It’s a shame, reading the reviews it seems like a great place, Once you’re able to get hold of them. I’ve been waiting 2 months, then received a call. A call with the surveyor was scheduled but unfortunately he never called. I called 3 times and left a message for a call again. They have a call scheduling system on their website, calls were scheduled through that as well and unfortunately still no one has contacted me. Quite disappointing. Will look for someone who wants to do business.

House2Home recently carried out work at my home and I am very happy with their standard of work, including the wall insulation, electrical upgrade and plastering work. They were friendly and efficient to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their home.

I engaged with house2home for private and commercial work and they were very thorough with the works. The communication and engagement from them was brilliant and the quality of work was very good. I would have no reservations about using them for works and would definitely recommend them.

House2Home will sell you on a 20 year warranty for the work that they do, but that's meaningless when the work is low quality and they have no intention of ever fixing issues. House2Home installed a solar vacuum system for us in 2018. The install experience didn't start well - the panels didn't show up at the right time on the day, and a pump broke within a week. There were also issues post-installation with how the new tank they installed integrated with the existing system. Getting the promised BER certificate from them was a lengthy process. Back in 2023 we noticed water ingress from the roof area where the panels were installed - despite sending photos and lots of back and forth by email - there was no resolution to it. House2Home are more than happy to take your money, but the post install experience - and the standard of work - is lacklustre. Reading the reviews here, I'm clearly not the only person affected. Think twice before engaging with this company. They don't deliver on any of their promises.

Wish I had read Reviews on this company ? Before engaging with them I would NOT recommend them at all Paid full amount & they only installed 3/4 insulation. Very poor customer service , same issues as other customers . Over promise and Under deliver - once paid did not want to engage at all . Asked for extra funds to finish their shoddy workmanship Got another builder to finish their job - it’s perfect now

I was initially impressed with sales pitch and that the company were in partnership with Energia and i was advised by sales person on initial meeting that customer service was great. Firstly I was given incorrect information regarding the length of time that the solar panels were under warranty and then my contract was incorrect so this had to be amended. The installation went okay and the guys were very pleasant, however, after they left, we noticed damage to soffit. They also only installed only half of the panels and we had paid the total amount. It took nearly 2 weeks before any email confirmation came back with a new installation date and still no one has taken any action and responded to my complaint on the damage. I do not recommend them.

Stay clear of this company, we were quoted for a number of different insulation incentives on our home, the initial cost was coming in at over 140k, the quote was completely incorrect from the technical assessment, this was in essence going to tear the house apart and the question I had was where do we live during this time? The revamped quote arrived at 85,000, this was of course downgrading from Air to Water to an Oil Boiler or a Gas Boiler, when the sales manager arrived at the house, he discussed this and took photos of some of the pipework in the house, we had a small section of gunbarrell and one of the joints attached to the cold water storage was rusted. We were then told the following day the whole house plumbing would need to be completely redone. This brought the quote up to 105.000. Needless to say we backed out. it seems to me that they charge extremely excessive for any work they perform. We had two subsequent plumbing contractors arrive at the house and they categorically stated the whole house does not need to be re plumbed, the only works required was the removal of the gunbarrell and the rusty joint. We also looked into new windows with an independent company, again way cheaper, same principle for external insulation and attic insulation, cheaper again, grants can still be applied for. Something is very dodgy about this company when we requested who were the contractors performing the works we were told we (House 2 Home) are the contractors, I specifically stated you are the project manager not the building works contractors, I was ignored after this point, it seemed they didn't want to tell me, some dodgy dealings going on here if you ask me.

Had house2home out before Christmas to replace a back boiler with a combi boiler. Was told by their agent miss Matthews that the pipe work would be gone from view, as in under the floor/tight to the wall going up to attic. Not going across the room. Installation was quick and they wanted 50% payment day before and rest on the day of install. We settled but pipe work still there. Still waiting for reply to remove pipework from view, and also waiting on BER report that hasn't come nearly 6 weeks later. Seems to me all they wanted was over 5k cash and don't care about after sale service. Very disappointed to say the least.

