What customers say on
We received excellent service from Q4 Energy Solar PV. The installation was quick with no mess. Peter and David took the time to go through the apps and explain everything to me afterwards. We had a one problem after they left but they were back and had the issue resolved within days. Clodagh in the office was very efficient and kept us up to date with everything we needed to know. We would highly recommend the team at Q4 Energy Solar PV.
Peter and his team did a great job on the installation of our PV system in September of this year. The work was done professionally, efficiently and in a very competent manner. Communication with Peter and all members of his team was excellent. We are extremely pleased with the results and highly recommend Peter's company for such a project.
Thanks so much to Peter and Clodagh for all their help and hard work. I would recommend Q4 to anyone thinking of panels.
I recently installed PV solar panels from Q4 Energy. Peter and David were excellent and very knowledgeable. I was very happy with the work Q4 Energy did for my solar panel installation. From the very beginning, their preplanning and communication stood out. They kept me informed at every stage of the process, clearly explaining what to expect and when. The team was professional, efficient, and respectful of my property throughout the installation. Everything was completed on time and with great attention to detail. It’s clear that Q4 Energy takes pride in their work and truly values their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone considering solar – you’ll be in great hands.
Thanks to Peter and the lads at Q4 Energy - they arrived on the notified day and did an excellent job on installing our 20 panels. Very pleasant and nice to meet also. Would highly recommend them if you're thinking of installing solar! John Mac Namara
Limerick City's diverse housing stock and solar suitability
Limerick City has a wide range of housing types, from Georgian terraces in the city centre to 1960s-1970s council estates in Moyross and Southill, to modern developments in Castletroy and Annacotty. The newer suburbs around the University of Limerick have the most straightforward installations, with standard pitched roofs and good access. Older city-centre properties may need planning permission if they fall within the Georgian conservation area around O'Connell Street and the People's Park.
