GoSolar's very high standards haven't…

GoSolar's very high standards haven't dropped. 6 Years ago we had a 4kW system installed in 2019. This install wasn't without its problems (not the fault of the GoSolar team) a 30 year old hot water cylinder sprung a leak and the team hung around till well after 10pm that night to stop the leak and returned first thing the following day to resolve the problem. That kind of attention and dedication to customer service is rare. So when we decided to upgrade the Panels, Inverter and Battery in late 2025, there was only one phone call made, following which, on Dec 16th 2025, the exact 6th anniversary of the first install, the team arrived and were gone the following day without any fuss and with everything completed. Our new 5kW Huawei Inverter and Battery including Smartguard is up and running and performing as expected. I can't speak highly enough of Paul Bennet and the whole team.

Go Solar installed solar panels for me three years ago. It took less than a day to install. It works better than we expected. Even in the winter if there's any sun we get lots of hot water. I would highly recommend Go Solar.

GoSolar were ultra-professional from start to finish. Dormer windows rendered the roof unsuitabe for a conventional set-up, plus is SE-facing but Paul proposed locating the panels in the garden. The orientation is optimum and all works were comfortably completed within the 1 day. They are very local to us which is a huge advantage but to be honest, we haven't had to bother them since instalation, with everything running swimmingly. We couldn't recommend this Company strongly enough.

Very happy with the quality of workmanship. Installation of 12 panels took approx half a day from start to finish, including app setup for tracking PV generation. All relevant paperwork administered by the company. Other family members subsequently used Go Solar for their installation, and similarly happy with outcome.

Great company to deal with

Great experience from start to finish,the job was completed in just over half of a day,great bunch of lads to deal with and kept me informed of everything that was being done and then set me up on the solar app to see how the whole process works,great job. Just a note,you do have to look after the SEAI grant yourself but this is really easy to and the company will help you with it if you need it.overall very happy with how everything went.

12 panel South Facing Installation I had 12 panels installed lasOctober…

I had 12 panels installed last October 2024 by GoSolar. I’m very pleased with the installation and operation of the system. It has achieved full output on a number of occasions. It has produced 4180 units since installed compared to consumption of 2670. Surplus electricity is exported and I’m now in credit with my electricity supplier. I’m well on the way to a 5 year payback on the investment. GoSolar were very good to deal with, competitive quotation, work programmed very quickly, no delays, good roofing and electrical installation. Overall I’m very happy and have no hesitation in recommending Go Solar👍 I originally approached GoSolar on the recommendation of a friend who had a system installed by GoSolar.

A very easy company to deal with from the beginning, no hard sales pitch from them unlike similar companies in the area, prompt installation with absolutely no issues, we would highly recommend them.

Very professional company to deal with. The lads that came to do the installation were professional and very quick. Quality workmanship. Only negative was it took quite a while to get the grant. This was more on the SEAI side but there was a small correction to be made by installer after survey was carried out which delayed things.

The installation of the PV Panels was…

The installation of the PV Panels was carried out on the agreed date last November, within the timescale agreed and to a very professional standard. The supporting admin was also excellent. I would therefore, have no hesitation in recommending GoSolar. However, it is the performance of the system that has most impressed me as my cost savings to date this year amount to just over €1K. My most recent electricity bill was €37 credit compared to €330 for the same period in 2024. I don't yet have a battery installed but the system has been set up to receive one & I therefore intend to add it this year

We are delighted with the installation and with Go Solar. The system was sized perfectly for our needs, and was installed very professionally and neatly inside a day. Both our electricity and water heating bills have been slashed since early March, and our only regret was waiting until the autumn when we could have had it installed in the spring!

I wanted a company that had good feedback to carry out the installation and one that has been around at least a couple of years. So I carried out a lot of research on the equipment and obtained at least 10 quotes. 3 companies priced similar and were competitive. Some of the other quotes where just mad. I went with was gosolar due to other people reviews of the company and was not let down. The equipment used is of a high standard and carry long warranty’s. I got 9 panels almost 4kw installed with a hybrid inverter if I want to add batteries later. I cannot praise this company highly enough. Everyone in the office is extremely professional. The 5 workers that attended and installed all the equipment on the day really knew what they were doing and as you can see from the pictures no wiring is visible in a very clean install. A special mention to Thomas one of the electrician's as he had to come out a second day to wire the eddi and made sure everything was at a standard that I couldn’t have been happier with.

Very happy with the install, professionally finished, a lot care taken when installing and fitters very friendly and informative. Price seemed fair compared to other competitors and supplied a lot of info that others, like projected monthly/yearly production of panels. Sales and technical were both very friendly and easy to talk to. Installed 1 month so far and already producing a little more than projected for this month.

Simply wow I had shopped around looking for the best deal for solar install and we're go solar was not of my list but I said feck it they probably going to be the same as the rest of them but no. I spoke to Emma who went through the whole process with me and it was a very pleasant chat and informative one too. Was there to answer any questions before we even went through with the panels always would ring me back if she busy. The install was fantastic lads arrived on time in fact early. Straight to work no hassles up they went. All done within the day. No fuss or no mess behind seriously would recommend them. They are responsible on their prices and we already starting to enjoy the luxury of hot water without using the gas or turning on the hot tank. The saving will come very soon as in less day a day we saved over 5 euro in less than a day image what it be like the rest of the time.
