We had solar panels fitted 2025 and I'd have to say look no further if you're looking for a reliable installer. After a career in retail I have to say top marks for after sales care and service. Many thanks to all the team for looking after the minor issues efficiently which cropped up. It's a pleasure to deal with a company who still believes in customer service.

We just wanted to thank all the team at Lennon Solar. We have recently had a complete solar system installed in our house. From the initial meeting with the representative to completion our experience has been marvelous. The team who carried out the project are brilliant ambassadors for the company. They fully understood the situation regarding our home and were first class. From senior installers to apprentices they were a professional in each stage of the project. Can we thank everyone including the office staff for all their assistance.

Fantastic service from the first review through to install. Very thorough company, completed my SEAI grant too. Install was done within a few hours, delighted with my panels. Would also recommend the Eddi system too, fab hot water. Have never looked back nor regretted installing, best decision ever, I generate power even on dull days. Definitely recommend you use Lennon Solar.

A week ago today we had PV panels installed. From the get go, the whole company were professional. Ciaran who visited us & more than adequately answered our questions. Margaret & all the office staff were on hand & so efficient. Cristian who surveyed our home, David & electrics team as well as the roofer team. They worked so well both as individuals & so well together as a team. I’d highly recommend them.

I don't normally do reviews but just had to in this case when it's warranted so much! We were blown away with the premium standard of service from all the team we met in Lennon Solar. From start to finish, hands down the best experience from any crew we've ever had here from building the house to various jobs over the years. Before ordering my panels I did as much research as possible so that I would be able to cross check replies to questions I would ask the four companies I requested quotes from. Lennon Solar was the only one that did not try to fool me into buying a system they wanted to sell me rather than one which would meet my needs. While all quotes were in the same ballpark, give or take a couple of hundred euros, I decided to go with Lennon. I was glad I did so. They provided me with a considerable amount of literature so that I would fully understand what I was buying. Having placed the order I got a visit from their engineer who planned the system and I was given a date three months from then for installation . As it happens they had a sudden cancellation and were in a position to fit my system after two months which was carried out with incredible efficiency on the day. I could not see what was done on the roof but I have no doubt it was to the same level of skill as was the electrical work at ground level. All anyone has to do is look at the inverter and associated wiring to know that the work is of the highest professional standard possible. I was also impressed by the fact that a month after the installation I got a call to ensure that everything was working well. I would highly recommend Lennon Solar to potential customers.

We needed to understand the cost & our saving goal to get solar panels installed. I had 16 panels fitted almost a year…

I had 16 panels fitted almost a year ago and 4 more with a battery added about 6 months ago. The process went really smoothly, from office to roofers to electricians. Everything went so well and each thing explained so well to me. No one waisted time and the whole job was tidy. clean, on time and professional. My sincere thanks for lovely work that is working so well.

Very good experience from start to finish. The sales rep Liam was friendly and helpful and did not try to sell us anything we did not need which is refreshing. The engineer did a detailed plan for the installers. The installation team were very professional, arrived on schedule and did the work promptly to a high standard. I got the panels fitted in early January and through the sleek app I can already see them producing more energy than I would have thought. Very happy I got solar panels and happy I chose Lennon Solar.

Lennon Solar provided an excellent service installing our solar panels, from start to finish. The professionalism of the staff was second to none. On the day the electrical team turned up at the agreed time and got to work straight away. They were so neat and tidy and cleaned up after themselves so much so you would never know they'd been there. The guys who installed the solar panels were so nice. Everything was explained to me at the time in detail in relation to the app. The office staff were great, really efficient at responding to my queries. With a large investment, you need to know the company care about that investment too

From the first phone call, to the sales Rep Michael calling out to talk to us, to the installation and the after-sales, all these steps matter when you're laying a lot of hard-earned money on the line. We have always been interested in PV Solar panels and when we moved here in Aug 2022 we decided that the area was made for them so after doing some homework and putting feelers out on the FB solar page we went with 3 quotes. The first was from a national installer who uses very hard-selling tactics and tries to get you signed up straight away to then have Lennon's Michael call out. The difference was worlds apart. Michael walked around with us, explained what the different options were, and advised us on the best option for us. As we have 2 EV's we didn't need the battery that the other company was trying to hard sell to us and the battery we believed we needed. When you get that gut feeling that this is the right company along with recommendations online, you go with that feeling. Lennon has proved beyond all reasonable doubt to us and the family and friends we have recommended them to, who used them too for their installation, that they are by far the most advanced and reliable company out there for Solar installation. You won't find a close match anywhere for their first class Sales, Install, or after-sales service in the country.

