company ever matching the level of care and professionalism I experienced.  I will be forever grateful to the Kore group and what Donovan has done for my home. Highly highly recommended.
