I’ve a farm and got the panels fitted earlier this year. The whole job was done neatly and without fuss. They came when they said they would, worked away quietly and got it finished in no time. Great customer service

The best word to describe my experience with Solar Beo would be easy! I work odd shifts and they worked with my schedule from the first call to the day the system was fitted. The hot water diverter needed a slight adjustment after installation, but one of their team was out within 24 hours of my call and the solar system has worked flawlessly since. A great company to deal with.

Great experience with Solar Beo from start to finish. The salesman Kieran was knowledgeable,informative, and importantly for me, not pushy. The installers were tidy, friendly and efficient, completing the job in less than a day with the minimum of disruption. All in all, I would highly recommend Solar Beo.

We've had a really great experience…

We've had a really great experience with the whole team at SolarBeo. As we were paying for the panels through a community grant and none of our members had experience installing solar panels before, we probably needed a little extra hand-holding than others and always found the team available and happy to go the extra mile to support us through the process. The site visits and install dates happened promptly and efficiently, the quote/final price was very competitive and when we have had any questions since the work was completed, the team have been quick to respond. We would definitely recommend SolarBeo, particularly for local community groups or people without previous experience installing solar. We found the process can be a little daunting and really appreciated having a supportive team who can communicate complex information simply!

Great experience

Office staff were very helpful with any queries we had and took care of all the grant application. Noel was very professional and his on-site assessment was very informative . He explained which system would be most suitable to our energy usage. The installation team couldn’t have been any better. The work was carried out with very little impact on the structure. All the work was done very efficiently and everything was tidied up before the left. Micheál explained the workings of the unit and how to best utilise it energy-wise. Reassuring to know that it’s a local Kerry-based company if there are any problems.

Solar Beo - efficient and excellent

From the first contact made with Solar Beo, Noel the rep was very efficient. When he said he would make a site visit or a phone call he did. He wasn't late. He knew his business and he was able to advise how to proceed, without delay. Install date was very quick once we agreed the price and deposit paid. The installers were very professional and very efficient. Neighbors commented how quick and clean they were. All was working within the day without any problems. Another contractor on the hot tank made an error a few days later and Solar Beo were very efficient when contacted about the repair to wires. From start to finish, Solar Beo were efficient and very easy to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Very professional and swift installation

Absolutely fantastic service. We got a very competitive quote very fast. Installation was completed in a single day for a 7.8kWp system with a 5kWh battery and a hot water diverter. The quality of the work is immaculate, very neat and professional looking especially compared to some other systems I have seen. Would definitely recommend to anyone without hesitation.

Absolutely outstanding service

The assistance we received from start to finish was outstanding. Prices very competitive for premium product and assistance with selecting the correct package for our needs. Dawn in accounts very obliging and informative. Grant department completed all on our behalf. Installation team were very efficient and left house spotless. Solar Beo were a pleasure to deal with, from Noel coming to assess our needs and giving us a quote with a clear outline of what would best suit our requirements, to letting us know what would be involved with the installation. The crew who came to install the panels, EV charger and electrics were very efficient and cleaned up as they went along. They arrived on time and were finished within the day. The app usage was clearly explained. The girls in the office are very friendly and a great help with the grant application. I would highly recommend Solar Beo.

Credit where credit is due

Solar Beo was a pleasure to deal with from first contact with Noel to instillation a month later which took place here in Listowel, County Kerry in mid-November 2024. The technical advice Noel gave us when choosing the system spec was detailed and very reassuring. As mentioned in another review our experience was that Solar Beo / Noel was not pure sales oriented, but system suitability focused. Noel advised us to get one battery less than we had intended to purchase as he said it would not be needed. He could easily have oversold to us, and we would have been none the wiser for a time at least. We did go out for two other quotes, and none advised on the extra battery. We only spoke to one of the other two companies directly and we could worryingly tell that their sales rep. did not have the technical ability to spec. the simplest of solar systems correctly. On the day of instillation, a very professional and friendly team of around 8 people arrived on and worked flat out for 8 plus hours and then 2 of the team came back to finish off for a few hours the next morning. Other trades working on site on the day of their visit would have commented on how impressed they were with the Solar Beo crew and their work. Massive Thanks to Noel and all involved with the Solar Beo instillation team.

Padraig from Solar Beo was the first supplier to technically explain why I should choose the system that I did. Others ( I got four quotes) were primarily sales people while the people in Solar Beo are primarily crafts people. It was a pleasure to have Padraig, Ciarán and their staff working in my house, they were all highly skillful, curteous and very efficient. A a person that served an electrical apprenticeship I can confirm the the standard of their work is very high. The whole process from design to handover was completed without a problem and I would highly recommend them.

Good company to work with!

I recently had solar panels installed on my house in Tralee by Solar Beo. Their quote was very competitive based on my research across numerous Irish social media websites on solar panel installation. The panels, inverter and battery were all well known, reliable brands. The quality or the install internally and externally was excellent and they were very helpful with explaining how everything worked. We were very happy overall and I would highly recommended this company!

Wonderful product & service. I cannot praise them enough

Padraig was wonderfully helpful with questions that we had before we decided to go with Solar Beo and very patient with my follow-up questions even the ones that I had after the panels had been installed. They arrived on the day and time promised and were efficient and clean and tidy. I am a bit obsessed with the app so I can check how full the battery is, especially now that the cost of electricity is so high. It's great that they heat up the hot water.

Was very happy with the service…

Was very happy with the service received from Solar Beo. I do not live in Ireland so had to conduct everything remotely and Splar Beo were a pleasure to work with. I also had a small installation window which they were happy to accomodate. They were also very helpful and prompt with the paperwork required for me to apply for the installation grant. In short, would gladly reccomend them for anyone installing an e home charger.