Lennon Solar recently installed a complete Solar Panel system for us, and we can honestly say they were the most professional and helpful company we have dealt with in years. From our initial meeting with Liam who advised us on our needs and guided us through the government grants (even assisting us to complete them online) to the teams who came and did the electrical work and installed the roof panels, we honestly can't say enough good things about them. It wasn't just the excellent installation work - it was the fact that everyone also took the time to be so helpful, guiding us through the equipment and showing us how to manage it using the Apps. The team in the office were fantastic too, ensuring the whole process from start to finish ran smoothly, keeping in regular contact with us. They even checked in after the work was complete too to ensure everything was working well. Overall, the customer service was exceptional. In a nutshell, if you're thinking of putting in solar panels, we couldn't recommend Lennon Solar highly enough. The team were so professional and helpful that it made the whole process from start to finish very easy and it was really appreciated. The overall service was fantastic, and we're delighted with our new system, so big thanks to everyone involved!

I don't usually leave reviews but I would just like to highly recommend Lennon Solar. From Margaret in the office to the installers for their attention to detail during the whole process. The entire team were excellent. So prompt, polite and helpful and left the place so tidy when they finished. Any questions I had the team at the office were brilliant and the grant process was so easy as all the work had been done. I received my payment last week. I have already recommended Lennon to a number of friends and family. 5 star company! Great price too!

I recently had solar panels installed by Lennon Solar, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service and professionalism. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and hassle-free. On the morning of the installation, two teams arrived promptly - the electricians and the roofers. Despite a small issue with the work environment, which was quickly resolved, the teams got to work efficiently. I was particularly impressed with the team leader electrician who went above and beyond in planning the routing of electrical cables, ensuring optimal efficiency and safety. Though the installation took a bit longer than expected due to the nature of the job, the team remained courteous and respectful of our daily routine within the house. The quality of the electrical work was exceptional, and upon completion of the roof work, the solar panels were laid out in a perfectly symmetrical manner. Overall, dealing with Lennon Solar was a truly pleasant experience. From adhering to timelines and conducting surveys to delivering a high-quality finished product, they exceeded my expectations at every step. I highly recommend Lennon Solar. We got quotations from several companies & found Lennon Solar the most competitive around. We dealt with the rep, Sean Mackin from the start & we went through what we wanted & recommendations together & came up with a package that we liked. We found Sean to be friendly & straight to the point. A week prior to Installation, we met with Cristian, we went through pre installation & we chose where we wanted the inverter, batteries, panels & cables. We also made a couple of changes at this stage from his recommendations & it worked out best for us. The team arrived at 8.00am & began work straight away. Unfortunately, we were after getting a new lawn put in & we asked the roofers, Aidan & Craig to try to do the least amount of damage possible as the ground was soft due to persistent rain the previous weekend. They left that evening at 5.00pm with very little damage done to the lawn & a very professional job with the panels, so thank you guys. The electricians, Mark, Liam & Ben did a great job installing the inverter, batteries, cables & work on the fuse board. They left the place spotless & went through the system with us before they left. Got a free Ber Test also included in the price, which made a huge difference in our rating. Our house is now an A1. Customer service was brilliant, dealing with Margaret in the office was a pleasure. We even got a post install email making sure we were happy. We got the system installed in September 2023 & we received the grant in January 2024. Looking forward to Summer 2024. Thank you Lennon Solar. Wish you the best in the future in your new premises.

Impressive Solar Panel Installation

We had our solar panels installed on the 24th January. After some research, we decided on Lennons Solar.We had an initial meeting with Hugh from Lennons. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the panels. He answered all our questions and outlined the options available to us. The roofers ,Andy and Craig, arrived at the appointed time and had the job completed quickly. Their work was very tidy and they removed some old rails that we had. Peter and his team of electricians were very efficient and explained how to use the app and the Eddie.They also cleaned and hoovered up afterwards. Margaret was in regular contact regarding appointment times and changes that we needed. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone thinking of installing solar panels.

We had our solar panels and system installed on the 15th of December. The guys arrived at 8am as scheduled. Peter, Arron, Chris and Andy were brilliant. The installation was completed by 1pm with the system running and the solar panels running all our electrical needs even though it was a cloudy day. From day one when Liam called to our home to explain the benefits of solar panels dealing with Lennon solar was plain sailing. I did a lot of research before finally deciding to go with Lennon solar, on price, knowledge, efficiency, customer service, experience and hassle free installation this company is 5 Star.

