Installation was smooth however when I informed the office that I paid the full bill after the Installation, I was told that they want to apologise because they made a mistake on the bill, so they sent me an extra bill of 1200 eur for the battery. Brendan rushed us saying that we have to pay 500eur as deposit if we want to get the 2nd battery for free. Then we paid to get the 2nd battery for free that was the only one reason we paid that day then 3months later we are told that the invoice given to us did not include the battery. Very hard to understand if iz genuine mistake from their part.

I would recommend blue planet to anyone thinking of getting solar panels, from start to finish they were professional, they answered any questions I had, they looked after grant application. In the weeks and months after the panels were installed they followed up to insure i was happy and everything was running well. The lads on the ground that installed the the panels were also great. From the first meeting with Paddy B , who was friendly and chatty, and very professional, explaining everything involved with the process , he answered all our questions , so we had no fear in giving the deposit to him that day . Everything was smooth running although we did encounter some difficulties our side as our fuse boxes needed to be upgraded and rewired , we own a 230 year old house , and although we had upgraded the fuse boxes , they couldn’t have taken the load from the solar panels . The installers explain why they couldn’t “finish” the job that first day as it was a safety issue . Today they finished the job , and on one of the worst days in November we are generating electricity. I recommend Planet Blue Energy, without any hesitation. They simplify all the paper work while keeping us informed of what they were doing . It was a complete service from day one until today . I couldn’t be happier. Bronagh

Just after getting 14 solar panels installed, inverter,5kw battery, and Eddi..hot water diverter..Fantastic neat and tidy job with installers Circet. Planet Blue Energy were brilliant to deal with from start to finish..Installation was done in under two weeks from date of first consultation. Highly recommended.

I'm not sure about other customers, but I waited three months for working panels, and I was promised a maximum of five weeks. That's why I'm giving it four stars. I won't describe the entire process because it's pointless. Four stars for the work performed, a very professional installation, which I'm very happy with. And the price was also very affordable compared to competitive suppliers. I can't comment on the components, as it's too early to say anything.

I requested quotes to many installers for solar panels, and the majority just declined my application because it was not a straight-forward scenario. Blue Planet had the best price of the company’s we checked. The Blue Planet people were very helpful with surveys pricing and doing all the grant application and electric and BER companies. The work was completed between 08.00 and 14.30 in one day. The crew finished the work and cleaned up any dust created. Overall a very good job and we’re very pleased with it. Hi, we installed in May '25. We found Planet Blue to be efficient and informative. 'Solar West' did the installation, it's evident that both parties have good communication, as when we did need a follow up there was a quick response. We're happy with the work and are enjoying the benefits.

Can't recommend Planet Blue enough. From our original consultation with Killian, to dealing with the staff manning the office, the whole process was first class. My sister and father used Planet Blue based on my recommendation with the same results. We got three very different systems installed - a mixture of batteries, Eddie and just pure solar. I got to meet two of the electrical crews and two of the roofer crews. All gents and first class work. Great advice was received at all stages and my father in particular said it was the best job he has carried out in his own house over the years. Highly recommended!

From the moment we met Colin, we knew we were in good hands. His attention to detail, professionalism and depth of knowledge were impeccable. We had the privilege of employing Planet Blue to install our 24 solar panels, Anker Inverter and a10kw battery. Six weeks later we could not be more happy with both the quality of the product and the service as our electricity bills have been reduced to practically zero. Planet Blue are an excellent company. Upon completion of works Frans was on hand to set up the system on the app and provided great guidance on its optimal usage. Finally a huge thanks must go to Leo Hogan the CEO who we had the pleasure of dealing with from the get go.
