Recently had 8 solar panels fitted by SOLARCRAFT. The process was seamless from start to finish, an excellent company to deal with. The installers were quick efficient and extremely helpful. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

Solar Craft Fantastic Company

From start to finish this company has been incredibly professional and friendly to deal with. From Brian in the office and Shahrukh, to the engineers Alex and Alex 🤩 and the electrician Andy. They have been so helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was a hassle for them. They remain at the other end of the phone immediately if we have any queries or additions to our system and it’s all running amazingly well. I’m so happy we chose them and would highly recommend them to anyone venturing into the Solar journey.

We recently got Solar panels installed by Solar Craft and are thrilled with the outcome. We have used very little energy from the grid with our production and battery providing us with on average 85% of our needs- and that in the month of March ! Installation could not have been easier with Donal Co-ordinating with us regularly and the engineers arriving promptly - all over in a day. Delighted with our venture into Solar Energy - it has a feel good factor- strongly recommended.

Brilliant Service and Great Quality

Having decided to go Solar and having no idea on what do next, I looked to get a couple of quotations. Solarcraft was the company that came across as the most professional business with emails and followup's which gave me confidence in their expertise. I have had 18 panels installed with Batteries. Even though i am not generating the energy yet that i need due to the time of year, i can see that the system and quality is definitely what i was hoping for and I have had regular calls from Solarcraft to check that all is in order. Many thanks to the team there and i would have no issues recommending them to anyone. Here's hoping that the summer will bring lots of sun and reduce my bills.

I met the lads in the ploughing championships in September, I had spoken to 3 Pv providers that day and from the outset the lads made the best impression, they were the 1st to contact me to arrange a site visit and follow up on my enquiry from the ploughing, they handled all the grant application for me and came and installed the system safely and promptly, Donal from Solarcraft contacted me the Friday before the install we spoke about batteries for the system and the benefits, I enquired with some friends who recommended that the system with batteries was the way to go, the system setup was completely and any tweaking was done by the technician Su remotely, the system did need tweaking at first and I particularly liked that the lads were always contactable on the phone and were not trying to tell me that it was working fine, they assured me that they would resolve the issues and did so in due course, I found them very easy to deal with from start to finish, very impressed with the easy in which I could contact them and very happy with how the handled the few small issues that were with the system initially, I would have every faith that should I have a question in the morning that I would be able to contact the lads and they would do their utmost to help, I would 100% recommend Solarcraft to my friends and have done so with 1 family member already using them as well and also having a very good experience, Top class start to finish I all aspects

I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Solar Craft . The guys were on time and completed the job in one day . Pricing was also very fair and the SEAI grant process was very smooth with the help of the team in the office. I would be happily recommend this company to anyone who is interested in getting Solar Panels installed.

3.2 Kw Solar Panels with immersion iBoost

We had a 3.2Kw system installed and were very impressed with the team from Solarcraft. The system was put in over two days, and the roofers, electrician (Andy) and engineer (Su) were very professional and efficient. They answered all our questions and talked us through every stage of the process. I would add the total cost less the SEAI grant was very competitive. Highly recommended!

Prompt, Professional & Good Value

Solarcraft attended as scheduled and completed the Survey & installation of our Solar Panels in the allocated time. Workers were professional and explained the system very well. Work inside the house was done in an overall tidy manner. They were of great help with our SEAI application and grant claim.

Good communication throughout, installation experience was excellent, explained everything and were polite and courteous.

My parents did little research into this company before signing up, so hopefully you’re reading this before you have landed in a similar situation. They installed solar panels in our house in October 2016. Unaware to my parents, the steel pipes were installed awkwardly around the chimney breast in the attic such that over time, the expansion and contraction of the working wipes has caused the pipes to wear against the corners of the chimney breast and the coolant has slowly leaked out. This was discovered by a local registered plumber in the summer of 2019, who explained that a properly trained plumber would never have installed the plumbing in this way and that of course this would have happened. We contacted solarcraft and found it very difficult to get anybody to speak to us, with repeated promises that somebody would call back but nobody ever did. Eventually, we were asked to send pictures of the damaged pipes. After the pictures were sent on, a text came through that the damage was definitely not their fault and it looked as if the pipes had been ‘struck’ in some way. This explanation is farcical and an insult to anybody’s intelligence. Now that we have read other reviews, it seems very common for them to wash their hands of any responsibility in issues that arise with their products or workmanship. They subsequently avoided speaking to us over the phone any further. We were now without hot water for nearly three weeks so eventually had to pay for a local plumber to come and fix the plumbing. This is simply not good enough. Based on both the quality of the service provided and the way they have subsequently treated my parents over this issue, I would strongly recommend that you take your money elsewhere.

Free Energy Survey Solar Craft , Be Aware

This company cold call from another company named Energy Craft , saying they are offering you a free energy survey . They advise the guys will come into your home check radiators and Insulation . They guys come into your home and glance at this stuff and very soon your told you need solar panels and what solar can do for you that you will have hot water every morning ect this doesnt happen. You are then subjected to hours of a sales technique with a sales guy cursing at you through out the process. You will be told they are looking for a few people in the area and if you live in an area with some traffic that they will give you a sign for your front garden , you will be told they have other people in the area to see. They are only there to sell you solar panels nothing else. They take your number from the eircom directory they have your name , address and phone number. Be Aware ...
