First class service. Required an EV home charger. Lorna walked me tru the whole process, a real gem. Cathal, electrician, visited our house to do the installation- a credit to the company - first class service. Highly recommend Solarhill Energy

Brilliant company

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Solar Hill Energy. Damien and don were a pleasure to deal with and were so informative from start to finish and made everything run smoothly regarding paperwork etc. All the lads who came to the house were lovely and such hard workers and so clean and tidy. i also got a very competitive price which i was delighted with and the company is also local which was a bonus.You would make no mistake in hiring Solar Hill energy for all your solar needs.

I would highly recommend Solarhill Energy. Lorna was very responsive to my queries even if it was past working hours. She provided me all the details I needed for my home EV charger. I had an issue with the invoice but Lorna processed the refund instantly which I greatly appreciated. Cathal, the electrician who installed the EV charger was kind. He definitely knows what he’s doing. He even gave me his number so I could contact him if there’s any issue with the charger. No issues so far. I couldn’t be happier with the home charger and services they provided.

Very happy to recommend Solarhill Energy. The team provided excellent customer service that helped navigate through the process of installing my EV charger and doing the SEAI grant application. Their installer was excellent and also very helpful explaining the workings of the charger box controls and Ohme app, despite having to work through appalling weather.

Our home has some unique characteristics and from the first consultation, Damien took to the challenge with relish and was really up for to the task of planning and executing a difficult job. He explained everything as we went and took our concerns for what we wanted very seriously. Even on the day with Don and the team, they were open to changes and were happy to work to our requirements. Communication was clear and we felt involved and informed of every thing that was being done. Everything was done with on time with great care and our home was left spotless afterwards. We are now enjoying the benefits of the panels and we are more than happy to tell anyone who listens about their work. The price was very fair considering some external costs due to our location and the whole team worked so hard to fit us in before Christmas. Without leaving anyone out, thank you! Damien was great to deal with. Even though they were very busy he scheduled the EV installation so I could pick up my car. Cathal was great at the installation, no fuss & explained the charger operation. I also actually needed to upgrade my fuse box. All done without hassle.

They demystified EV chargers for me in an impartial way, helping me to choose the right product, and it was installed with no fuss within a few days. They have been at the end of the phone for any questions. Really super service.

Great Company to Deal with.

Made contact with Solar Hill in September - Damien called out 2 days later and went through all of our options, he did a fantastic job in explaining what we could have, what benefits, options etc - very informative. We decided to run with them straight away. Within the same week, we had a full plan and it was implemented perfectly. When the roofer, BER Consultant, Electricians said that would be there - they were there. Absolutely delighted with the service and can already see the benefits of having a full PV system and battery. Would highly recommend Solar Hill.

From start to finish this company we're a pleasure to deal it Very informative regarding their system. Didn't push any product on me. The cleanliness and efficiency of those that installed the panel to those that installed the system, to minor issue of wifi this company has been exceptional to deal with. Organised all forms for grants. I have needed to ring the company on a few teething problems and next day at the latest someone is minimum after contacting me but mainly called to me to solve issues and show me what's occurring. I wish Damien and his team well going forward. It was energising to be dealing g with such efficiency from someone I simply picked from Google to enquire about car chargers. Great team 10/10

Peace of mind

From the start to finish, survey to generating energy, grants and payments. Seamless install from a very capable crew. The full installation was carried out over a 3 day period, in what I deemed a massive task with a slated roof built in the 70s was approached with safety and preservation in mind. No intrusion felt with all that was going on inside and outside the house. I'd highly recommend them to my neighbours and family.

From the minute I met Damien I know I was with the right team. He didnt say anything about any other company which was totally different to all the other companies I had called. He went through everything and gave me advice that I should do regardless if I went with him, just great energy saving tips. He came in bang in the the middle with pricing but after reviewing my gut said he was the person I should go with. And sure then I had Don and the lads in do all the fitting and they couldnt be nicer. They should me exactly where every hole was going to go what it would look like and they cleaned up after themselves. I mean they washed the floor and the wall. It was a great service and I really really cant stop recommend the lads to people looking for solar. And I am seeing massive savings already. Thanks again guys.

If your thinking of installing a Solar Power system, Solar Hill energy is the way to go, The level of professionalism was second to none. Great care was taken to analyse our specific usage, and come up with the best design. In particular, the after care service was exceptional, with the system programmed to maximize our energy savings. We ended up having 16 panels on our south facing roof, and 2 storage batteries in our house in Glanmire. The installation was quick, and the workmanship was so neat. (see phto) Already we are seeing great savings, would thoroughly recommend Solar Hill if you are thinking of going solar!
