IDEAL Solar and Electrical installed solar panels and a battery at my house earlier this month. Everything went smoothly, installation was quick and efficient - within a day. Very much recommended!

Ideal Solar were true professionals from the start to the end. Even after the install I periodically had the odd question about the app or the system which was happily answered. I highly recommend this company after talking with 5 other companies for quotes or installation.

The team at IDEAL Solar were brilliant to deal with. Jason is a real expert in this area and spent plenty of time explaining all the options so that we could choose the best setup. He wasn't at all pushy and once we decided to go ahead he was super responsive and had the system installed really fast. Highly recommended.

Jason and Ideal Electric were recommended to me by a friend. We needed Solar Panels and an EV charger. We are very happy with the way the installation went. It was scheduled for the day of the big storm so they could not safely go on to the roof. However they did most of the groundwork that day and came back to complete the job the following day. They were polite and professional. All went smoothly. There was an issue with the location of our router which with a little extra work this got sorted very quickly. Jason inspires confidence and this is what sold us on Ideal Solar. We found his quotation somewhat confusing but he called and explained everything. Their quotation was higher than the other main alternative we considered but we feel we have a premium product and got premium service.

Jason and his team were very efficient and installed my Zappi EV home charging unit in less than an hour. They also completed and submitted the relevant forms for the grant that day. He also took time out to explain to my 5 -year old what each tool is his toolbox was for! Very happy with the service provided.

Delighted we went with Ideal Solar and Electrical. Jason was a pleasure to deal with from initial consultation to installation. Ideal looked after the SEAI grant too so one less worry. We got a few quotes and Ideal were by far the most straight talking easy to deal with and not one bit pushy. Top quality workmanship from both the roofing and electrical team, and everything works exactly as it should. We got 18 panels with an outdoor sigenergy system with an 8kw battery. No regrets at all, highly recommend Ideal Solar.

Jason & the Ideal team fitted 14 solar panels for me in January. They were great to work with, friendly, punctual, tidy. They even suggested fitting the inverter & battery in a very awkward location for them but best for me. I would highly recommend them

We are very happy to recommend Jason and his team to anyone looking to install solar panels. He was very thorough from day one. I received a few quotes and Ideal Solar gave us a very good price for a good quality system. On the initial survey Jason even went up on the roof to get an exact fit for the panels. We were never pressured to take their quote unlike other companies. The job was in dec during stormy weather but was still completed quickly without any fuss or much disruption to us our or neighbours. Job was finished to a great standard and Jason was very helpful in going through the system with me. Again, I can't recommend Ideal Solar more highly.

I'm very happy with my 14 new solar panels which Ideal Solar installed for me last month. All the work was completed in one day and they left the place perfectly clean afterwards. Delighted with my late decision to also purchase a battery which allows me to store energy produced when I'm at work and the kids are at school. The two apps provided help me manage the system so I can get the best out of it. I really appreciate the great advice Jason gave me.

I am delighted with the Solar PV System and eV Charger provided by Ideal Electrical. From first contact, I found them to be very helpful and responsive. When they surveyed my house, they took time to explain the considerations that would go into designing a system to suit my needs and location. In their quotation, they included more detail explaining why they were recommending each of the key elements of the system and they set out several size/cost options and their associated payback periods. They also provided an illustration of where the solar panels would be located on my roof as well as photographs of previous installations. My system was installed in a day and their work was very neat and tidy and they explained how I could monitor the system’s performance from my phone. I was also very happy with the cost of the system as I found it to be very competitive. I am a very satisfied customer.

These guys are just fantastic. They were on time, very tidy and kept us up to date on the progress throughout the day. I can honestly say Ideal Electrical is the most professional supplier we've had in our home and extremely pleasant to deal with. I can’t recommend Jason and his team highly enough for Solar PV. In his quotation, he explained exactly what we were buying and the expected kWh from the system. He was happy to quote on several options. Having a qualified electrician handle the whole process from quote to end was very important to us. Jason communicated so well with us.
