Recently had solar panels installed with Og Engineering. Fantastic company to work with, answered all questions we had with minimal fuss. Lads who carried out the work were brilliant. Can't fault them. Would highly recommend.

Og Engineering provide a really high-quality service at a very fair price. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. The whole team were professional at all times, so friendly, and had such lovely manners. They treat your home with real respect and care, which makes such a difference. The solar panels have really reduced our bills – the investment truly pays off and gives great peace of mind. Kids leaving the lights on is no longer an issue! Trying to find the right team for the job can be daunting, and worrying about being overcharged or poor workmanship is always a concern, but with Brian Óg and the team, we were in very safe hands. The follow-up service for any of our queries was excellent, and Brian Óg always answered our calls and never made us feel like we were a bother.

Solar panel installation

Recently had Brian and the guys working at our place. Really happy with the work, really tidy and the guys were super. Five star service. Looking forward to the benefits of the panels against our bills!!

Couldn't speak highly enough of Óg Engineering. Brian and his team provided an excellent service. Really good communications, great workmanship and great value.

What a service. From inital enquiry to the installation of our solar panels and batteries, Brian was very helpful. He took his time to explain the various options which were open to us. After a couple of home visits and lots of questions from us, we went ahead and got 9 panels 2 batteries and immersion controller installed. All this was completed in one day by Brian and his team with great attention to detail, tidiness and all the lads were very courteous and professional throughout the installation. Brian went above and beyond 2 days after installation when our heat pump stopped working and arranged for Kevin to call out and sort the issue which had nothing to do with the installation. Many thanks to all the team for a job well done. I would highly recommend OG engineering.

Quality installation of our Solar Panels by Brian and his team, we are delighted with the results! We opted to purchase the battery from Brian also and we've been bill free since installation. Brian talked us through what to expect and he also helped with the grant application, he installed and showed us how to use the app so we can monitor what we are saving and also selling back to the grid. Brian was both friendly helpful at every turn and we would highly recommend Og Engineering as both cost effective and extremely professional.

Brilliant, a very professional organization. Brian and his team spent one day in the house and installed 12 solar panels and battery. Very clean workers and not a speck of dirt to be found in the house following a long day. Had to get used to reading app and understand the new system so follow up support was needed and provided as and when needed. Can’t speak more highly of Óg Engineering. Brian and the lads were a pleasure to deal with. Fitted our solar panels without no disruption to our home at all. We also had very little paperwork to fill out as the majority of it was take of by the company. They also have an excellent after sales service, Brian explained everything to us with regards to how to it worked, from checking our usage on the app to how buying and selling from the grid works. Loving having our panels are we can now see what we are using daily.

Brian and his team did a fantastic job on our solar, despite poo weather conditions the full team turned up and installed the entire setup within a day. Our setup was less optimal due to East/West roof however we’re producing free energy and able to sell back to the grid so we will see a big improvement in our monthly bills. Now considering an upgrade and possibly some more panels on the garage to help even more. Would definitely recommends, professional, clean, punctual.

Óg engineering were contracted to fit solar panels to our home in Stillorgan. Brian the owner came to our home and gave us the options to suit our energy needs. We agreed the T&Cs set a date and time for the works to begin. Guess what, a crew of 5 guys arrived on the date and on time. After the usual pleasantries etc, these 5 gentlemen started work immediately. Each doing their relevant roles. But these guys worked hard all day as a ‘can do’ team. What I noticed was all the crew were professional, mannerly and cheerful in their engagements throughout the day. I noticed that the team were happy amongst themselves. I immediately thought later in the afternoon that the boss, who was not on site, must be instilling a sense of comradeship and the highest level of quality on site, together with manners which can be rare these days. Well done to Brian the owner and leader. To finish the guys cleaned up after themselves and brought cardboard etc away with them. Brian has been wonderful to deal with on our EV and solar projects in our new home. Brian engaged very constructively with our project team (architect, M&E consultant, site manager etc), addressed all queries quickly and clearly, helped us value engineer the best equipment for our project, delivered and installed all equipment on time and without fuss. We had one issue with the EV charger supplier (outside of Brian's control) which delayed installation but Brian dealt with this very well and all was ultimately resolved to our satisfaction. Brian has been available post installation to deal with any queries we have. Overall, we've had a very positive experience working with Brian and I would be very happy to recommend him for similar jobs.

We were shopping around looking for who to choose for solar install, having spoken to many solar sales people. Once we met with Brian, an electrical engineer, we knew who we needed to go with. This is despite being the most cost effective also. Brian and his team were fantastic, very professional, respectful of the house while conducting the works. When completed, the job itself was flawless, excellently installed, and looks fantastic. Communication and management of all documents, grant paperwork etc... was quick and comprehensive. I would have no hesitation on recommending Brian for any solar works, or electrical contracting.