Expert install team very clean and tidy

From sales to the install team I have to say I was very impressed. I had 12 panels fitted and heating water in just under 4.5 hours. Very clean and tidy. I had done a lot of research into this and they come out on top. There is no question here they are the best. Tom Gibbons

Lennon Solar - Quality price and quality installation

My whole experience with Lennon Solar was extremely polished and professional from initial discussions, listening to what I wanted, discussing options, agreeing price right through to installation and support in a relatively short timeframe. The installation team including the electricians were very knowledgeable, courteous, clean and efficient. A key consideration for me was the presentation of the panels on the roof as there are some configurations that I saw on houses that looked as if they were just thrown up. I am delighted with the 15 solar panels on roof, how they look and also with hot water available when needed! Pricewise, Lennon Solar are very competitive and am delighted that they are a local business with a reputation for quality workmanship - which is also my experience. I have no hesitation in recommending Lennon Solar to anyone who wishes to get the best solar PV experience.

Lennon solar panels were just amazing…

Lennon solar panels were just amazing from start to finish. Fantastic bunch nothing was a bother. I felt they listened to me. My attic is very small. The inverter was to go on the wall outside of the attic, but when I asked could it possibly be put inside they said they would have a look,to my astonishment it was done . Cannot believe it. Had Lennon Solar install my panels last friday may 5th. Their work is outstanding and nothing is too much trouble. They arrived at 8.30 in the morning and finished up at 5. The electrician was outstanding in putting cables into the hot press and fuse board, you would never know he had installed anything new. Answering queries after is no problem as they give excellent after service. They also completed NC6 forms which is necessary in order to obtain payment of any surplus energy to the grid. Highly recommend them and price was very competitive.

I contacted Lennon through their website and quickly received a callback. NailI from sales visited us to assess our roof and we agreed on a 14 panel system with an eddi water heater at a good price. He went above and beyond, visiting twice to provide additional documentation. Within a month of placing the deposit, (the office staff also very helpful)they have installed my system. It has been 6 days now, and I've already saved 52 yoyos, that's in May, despite some not-so-great weather days. The installers arrived a couple of days early to prepare the groundwork, and on the installation day, the panels were up and running by noon a very neat job both inside wiring and systems and outside the panels themselves. The installers were friendly, treated the house with care, and cleaned up after themselves, you can tell they took pride in their work. They explained everything clearly before leaving. I now have a 14 panel 5.8kW system and an eddi water heater, which effectively covers our water heating needs without using gas. The app I have, called myenergy, is excellent. It provides real-time information on system generation, household consumption, and grid exports, and it seems to be available once you have the eddi installed. I can't recommend Lennon Solar highly enough an excellent experience from start to finish and the best investment in terms of saving and helping the environment.

After much research about installing PV panels, we decided to bite the bullet. We contacted a number of installers, one being Lennon Solar. From the get go the first person we met was Michael who know his stuff, talked at length with us about our needs and what would suit our situation. There was NO pressure put on us at all. Michael wrote it all down so we have a record of the works, we had a think about it over the next couple of days and after messages back and forth with questions we decided now was the time to go for it. Its a big investment but so worth it when you have a company you can trust. We paid the deposit and got a rough date. Then once the date was confirmed we had 2 crews arrive to do the work. Brilliant, professional men who arrived and got straight to work. All installed and set up within hours. Huge thanks to the lads, Liam, Ben, David and Artem who word tirelessly and with great care and attention to detail (they even cleaned and swept up after themselves). Finally the comprehensive run through with Liam, no question was silly and he took the time to explain everything. Now we are enjoying generating our own electricity as well as plenty of surplus which we are feeding back to the grid. From first contact to date and going forward, it has been and will be a real pleasure to deal with such a professional company who's aim is to provide a first class service. Slightly long lead time but can understand this due to energy crisis/demand. Just waiting for new free BER rating & grant application which is all handled by Margaret in Lennon Solar. I cannot recommend Lennon Solar highly enough for anybody thinking of making an investment in Solar PV and EV Chargers. The initial sales team were patient in answering all my questions and gave expert advise on the best design for my particular circumstances. While the installation ran extremely smoothly, it really was the after-care service that really impressed most and makes me feel very comfortable recommending Lennon to others. Bernard spared no effort in ensuring that the system was fully commissioned and working as was originally designed and promised. I am extremely happy with my new system and impressed by the quantity of electricity it produces everyday meaning that most of the time I am now off the grid completely!
