I contacted a lot of solar installers, most did a "survey" which was little more than a sales call, often pushing kit they clearly got commission on. They would wave away any detail queries with a "the installers will figure it out on a the day". James was the complete opposite, he spent two hours at my house discussing the options, figuring out the best location for the kit, the best way to run wires etc. He explained everything patiently, addressed all my concerns. The install went smoothly as a result and Im very pleased with the system. James and his team are a pleasure to deal with, highly recommend!

James and his crew installed my solar panels in December. They were very efficient and informative in the installation process and the workings of the system. James was very quick to respond to my questions after installation. I highly recommend solar clarity to anyone considering installing solar panels.

James is top notch! 5 stars. Having researched the solar market and received several quotes, I went with James of Solar Clarity after a recommendation from a builder friend. James is knowledgeable and direct in approach. No sales chat! James and his team efficiently installed a 6.5 kWp set up including 13 Trina panels, a 5kw EcoFlow PowerOcean hybrid inverter, and 2 x 5kw EcoFlow battery packs. Within a day he had sent in the 30 documents and images required for the SEAI application. If only my EV charger installer, BER assessor and SEAI were as efficient! I also know that I can give James a shout if anything goes wrong in the future. If you are thinking of going solar, give James a shout.

Great experience dealing with James and his team. We got a solar panel system (panels & batteries) installed by them yesterday - and the whole experience from the day of the survey till now has been nothing but seamless. Solar Clarity installed our Solar PV system and batteries two months ago. We had some concerns about where the batteries would be installed also how the mounting system would work on our 1930's homes roof. Absolutely thrilled that I decided to go with James from solar clarity! Fantastic work from James and his crew! He is really knowledgeable on Solar and helped me navigate the several alternatives in the space. He planned a 21-panel + 16kWh battery install and deployed it in a single day which is truly incredible. The install easily passed SEAI inspection so I already got the grant from them. James and his crew designed and installed a wonderful 15 panel system. It was a super efficient installation and the results exceeded our expectation considerable. James was a pleasure to deal with and I can't recommend Solar Clarity highly enough.

James and the whole Solar Clarity team did a fantastic job of designing and installing an 18 panel system for us - couldn't recommend them highly enough! Very knowledgeable and tidy onsite, and the quality of the workmanship of the installation is very good indeed.

Solar Clarity were recommended by a relative and I contacted James who came to my house. We discussed the technical aspects of the installation and we agreed to proceed with 16 panels. The installation took place in mid December and was completed in 6 hours with immediate positive results. The system continues to perform very well and we are extremely happy with our solar installation. I would recommend James and his company to anyone considering a solar installation.

I would highly recommend Solar Clarity if you are looking to go Solar. I was recommended James and his company by a work colleague. I got in contact with James and he was very helpful and was able to survey my house just from me sending on photos. He recommended I utilise my roof space and quoted me for 20 panels which equated to a 8.8kw system along with a sungrow 5kw inverter and a sungrow 9.6kw battery. I then acquired some more quotes from different companies. James's quote was as competitive as other quotes I received but what swayed me towards Solar Clarity along with the cost was the quality of product they use and the fact I had been recommended them. In the end I decided to add an extra battery pack bring my total storage up to 12.8kw. Installation day came and James and his crew arrived on schedule and had it all done by around 4pm, they were very neath and tidy and their work is to a very high standard. Do not hesitate to contact Solar Clarity for a quote you will not be disappointed.

We had a great experience with James and his team in Solar Clarity in Installing Solar panels to our Roof. James was very accomodating to our schedule, while we were away and provided us with a report of the installation and had a site visit beforehand to explain the details. We had clear and timely communication throughout the process. His company uses high quality components and his team was very nice and friendly during the installation which only took a little over half a day. He also took the time to explain how to app and systems work and constantly provided us with advise on how to make the best use of our new system. James Gunn installed our solar panels in May 2023. We’re based in Dublin. Solar Clarity were excellent. We were given great advice and all the work was done in a day. The lads were really efficient, there was minimal disruption during the install and they left the place really clean. James is very knowledgable and very easy to work with.
