I have to say mysolar from the beginning to end so professional and informative ! Aaron was so easy to deal with, the guys that fitted the panels very professional and electricians arrived about 30 mins after the fitters left and all up and running in the one day ! Defo worth giving these guys a shout highly recommend

It has barely been a week, but everything is running well. The guys that arrived to perform the installation worked very hard and by lunch time I was up and running. So far with a mixture of weather the system is performing to estimations supplied. Thank you MySolar.

Came out with a worse BER rating after spending €8k with this company for 16 panels. Company downgraded an approved BER rating from a previous assessor for other works that had nothing to do with solar panel's and were extremely unhelpful in resolving and we are now worse off with zero ownership for installation works or their assessors. Would avoid

Excellent service. Got 16 panels and 10 kW battery installed a week and a half ago. Arrived on time and went through everything with me. Neat and efficient. Ciaran the electrician was great. Explained everything to me. Working very well so far. Highly recommend My Solar.

Great experience with MySolar from price quote to installation. They don’t try oversell you anything but rather listen and recommend what will work best according to your needs. On the installation day, the roofers and electricians were done within the day, explained how the app works etc. All in all, I can’t fault anything. I love that communication was open and they kept me updated throughout installation (they also handled the NC6 form and guided me to complete the SEAI grant).

Absolutely amazing service. Contacted MySolar and got a very detailed proposal which I went with straight away. Just had the installation guys finish today. They arrived bang on time and were absolutely brilliant throughout the day. The main guy Tony was a dream to have in charge, everything was done so neat and tidy and I couldn't be happier with everything 11 out of 10

We recently had solar panels installed, and the entire process was fantastic from start to finish. Mike, Leon, and Alan were incredibly friendly and professional throughout. They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the work being done, checking in with us at every stage to confirm that everything, especially the internal work, was to our satisfaction. Dealing with Ben and Sasha in the office was also so easy. They explained all the steps and stages clearly, which helped us feel informed and confident throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail, excellent communication, and customer care made the experience seamless and stress-free. We’re thrilled with the final result and would highly recommend their services to anyone considering solar panel installation.

Best guys and best work. Came in morning, started work, wore protective cover on shoes when inside house as we don’t use shoes inside house. Work well done. Cleaned as they finished. Well mannered. Roof guys came, straight went up, no unnecessary chat. Work was done to 100 percent satisfaction and went in 4 hours. We got 16 panels installed.

Very good experience overall. Solar panels have been on now for a couple of weeks. MySolar were excellent to deal with. From initial contact to installation was less than a month. They made it easy with online forms and a clear process on how to organise grant and other documentation. The install crew were neat and done in less than half a day. Would recommend MySolar.

Highly recommend this company. They were very thorough from start to finish. Initial contact and phone calls were very informative. A good investigation of our property was carried out and adjustments made to ensure the maximum sun exposure for the panels. The crew arrived and finished as planned. Follow up support has been excellent. I would be very happy to recommend this company.

From the moment I contacted My Solar their customer care was top class. The quote and advice about specifications for our home was really accurate. Installation was quick to schedule and the process went smoothly. Small snags were dealt with the next day. Follow up was also very helpful. Can't recommend them enough.

Really impressed with this company from start to finish !! Got quotes from multiple firms but this company is the only one out there offering the flexibility of monthly payment scheme - monthly installments as low as 50e with no interest or up front deposit which is very convenient. Requested for the inverter to go into the garage and was accommodated at short notice with all safety measures, on the day of the installation found out the fuse board had to be upgraded since it is an older property.. they were able to source an electrician and sort this out for me as well !! Positive experience all in all and would highly recommend checking them out !

I recently had solar panels installed by MySolar at my home, and while the overall experience was positive, there were a few challenges along the way. Communication could have been better, and scheduling the installation took some effort—likely due to my location in Cork. However, once the second installation attempt was arranged, the process was quick and efficient. The installation team was excellent and very professional. They found a creative solution for running the cables without damaging the walls, which I really appreciated. Despite the initial challenges, I’m happy with the outcome and would recommend MySolar for their professionalism and the quality of their work.

Anyone interested in Solar Panels then look no further, really could not recommend these guys high enough on every aspect of their service. Dealt with Luke initially and he made the whole process easy to understand and clearly outlined the next steps. Every step was crystal clear and so the experience was incredibly simple and straightforward. Installation was quick and efficient and the lads were absolutely top class from start to finish. They ensured everything was understood and clear. Any questions we had were clearly explained and covered without hassle. The whole experience was so good that I will be going out of my way to highly recommend MySolar and the team there. A pleasure to deal with all round.

So easy to deal with (compared to at least 5 others we spoke with!) especially in arranging the grant, getting everything agreed and undertanding the set-up/process. Installation itself was only a few hours, everything working smoothly and communication is top class. No hesitation in recommending My Solar. 5 star service and delivery.

I dealt with Tom in my Solar and he was just fantastic, very informative with all the questions I had and there was alot. Once I was happy to commit and signed the contract the installation process only took 2 weeks to book in as they do different counties on different days. When they arrived the install job was completed in under 2 hours and that was it I was up and running. I have them on the house now a few weeks and find them great. Very easy to track everything with the app too. A+ service

Absolutely delighted with my solar panels. The whole service was super professional and efficient. The crew that came to us were so friendly and didn't leave until everything was cleaned up and they were happy we knew how to use our new system. I genuinely couldn't recommend them enough.

I'm glad I decided to go with my solar customer service was really nice right from beginning the lads were in and out after 2 and a half hours and left place tidy. Very polite and efficient. So far extremely happy with panels saving already would definitely recommend

I’ve had my solar panels for just over a year and am delighted with them. From the first time I contacted them, to the last van leaving my drive, the company dealt with me fairly and efficiently. The crew that came to fit them were amazing and did the whole job in one morning. I pay for my panels monthly and it’s definitely the way to go. If you haven’t got the cash to spend out. I couldn’t recommend them more highly
