I had to get support from Clean Energy Solar as my Internet had been giving trouble and I was not able to connect my dongle. Because the system was down for a while before I noticed it the battery was dead. I emailed them and got a call the next day. The issue needed a technical guy. Mo was the tech guy that I was dealing with and he talked me through to resolve the issue. All resolved very quickly and all working again. Thanks for your help

I recently had a problem accessing my system performance after the App was changed and I contacted CES who were more than helpful getting me back online although the issue was outside their control. I am particularly grateful to Abuzer for his help and patience throughout the process.

Clean Energy installed a 4.2kW array and battery system on our house in Ballinhassig in 2021. The installed itself was very straight forward and the company was very professional. The system has ran without trouble since then. I am writing this review as 5 years later, they are still readily available for support and modifications as required, which I think really shows how good a company they are to deal with.

Clean Energy Solar installed 14 solar panels along with a battery at my house in Ballinhassig in 2024. It was a quick and tidy install and a thorough run through of the system was given. I asked a lot of questions and each were answered with no hesitation. Their after sale support is excellent and they are always quick to reply, friendly and knowledgeable in any query I may have. Very positive interactions and very easy to deal with. I would strongly recommend them if you are thinking of installing

I had solar panels and battery installed by CES team and found them very professional, prompt, diligent and helpful. Always responsive to emails / phone calls and were able to get installation done quickly. Also very responsive after installation.

Very happy with service at installation but also most recently 6 months post installation. Requested that they remotely set up my system to charge the battery via the grid from 5 to 8 am to benefit from night rates during the day. Abuzer did that immediately and worked perfectly the next day. Thanks Abuzer and team.

Very satisfied with CES as my PV installer. CES installed PV panels and battery at my home in 2025. They were very competitively priced, provided excellent pre-installation advice to help choose the right solution for my needs. I was very happy with the installation - (on schedule, high quality, on cost). I continue to receive great post installation follow up on system performance, metrics and recommendations for seasonal adjustments to make re. battery charging etc. Overall very satisfied customer and happy to recommend this company.

Collected a few quotes from different companies when looking into solar. I found Clean Energy Solar very responsive to any queries I had about the quotes no matter him trivial they seemed. From that first interaction right through to the installation of the panels and electrical work Clean Energy Solar had good communication, professionalism and a high standard of work that I found refreshing. I'm delighted with my solar system (with battery) and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Clean Energy Solar to anyone considering going down the solar route. I live in Carrigaline and just had my Solar installation done with Clean Energy Solar. I had gone through at least 5 other vendors, reviewed their proposals and the cost involved to finally select Clean Energy Solar for installation. Few reasons which made me tilt towards them were as below: a) The Sales representative (Arek) was very thorough in assessing my house on his visit and already explained me everything where everything will go i.e. inverter, battery etc.. without needing any subsequent engineer visit - which saved 3-4 weeks of time compared to others. b) They were ready to install everything in my Attic rather than occupying our living space which most of other providers were adamant. c) Very flexible with offering, I changed my battery company from their original offer and they accepted it w/o much additional cost to me. d) Very prompt in installation and helping me initiate the SEAI grant application. e) The roofing team had missed one obvious space where an additional planel could have been easily installed, when I reached out to the Installation supervisor (Abuzer) he promptly send the roofing team again and had that panel added. My final configuration: 16 Panels, East (10), West (6). Solis 5kW inverter and 10.6 KWH WECO battery. Definitely recommended. Thanks. Very happy with the installation. It is been 2 weeks since installation and I haven’t used even a single KWH from Grid but already exported 215 KWH until today!!.

Very positive interaction with the Clean Energy Solar team from start to finish. Did a great site assessment, told me exactly what would happen and how I could prepare for it. Arrived promptly. Listened to our needs. Did a clean, fast, non-disruptive installation. Full handover with explanation of the tech and apps. Great follow up for getting the BER rating and applying for the grant. Easy and seamless.

Cleanenergy installed a PV system for me last November. They designed a system which was optimum for my household and the installation was fast and efficient and the team were lovely to deal with. They were very respectful to my property and cleaned up after themselves. They fully explained the system to me. The system has now been working without issues for nearly 4 months and I am absolutely delighted with it.

We have had our panels for almost 2 years and we have not had a single issue. The panel installation and electrical work is excellent. The after sales service has also been fantastic. We have set the battery to charge at night rate, this was all completed remotely by Clean Energy Solar. I would recommend CES.

I had my solar panels installed in mid December. I have noticed a difference in my first bill since the installation and this was over the winter months with limited sunshine. The entire process, from the initial assessment to the final installation was quick and seamless. The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent service from Clean energy solar. I had my system installed just over 2 years ago and any issue I’ve had ( one teething problem at the start) was dealt with immediately and satisfactorily. All staff very pleasant to deal with and supportive. Would definitely recommend them

We have had our panels installed for almost two years now and are really pleased with the output and savings which are impressive. Clean energy solar have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Every member of staff, from administrative , installers , to tech support have been so attentive, responsive, understanding and willing to help. Any glitches have been sorted with courtesy and efficiency. I still receive phone calls as part of the customer care policy. Clean energy solar is a great company to deal with and I would highly recommend them.

The whole team at Clean Energy Solar were a pleasure to deal with. They gave practical advice and handled the grant application process which was a relief! The finished product is perfect and their pricing was far better than all competitors I received quotes from. And I went to many! Highly recommend.

Clean Energy Solar installed my PV system in December 2023. From the initial consultation and quote to the installation, I am very happy with the service they provided. There was no pushy salesperson, just straight-forward guidance and advice. On the installation day, the lads arrived on the date agreed (three roofers and three doing the electrical side) and had the system installed and commissioned in one day. They were very neat and tidy and carried out all work to a high standard. The system has performed flawlessly since installation. Any questions I had during or after installation were followed up on in a timely manner.
