Installation of a SolarPV system in a community facility in Mitchelstown. From the beginning Wizer Energy played a thorough, professional, and supportive role, gave lots of helpful advice and always kept us up to date with the various stages of the installation.

5* service from start to finish! Oh my goodness. From the very beginning of our interactions with Wizer energy it was a breath of fresh air. Wasn't at all too salesy, very consultative and all about finding the best solution for us. Once we decided, they managed to get us in within a month, bearing in mind we are in Killarney so we were delighted with that. The team of installers were just so professional. They spoke to us in advance of when they needed to cut the power and as we work from home, they asked us when this would be done as to not impact our working day. They worked around us. They were also meticulous and left the place cleaner than when they found it. Huge props to the entire team and a brilliant product from pre-sales to the installers and the after care team.

Can not recommend Wizer enough. Delighted with our solar installation. Shauna is incredibly knowledgeable and guided us through every step. Seeing huge savings after just a few months already!

The Solar Panel Experts

From start to finish Martin and the team were excellent. From Shauna in the office, Gordon who did the site visit, the solar team and electricians - they were a pleasure to deal with. They arrived on time and were very professional in carrying out their duties. Panels were installed efficiently and very neat. The electricians on site were class and very helpful. I also got an EV charger installed as well as the solar panels and I am delighted with that also. Highly recommend and a few queries I had since install were answered efficiently.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Wizer Energy to anyone who is looking to get solar panels. From the start to the end of the process they were a pleasure to deal with. The installation crew were neat, tidy and efficient. It was also very useful that they handled the grant application for me. A special word of thanks to Shauna in the office who dealt with my many questions with great knowledge and understanding.

Adding extra panels was no problem.

I recently used Wizer Energy to add extra panels to my existing install (my original installer had ceased trading), and I am very happy overall. From the initial consultation with Martin, to the survey and finally the installation and wiring up, it was all pretty seamless. As someone who has had a fair bit of work under their house over the years, the fact that they left the place spotless after the install was very much appreciated. My only regret is not doing it sooner so that I could get the benefit during the summer of the extra panels :)

Positive experience

We had solar panels installed by Wizer last April. From initial contact with Shauna and her colleagues in the office to the day of installation it proved to be an absolute positive experience. Both roofing and electrical crews did a very professional job. They were efficient and courteous. We are reaping the rewards of zero energy bills for now with credit accruing for the winter months ahead. For anyone interested in solar panels I would highly recommend Wizer.

Both Richard and Tim, worked very well. They assessed the situation thoroughly in order to find the best solutions and the least disruptive and kept me informed throughout.

I had a fantastic experience working with the team at Wizer Energy. From the initial consultation to the installation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. The installation was done two weeks ago with minimal disruption, and they really worked with us and made all efforts to ensure the equipment was placed where we wanted. The crew left everything clean and tidy each day. What really stood out was their commitment to customer service, from pre sales, survey, installation, back office, billing and post sales service. If you're considering solar, I highly recommend Wizer for their reliability, quality, and outstanding support, with a competitive pricing. They're well established and big enough local company but you still get attentive, personal service.

The Wizer Team are very professional and really do understand the renewable energy sector. I am delighted with the PV installation and battery storage. I strongly recommend Wizer Energy company to anybody looking to install PV and Battery Storage solutions.

Wizer installed a system for us back in April. We have just received our first bi-monthly bill and for the first time ever we are in credit and this is coming from bills that were typically €300 - 350 per month. The team at Wizer came on-site when they said they would. They left the place tidy and clean. Shauna was a pleasure to deal with and always available to answer any questions we had. 10/10 for everyone at Wizer!

From initial consultation with Martin, I found that he actually listened to my concerns, needs and expectations. Explained their company policies, products and performances. No nonsense, no messing just facts. ( found other companies loved to tell you what they’d install without really listening to what you need. ) Decided to accept Martins quote and had the system up and running within 4 weeks. From initial consultation, to onsite survey to panel installation to electrical works, I honestly could not find a single fault with the work. Extremely punctual, extremely tidy worker ( even vacuumed the drive after the panels installation , explained the setup and made sure I understood it. Had a 16 panel east west configuration along with 16kw battery installed in May. No electricity bill since and €169.00 in credit and that’s with charging an EV weekly. WELL DONE TO A GENUINELY GOOD COMPANY. ( always available to handle queries patiently and satisfactorily) WELL DONE TO ALL I can with confidence say 5***** Take a bow all…. Éamonn.

A happy customer

From speaking with Shauna first day to meeting the surveyor and the staff that installed our system it was such a smooth process. The electricians and roofers worked so well together. Our system was installed to a very high standard and the men cleaned everything as they went along. We had to do no work when they left. You cannot see the cables that go to the fuse board as they chose the way with the least mess for us. It probably made their job harder. After getting a few quotes and wizer were a little pricier I am still glad we went with them. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and all queries were handled with such professionalism. The equipment used is also sleek and does not look out of place.

