John Brennan was excellent and professional from the outset. He arrived when he said he would, explained clearly what the job involved, and then delivered it exactly as promised, no hassle, no delays, and no surprises. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who does what they say they’ll do. He managed the whole process smoothly and kept everything on track. His advice was first-class. We opted for solar PV with batteries and a generator connection because of the frequent power outages in our area, and we’re already seeing the savings while having far greater peace of mind. The quality of the installation speaks for itself. Even the inspection engineer commented that it was one of the best jobs he had ever seen. Great company to deal with. Before dealing with John, in Nuarc Energy. I got three quotes and John was the cheapest, I am really happy with both systems that were put in. He was always at the end of the phone when I had questions. He's work was extremely professional. I have recommended John to many of my friends and customers... I was dubious of solar.. But I am now getting credits instead of bills...

John and his colleague are incredibly friendly and have a very good knowledge of how a solar panel installation with home battery should be. We had some poor internet reception in our house and John resolved this as well. The solar panel installation is very well finished and of very high quality. After thinking about solar energy for a good few years and not knowing which way to go,, we were introduced by a good friend to John Brennan (Nuarc Energy), we booked an appointment and from that moment on he was a complete professional, after working in the building trade for 50 years I knew what I was looking for and he certainly hit the spot, he was quietly confident, knew exactly what he was doing, and very respectful, his workmanship was exemplary , we were fully informed through the whole process including the grant process, we could not fault him at all, a really nice man, and we were so lucky to find him. I would highly recommend Nuarc Energy for solar installation. From meeting John for the site visit I knew Nuarc was the installation company I wanted to go with. My roof had some complexities, but John took his time, sketched out what he felt would work. I had to wait only a few days for the installation which was done meticulously. John took his time to make sure it was done right and with least impact. At the end of each day, they cleaned everything up. Post installation, John took me through everything, provided simple documentation to show how to switch over to the backup battery and guided me through the app install. The solar has been operating now for a month with no issues at all. I'm very happy with the work and the service provided by John.

Excellent customer experience from start to finish. John is highly technical and knows solar systems inside out, he did the electrical installation for our system and his vast experience was evident. Work was clean, safety taken seriously, explained everything and is approachable after install for support also. Highly recommend.

Excellent company to deal with, John has an unbelievable knowledge of PV systems and electrics in general. Excellent quality workmanship throughout the whole install, at a reasonable price. John and his colleagues were very nice and professional in their role. Nothing was a problem, and they went through how the system works in great detail and answered any questions that we asked. Everywhere was left very clean and tidy after works completed. Overall I'm delighted with our install and Couldn't recommend John and the Team at Nuarc energy enough.

John was excellent from day one from planning to installation. Talked me through everything and is very approachable after installation if I had any questions. My installation was inspected for the grant. Inspector said he hadn't seen work like it before, everything was completed perfectly and had gone above and beyond what was required. Thanks John.
