They came to your house to offer us a free, no obligation survey to see if our house is suitable, they asked us for a day we will be home, we gave them a day, the period that would suit us best, and then they dont show up at all. Lack of professionalism from this company.

A pleasure to dela with from start to finish, the installers of the panels and the electricians who connected the panels were efficient. The lads ensured they left the area as they found it. Would recommend Green Electric to family and friends

Everyone we dealt with in Green Electric were knowledgeable, highly competent and easy to work with, from the on-site team right through to the office support team. We used Green Electric to get solar for the first time this year, and the process couldn't have been easier. From initial meeting, to installation, everything was clear and they even take care of the SEAI application for you. The installation team had 14 panels installed in a couple of hours. The warranties with the system, also gives you great peace of mind, and we're delighted with our investment so far.

We got solar panels fitted late July 2025 by Green Electric. Their agent, Mathew Oaks, was very helpful with explaining the stages and supported us at each step. The company took care of all the dealings with utility suppliers etc. The installation was rapid and satisfactory. We are seeing savings in our bill from going solar and we feel strongly that we are helping to reduce reliance on focil fuels. The user friendly app also informs and guides our daily usage.

Excellent service from start to finish! Matthew was great he even applied for the grant for us so we didn't need to get caught up with things we hadn't got a clue about. Everything went so smoothly and they turned up when they said they would. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Green Electric to anyone thinking of having solar panels installed. 👍👍

The Green Electric Team did a great job from start to finish on our Solar Panel install. The initial consultation with Matthew was great, despite our awkward shaped roof, he was able to taylor a solution to get us the maximum amount of solar panels and his innovative use of a large battery system means we can store solar energy on sunny days and also use cheap overnight rates to charge up in winter to give us lower bills all year round. The installation team, engineer, roofers and electricians were friendly, on time, professional and extremely efficient. They had us up and running by lunchtime on the day of the install. I would highly recommend talking to Matthew about options for Solar/battery systems to maximise savings on your home energy.

We had been considering solar panels for generating electricity for some time. After a call to our door, we agreed to go ahead with a meeting with Matthew (rep), who explained everything to us. We decided to proceed, so next step was an assessment by an engineer who suggested 12 roof panels (7 on one side and 5 on the other). The installation (Stefan and team) took about 5 hours with minimum inconvenience. Note our 8kW battery installed outside as pictured. We are happy to recommend Green Electric for a professional job.

Green Electric installed our solar panels in August. It was something we planned on doing but hadn't got around to yet. And we are so glad they called to the door that day. Very polite and professional from the start. Matt did a great job explaining everything and provided us with a very informative presentation which helped a lot. He was very receptive to any questions we had and easily had an answer. Installation day came and went very quickly. The team were very efficient and frankly just good at their job. Very minimal disruption to our day. Surprised by how quickly everything was completed. It has been a few months and everything is working great. I got my solar panels and overall system installed last month and I have to say that the team at Green Electric did a brilliant job! From the initial consultation and presentation from the sales team with Neil who was very knowledgeable and professional to the installation team who where in and out within the day and again very professional. Everything was installed with minimal fuss, I was impressed and any of my follow up questions and queries dealt with either instantly or within a day! We had Solar Panels installed recently by Green Electric and we are happy to highly recommend the company. From the first consultation until now we have found all of the staff to be helpful and efficient. The installation of the solar panels only took a few hours and the electrical team arrived soon afterwards to get us connected. We are delighted with the solar panels and how the whole system is working. It is really helpful to be able to see which appliances etc are using the most electricity and to see what solar power is being generated. The large battery and the AI feature to buy units at the cheapest rate are a big bonus too. We are very happy to have made the switch to solar and particularly with the products provided by Green Electric.

Just a few words to say how pleased I've been since I had my Solar Panels installed. From the first contact with Sales Rep Matthew, who was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with my many questions. The outside guys got the work done quickly and the inside engineers were also spot on and dispite it being the wettest of days managed to get the job done with a minimum of disruption. Overall its been a really good experience and I'm delighted to decided to get the job done.

We had a hugely positive experience in Green Electric. The installation team was hugely professional, came on time, installed the equipment promptly and left everything clean and working perfectly. The best experience was the discussion with Matthew Oakes beforehand - the technical person who visited to explain how solar would work for us. Speaking with him, we realised how much more sense it made to put a monthly payment into funding a solar installation that would bring us renewable energy, energy resilience and protection from rising prices - rather that wasting it on high electricity bills every month. So that's what we did. We are delighted that they called to the door, and that we had the discussion. We would very highly recommend a solar installation and Green Electric as the provider. Just a quick note to say that we're extremely happy with our solar panel installation. From our first conversation with Neil a very helpful sales person who talked us through the whole process to the installation of panels on the roof and the connection of the inverter it was a pleasure dealing with the contractors. Solar Panels were something we were considering, when The Green Electric rep happened to call. There was no hard sell, but a well explained offering and each benefit and possible down side (very few) high lighted. Their pricing was very competitive and from initial contact/order to delivery of system was three weeks. We were able to fit 10 solar panels on the roof and also a 8kW battery to the side of the house. The engineers and installers we met were so friendly and helpful. They arrived when scheduled and installation was only half a day. Green Electric are a one stop shop, they claim back grant on your behalf and organize the BER rating in their pricing. Since installation and monitoring the APP we have been covering our needs and sending a certain amount back to grid. Green Electric a Big Thank You