We were new to the hole solar panel…

We were new to the hole solar panel business We dealt with two other companies before Wizer . Only to find what the salesman promised , when the technical people came there was always a problem. WE were very happy with Wizer they overcame all the problems we had and there electrician Gerry was excellent . I took a star away because the installation took a long time, this was possibly a material problem. We are very pleased with the free standing solar panels maybe i will add a few more panels in the future.

Self Build

I worked my way through a bespoke self build with many sub contractors . None more co-operative than the crew & office staff from WIZER Energy . I am so glad the were recommended to me for my Solar PV panels. Martin advised that he will sort any issues that may arise once we move in .

We've our system installed by the Wizer team for over a year. The plant itself has performed very well and met expected yield forecasts. We ended up with a great 14 panel portrait layout which maximised the roof space and has actually enhanced the look of the house. We highlighted some issues in the initial few weeks but Wizer in fairness to them resolved these fairly quickly. No install is perfect but it's how you deal with the issues which is the measure for me of how good a company is. Martin and the Wizer Team came back on our queries straight away. We got great information and insights from Martin and the team as we educated ourselves on the system over the course of the year. You'll find no better team to go with on your solar journey and Wizer will be here for years to come.

Well, what can I say. From the inital quote to the final payment after system installed everyone at Wizer was a pleasure to deal with. Marie, Stephen and Amy in the office. The roofers, (sorry lads I can only remember Joses name) were a great bunch of lads, lovely to deal with, very polite and respectful as well as being bloody hard workers. Greg and Richard the electricians who came up with a plan for the installation of cabelling etc in the house to minimise impact and disruption, cracked on and did a great job. Yes getting solar PV installed is an investment up front, if you're parting with your money you want everything done right and to suit your needs best. Wizer did that for me from start to finish. I initally got quotes from 10 to 15 other companies, some we're horrendous to deal with before even giving an initial quote. Wizer were the complete opposite, they couldn't be more helpful or accommodating if they tried. Price is not everything, quality of work, reputation, knowledge, experience and most of all aftersales support.

I received 4 quotes for a solar panel system. Wizer Energy gave me the most competitive quote so I chose them to install my solar panels. That was a very good decision. When deciding the capacity and type of system I wanted to install, I received good practical advice and guidance from Wizer energy . All works were discussed before hand and then executed as agreed and even faster than promised. My house is a dormer bungalow, with windows in the roof so this job was a challenge but the Wizer energy installation team's "can do" approach meant that my system is fitted and working perfectly to the maximum possible capacity. All in all a very good outcome.

I got my home PV system installed recently by Wizer Energy and I 100% recommend them. Great communication, competitive prices and reasonable lead times. I appreciated the straight-to-the point, no marketing/sales fluff, just good and practical advice received from Martin. The installers were all very helpful and professional (both roof and electrician teams) and did a great job. I cannot fault them at all and I am very pleased with my system.

I have been impressed with Wizer Energy from the start. Before I took a decision, they answered all my questions diligently. The installation of 10 solar panels in Februaryi went smooth and in just over one day, everything was operational. The team were considerate and a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend this company enough. I am now going for six extra panels and a second battery. The performance is impressive.

I Chose Wizer Energies for installation as after reviewing Solar systems available and suppliers, I found Wizer with best Pay Back for my required system for money spent, No hidden agendas with them, Data of system provided for my own personal research and Constant support when I phoned them. The installers were very professional, friendly and explained the workings of the system and APPS thoroughly. Thank you Martin, Stephen and the Team from Wizer Energies. Very happy with the service from start to finish with all Wizer team, everything explained from start to finish, worked around our time line for installation. Survey was carried out meticulously week or so before installation. Roofing staff were straight into work when they arrived and did a very neat job. Electricians again did a very neat install and explained everything and answered all questions. All staff were very polite and courteous, I would highly recommend Wizer for anyone considering solar panels installation.

Install Jan 2023. South facing Dormer 6.2 Kw Array I could not fault the quality of work and attitude of the install crews from Wizer. The work is tidy and they were unobtrusive when installing. They have made themselves available for any follow up queries and after sales service. There was a small mix up in communications (hence 4 stars rather than 5) but we reached an amicable compromise. They genuinely seem to value their customers and potential customers. There was a delay on the initial install from order due to panel shortage. That was balanced by their patience and understanding on delays on my end later. All in all our experience with Wizer Energy Ltd was a positive one and I'd be happy to recommend them in this busy market. Their professional, polite and pragmatic approach is refreshing

Having done some research on solar we spoke to Wizer and they had great customer focus and advice so decided to go with them for our installation.
