Amazing team from sales to after install customer support. Knowledgeable, friendly, clean installation, they even managed to get the battery manufacturer to customize our firmware to boost heating during cold nights so we could charge the battery fully during EV rates during the winter. Very happy.

Don't be put off

From the initial visit by Tadgh (to whom thanks for the drone picture of the house), through to completion by Angus and the ProSolar team, my initial scepticism for the siting of ground mounted panels in place of a demolished shed was carried through to completion, and it now looks like electricity bills are going to be a thing of the past. Thanks to all at ProSolar.

From start to finish, Prosolar was excellent to deal with. Every member of staff was professional and knowledgeable. They arrived when they said they would and carried out the work as promised. Highly recommended.

I had this company install solar panels on my dwelling in 2024. The process was efficient etc. After all,that is what would be expected as that is what they do. They also managed to break three porcelain ridge tiles on a sun room below where the panels were placed. These were replaced with flimsy looking alternatives. No mention was made of this. A gutter above this sun room was also damaged at a joint& now leaks when it rains. It ‘looks ok’ but on inspection it is not. When I contacted the rep regarding the gutter, it was claimed that there was no way this could have been connected to the installation. I can only surmise that a panel slid & fell causing damage?? Further evidence leads me to suspect roof tiles were also broken. This can happen in this process. However no mention made. I diagnose poor post installation customer service & absence of accountability leading to diminished customer satisfaction. They need to address this issue. Its important. So I would not recommend Pro Solar. I give em a D.

Excellent service

We recently had solar panels installed and the whole process was extremely quick, efficient and easy to follow. From start to finish it only took a couple of weeks and the team were great to deal with and very responsive. They also take care of all the grant paperwork which is so helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Very efficient from start to finish, the electricians were very neat and tidy and left the system in a very tidy state and explained everything clearly. I would highly recommend ProSolar for solar panel installations.

Prosolar provided an excellent product, very professional team & outstanding service levels.

The whole process was so efficient from start to finish. Kieran in sales provided excellent information and was able to turn around quotes and address all questions we had very promptly. Once we confirmed our order installation happened quickly and Panel installation and electrics was done really to a very high standard. Overall the service an people delivering the Prosolar product were excellent!

Clear from the start.

From the very first contact with Prosolar they were clear,quick and highly professional. Firstly I had Keiran come and explained my options to me which was great as I had very little knowledge of the system. He sent 3 different quotes for my options and finally I decided on one .From that point on I dealt with Susan and Paige in the office and my experience was excellent. The job was completed exactly as it was arranged by lovely roofer lads and electricians. It's early days yet but I know iv made the right decision to fit solar panels but I already know for sure that I got the correct firm to fit them . Thank you Ken

Domestic Solar Panels

Tadgh Hayes, from the outset was practical, diligent and knowledgeable, giving us a range of practical options,and prices, specific to our building, and our needs. Tadgh was very straight forward about costs, efficiency, grants and return on investment. When we agreed upon an option the task was pain free, aided by the efficiency of Paige and Susan back at base. Following installation, Darragh took care of all of the electrical work, and most helpfully called following installation to walk us through the system, and facilitate our understanding of what was provided, and recommended helpful apps to assist us further. The assistance with SEAI regarding the grant made the process very straight forward, and funds arrived promptly, following the BER inspection. Having received a variety of quotes, we felt confident that Prosolar would treat us with professionalism and clarity, and this proved to be the case.

Purchased a 12 panel garden mounted…

Purchased a 12 panel garden mounted solar panel set from ProSolar. Excellent customer experience from start to finish. Always quick to reply to emails or phone calls, the survey to decide on installation plan, the installation team and the support from the office for payment and grant application. You are guided through every step very transparently. The panel is up and running and pushing excess electricity to the grid. Darragh and his team of installers were extremely professional and thorough, taking care about where to route cables and place equipment. The result is a very neat and professional install with very little visual impact. My install was to a holiday home so I was only there for the first install day. Darragh kept me updated with photos of the final install and details to remotely access the equipment. I am very happy with the quality of service and value for money provided by Prosolar. Will recommend to friends and family.

Delighted with our installation from ProSolar! From the initial consultation by the team right through to the post install care and grant assistance, the service provided has been exceptional. They gave us great time and presented us with 2 suitable options for our property, explaining each system in great detail. We went with an installation in our garage as we had a lot of free space there and it is a fantastic solution that works well for us. All equipment is neatly out of the way and it is working really well. Looking forward to seeing the smaller utility bills arrive. The information and support provided by the team afterwards has been great. From start to finish the service from ProSolar has been just excellent!

Absolutely brilliant people to deal with. Excellent communication from start to finish on the grant application and arranging fitting of the system. Prosolar were good to deal with. They completed a detailed assessment and provided a clear quote and plan. The work was carried out in a timely manner and they reacted well to any challenges during the process. They provided all necessary documentation and were very helpful in all aspects of this project. I would recommend them.

After deciding to install solar panels, the challenge would be which company amongst many would we entrust for this important project. After calling many companies, Prosolar was the one that gave us confidence that they would do a good job. We felt this because all through the process they had excellent customer service. They answered all our questions in a timely manner and were very diligent in fulfilling their commitments promptly. Even the grant came through incredibly fast which was handled by Prosolar after the work had been done. So if you are thinking about solar panels please give Prosolar a call.

After doing a lot of research and investigation, I found Prosolar to be the only ones to be a one stop shop to fit my installation requirements at a reasonable pricing. My installation needed to be ground mounted and I didn't have to worry about hiring contractors, coordinating, etc, all taken care of by Prosolar which was exactly what I wanted and the only company to offer that. Took some time to finalize quotes and plan but once all done and dusted, the crew came in and got everything installed quick and smoothly. Very friendly and knowledgeable team, they took the time to show and explain things to me without any issues. There was only one issue after the installation but they took care of it after the fact, no hassle, no extra cost, just owned the problem and got it sorted fairly quickly. If you're looking to make the investment and go solar, I'd recommend Prosolar.

Really happy with Prosolar, from start to finish the process was great. The install team took time to ensure the wiring and location were as tidy as possible. The office team was also very helpful with any questions I had.

Fantastic company to work with, spent a lot of time back and forth to size the ideal PV and battery system per my requirements, installation was done quickly and neatly and 4 months our grid draw is down more then 65%. Also had car charger installed by same company - job was done again very neatly. Company has assisted me along the way with Grant requests and has been great for follow ups and queries. I would recommend to anyone.
