From the very first consultation with Alastair we were very impressed with the depth of knowledge, professional approach and comprehensive quotation which was emailed to us on short time. We explored many other suppliers but settled on Infinite for a few reasons. Product knowledge, quality of product and the fact that there was no "over sell". In fact, after a few conversations it was our decision to include a battery in the project. Installation followed in a timely manner and the technicians were professional and neat and tidy in their work. The work took a day and a half and we were up and operational. We are now running on the AI powered app and very happy so far. All the paperwork was handled very efficiently by Infinite Energy personnel and our BER rating was arranged and carried out without fuss. We have been very content with the whole process and have recommended Infinite Energy to friends who have also signed up for Installations. Although not the cheapest quotation we had , the quality of product and company reputation and efficiency is what determined our decision. It is a decision we do not regret.

From my first conversation with Alastair to the install date and even follow up tips on how to get the most out of it, the whole team and the service has been incredible. They helped with the grant application and arranged the BER assessment afterwards. We have 16 solar panels (8 front and back) and a 9kWh battery. We got our first electricity bill last week and it’s already down 60% on the month before. Our BER jumped from C2 to B1 (attic insulated separately too). Couldn’t be happier with the process and setup. The app is simple to use and informative. I can’t stop watching the solar production on it everyday. Some of my neighbours are signing up and I even have my mother in law signed up for the new year. So it has to be good. Fantastic team and job done. Everyone should take advantage of solar panels.

Very happy with my choice of company for solar installation after a few false starts with others. Infinite Energy gave great advice about the number of panels I could fit (unlike other companies) and the installation was done efficiently and neatly. So far I am very happy with how aftersales queries have been dealt with - and system is running without any problems. Delighted with the service I got from Infinite Energy and would recommend them.

We contacted infinite energy about installing solar panels earlier this year and start to finish it was a great experience. Alastair did the original site assessment and was incredibly helpful with all our questions and queries. We had 15 panels and an 8kw battery installed. About 5-6 weeks after we contacted them and agreed to progress the installation team arrived early morning and worked installing everything. (To be clear in the below photo of battery - We had battery installed on back porch slightly overlapping a disused door ... there are cupboards on the other side of it & french doors to the left of it ) The installation team left everywhere immaculate - tidying as they worked whole thing was complete by about 3pm including being shown how to use the app to monitor the system. They contacted us a couple of times since then to make sure we were happy with the service and how the panels were working... Installed on 4th July (our electricity provider paid us €90+ after first few weeks... A novelty for sure, us not paying them 😂) even though it's single digit temperatures today 21/12/2025 ... 3-6°c we are still generating electricity. 😁 All in all I would highly recommend Infinite Energy solar installations professional, courteous and definitely worth the effort whether for environmental or financial reasons. The entire process was extremely efficient, from the meeting with MacDara to the quote process and installation. The engineers who carried both the electrical installation and fixing of the panels on the roof did an incredible job and left the work areas exactly as they found them. All in all we feel that our needs were taken on board during the consultation process and we have a product that meets our requirements and expectations.

From the very start when I first made an enquiry about solar panels and Ev charger everything was explained to me what system was best and what to expect , installation was smooth and very neat . Great company to deal with and I I’m very happy with my system.

From start to finish Infinite Energy were always helpful, explained every stage of the process and I’m thoroughly delighted with the results. I have a flat roof on my house and so was extremely nervous but they were patient and helpful and I’m already seeing the results despite it being the middle of winter. Would definitely recommend Infinite to anyone thinking of installing Solar.

Recently installed the solar pannels at home and the real savings was noticed right on the 1st day. The pannels are producing more than the house is consuming in the year which is a great plus. This can also be noticed in winter months when light times are shorter. The experience with the company it was one that we thoroughly enjoyed engaging with. Kieth in sales did the survey and not even once a pushed the sale on us. He was so knowledgeable that he conducted a proper survey, knew what he was talking about and midway through got advice from his electricians how best to connect and optimise the installations so we would not be affected. He potriat a genuine presence to us that we could really trust and he was the main reason we went for infinite based on this. Compared to other sales people we got he stood out the most. The guys/roofers that installed the panels for us were very pleasant and hard working man. They installed 11 pannels with no effort at all, very clean and very efficient. The electricians were brilliant too. Gary always in touch with us to answer any question and make sure that we were comfortable with the install, although I didn't meet him he was very professional. And the 2 young lads that did the electrics in the house were excellent. Got the whole thing done in less than 3 hours even though there was terrential rain falling down their faces and never bothered them (it got so bad that eventually they had to jump in the van). The staff in the office were so calming and very helpful nothing was of too much trubble. In all, the company really provides an exceptional customer service and should be an example to all businesses out there. Also and very important I should say they are very competitive and knocked the competition out of the park also in this area. Extremely satisfied.

Recently had the Sigengry system installed by Infinite Energy,they came highly recommend by there standard of workmanship ,my friend told me you won't even know they were there.I had some small issues (was glad I did now), From the one and only call from Gary in operations my issues were dealt with with such speed it would make you dizzy 😁. I know it seems strange I would give 5 star review after having issues but honestly Infinite Energy deserves more then 5 stars. I would highly recommend Infinite Energy. Michael

Infinity Energy installed a solar PV installation at our home in Carlow . The whole process, from feasibility all the way up to the commissioning went as you would like it . I'm especially happy with the after service, answering questions and checking the operation of the system.

Infinite Energy installed our solar panels 2 weeks ago. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From the first day the sales rep called to advise us, to completion day 2 weeks ago everything went as planned. We were very well advised on what would suit us on day one and we are already seeing a return on our investment. We were kept updated regularly on progress and the installation lads and the electricians that arrived to the house did a superb job. We were consulted on panel and equipment location prior to any work commencing and a very neat and tidy job was completed. When those lads say they will arrive at 8am...they are at the door at 8am. It was also clearly explained to us how the app works, how we monitor how the panels are working etc and overall we were very impressed with the workmanship. There was no mess left and the professionalism was second to none. We would highly recommend Infinite Energy and we are only sorry we didn't install our panels years ago.

From the 1st visit from Infinite Energy to my house I was very impressed, the knowledge and clear outlining of the installation by the sales rep. The panel installers arrived and fitted the panels exactly as requested and looking very neat and tidy. Electrical crew completed their work and explained the system , the components and how best to operate to optimize the battery and save money. From the app you can see the export of power to the grid and the satisfaction of seeing a return on your investment. Had 13 panels installed plus eddi.Fantastic work done by the installers.Managed to run wiring from attic to fuse board inside cavity wall so no nasty looking wires.Also found Mcdara and Geraldine so helpful in the office.Very professional company to deal with.First class service.
