We had a wonderful experience with Roy and his team. They were patient, knowledgeable, and considerate of how we wanted to use our panels. The team was professional, tidy, and always happy to explain things. Couldn’t ask for better service!

Roy and his team installed a 24panel system on our house in May of this year. Roy came out and went through in detail the system, how it works and how he expected it to perform. Roy took time out of his day/evening to call out and discuss the system with us, while other vendors done all communications over emails or phone calls. This played a large part in our decision to proceed with Roy for his proposed system. Now that RJC's system has been installed for two of our billing cycles, we can say it has gone beyond our expectations of what we expected it to produce, and has matched what Roy had told us what to expect. We are extremely satisfied with the effort the team at RJC renewables put into the install, commissioning and the aftercare, (Roy would answer the phone anytime and when he didn't he would return a call or send a message to answer any questions we had) and would have no problem recommending Roy and his team to any Family and Friends going forward.

From the moment I contacted Ray’s company they were hands on guiding and advising us of our options. Engineer Sean called and went through everything in detail with regard to SEAI grant. Installation was quick and hassle free. We had our installation last November and, with government electricity credits on our account, we have as of today not had to pay a bill and are still in credit. We also installed the Eddi which heats our water as we hadn’t a back boiler so no more immersion! Roy and his staff have been available at all times to answer any questions we have had after installation. I can not recommend them highly enough.😁

I called Roy over to check why my system (provided by another company) wasnt generating enough energy compared to other friends in the regions. RJC installed a solar configuration on a neighbours house, they have really positive feedback so I contacted Roy as one of two vendors I was considering. Roy was very responsive, he gave me links to watch covering previous installs and asked me to prepare before we met and when we met he was so informative, open and “straight up” no BS. When we agreed on our installation RJC were like Ronseal, they did exactly what they said on the tin. The work was professional, tidy and I was engaged throughout on any aspect that needed a decision. The panel installation and the Electrical installation teams were fantastic. Roy has supported us through the RC6 process and the SEAI grant process. I cannot find fault with RJC I would recommend them highly. From the first phone call, Roy was on the ball. Very informative and gave me an exact quote on what my house needed vs what others wanted to quote me. The fitters were fantastic and an overall nice grouo of lads. Roy was available over the phone any day for queries. Went over and above to help. The electrician had it up and running in less than half a day with a full briefing on how the app works. I would'nt go passed them for a recommendation. Outstanding, I can't recommend Roy and his team highly enough. I'd already asked a few companies for quotes when a friend recommended RJC. When we were looking into solar energy I had researched a few companies but when a good frind recomended RJC Renewables we contacted Roy. Roy explaned everything and answered our many many questions, we found him patient and very professional. The cost and time frame was explained thouroughly so we decided that RJC Solar system would really work for us. Paul the electrician was amazing arriving on the day and time specified and his work was impecable, he even cleaned up after the work was done. We had a problem with our battery which we hadn't noticed as the app wasnt working for a week or 2 but Roy was on it and the first time we knew there was a problem was when he phoned to let us know that Paul would be here in a day or 2 to replace the battery! If we could give 100 stars for customer service and post sales support we would. We have had a couple of electricity blackouts, as we're very rural and each time Roy has sent voice messagies explaining and reasuring us that the system is fine. I would highly recommend RJC Renewables not only for the cost but for peace of mind so if anything were to go wrong the team are on the ball straight away. We recently had the pleasure of working with RJC Renewables for the installation of solar panels on our roof and we couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience. Roy, Paul and Arron were the team that handled our project, and their professionalism and dedication was evident from start to finish. They installed 17 panels along with a battery system, and since the 10th of August we have been completely off grid - even through cloudy days, which has exceeded our expectations. We’d been interested in looking at solar for a while & kept putting it off until a friend of ours got it done and highly recommended RJC renewables. We got in touch and an appointment was made promptly from Roy the Owner who was so informative on every aspect as we are complete novices. He was efficient from start to finish & no pressure at all & designed a system around what we needed. So we took the decision to go ahead. We opted for a 16 panel system front & back as we are south west facing to get the full benefits of the system. A few weeks later the crew arrived and I can’t say enough good things about them. I personally didn’t want exposed indoor wiring and they managed to make that happen. They were constantly working and left the house spotless. We’re still learning about the system but love that there is constant hot water & using our appliances knowing that we’re using the solar energy & not having to pay absorbent rates from energy providers. We got Roy back after a while to install some batteries which wasn’t in our budget at the time and really looked after us in price, installation done really quick, Paul did a super job. Very happy with the system that Roy installed in our house. Roy came out to our house when we were looking for a quote and done a full survey and discussed the system with us and answered all our questions. Installation was very efficient with no impact to us while we were in the house. Any queries we had post installation were answered very quickly and Roy is always available if any issues arise. I contacted several companies about solar installation who all stated they could not fit them on our roof after looking at Google satellite images. Roy was the only installer who came personally to survey and design a system suited to our home. He has an array of knowledge and answered every question we had and more. I found Roy to be honest and didn’t try to sell us a system that we didn’t need which is a rarity in such industries. I couldn’t recommend him and his team enough for all your solar needs.

I got many Solar companies coming to give me quotes, but Roy came and designed a tailored system to make my house be super efficient on electricity. Whilst other companies promised to install 6-8 panels, Roy installed 17 panels and maximised my roof to give me the best return possible. Roy does not sell you what you don't need, like other companies that were trying to sell me huge batteries and heater panels that I never asked. Roy instead gave me a rationale for what he was designing, giving me the assurance of what I need. Long story short, from April to September I am almost self sufficient on electricity and during winter months, I still have 20% of my electricity supplied from the Solar Panels. I am well pleased with the system that Roy designed for me and I can't recommend him enough! In fact the only thing that makes me regret is that I should have met Roy previously to get my system installed ages ago!