House2Home recently completed a home energy upgrade topping up my attic insulation from the original 100m to modern standards. I had filled out enquiry forms with many other companies over the last number of weeks and never received a reply but House2Home were quick to respond and arrange a survey. Since the initial enquiry, we've been well looked after by various company representatives during the different stages of the process. I received a full written transparent broken-down quote for my job including some extras we wanted including a small area of flooring for storage and a pull down attic stairs. House2Home was able to schedule work within a short period of time to allow us to enjoy the warmer house for the winter. The guys doing the installation did a very professional job and were very respectful, clean and efficient. The job was completed to an excellent standard, as attached in the photos, and they even cleaned up afterwards. I received a follow up call to check that I was happy with everything. Would highly recommend giving the guys a shout for your next home energy upgrade and allowing them the opportunity to quote and look at your job.

I was very impressed with House2home. They fitted a new boiler and new heating controls for me in less than one day. They turned up on time, were very courteous and professional, wearing masks and very helpful in explaining the new controls. They cleaned up after the work and the work is obviously done to very high standards. I will definitely be using this company again.

We had to replace our boiler recently in the middle of a pandemic and during the coldest weather of the winter. House2Home came to our rescue and had the new boiler installed in a matter of days. I was very impressed with all the staff who talked us through a virtual assessment process, installed the boiler and answered any questions we asked. They were efficient, polite, punctual and professional. I would happily recommend this company to anyone who needed their services. Thank you House2Home.

I was very pleased with level of service provided by House 2 home. We had a new gas boiler replacement. Their communication was excellent. Very impressed with the new boiler. The installation engineers were very professional and well capable. Very little disturbance around the house and they cleaned up when finished.

Recently had a boiler replacement via an Energia offer, and I am very happy with the service received from House2Home. Two young plumbers arrived (on time), wearing masks and in a few hours they replaced the boiler, removed a rad I don't use, fitted a Co2 alarm, cleaned up after themselves, and took away all the old equipment. Explained everything to me and handed over the manuals. Then on the same day the electrician took over to connect my Netatmo thermostat, in a similarly professional manner. All in all very happy, the new boiler heats the water faster, works much quieter than the old one and we did not have to spend only a few hours in a cold apartment.

House2home installed our new oil boiler, replaced all of our radiators and gave us a modern zoned heating system. They also did extensive dry lining in our house. They were efficient, professional and thorough. Their aftersales service is also excellent. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Highly recommended. Installed a new boiler, new water tank, attic insulation, porch roof insulation and and extension roof insulation. Service was excellent, installers were on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. After service was also excellent, minor radiator leak fixed same day. Also great to work with one sales person and one contact person in the office to finalise the work /payment/after care etc. Thanks Ben and Brian.

I got House2Home to insulate my attic. From the time I contacted them to the time the job was finished, their efficiency, professionalism, attention to detail and value for money was superb. They made the whole process very simple including looking after the grant application. They were in constant communication with me to set up the job, carry it out on time and afterwards to make sure everything had gone ok. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Excellent company.

We got a badly needed new boiler with House2Home-it's working beautifully and has really cut down on our heating bills. They organised all the grants etc for us and it worked out very good value. They are really thorough and they respond so fast, do follow up phone calls to make sure everything is working okay-top class VIP service. Next step solar panels and we are already set up so transition will be smooth for the integration. Really happy and warm!!

Very professional business with competitive prices, ‘I got 3 quotes’. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again when I need work done in the house. Just had a completely new heating system installed. Very pleasant plumbers and staff, took all rubbish away and cleaned up after themselves They give exact detail of your requirements, organise your grants and do all the work for you. Can’t go wrong with House2home, they’re like your project manager.

I wish I'd read the reviews before I signed up with this company. Like some others I used Energia to switch from oil to gas heating. The plumbers themselves were nice guys and quite efficient. Unfortunately they forgot to leave the RGII cert in the meter box when they left and it took three emails and several phone calls over the period of a week to get a copy! Initially it felt like the customer service guy didn't even believe me. Why would I lie about a missing cert?! Finally, a week later, we get a different plumber out to finish off the install (the customer service advisor who arranged that was actually really helpful.) Then, a day later we discover two of the radiators aren't working! I've sent an email but I expect yet again to have to chase and chase because the guy who's dealing with us doesn't seem to be all that interested in helping. Shouldn't have paid the balance until I was satisfied everything was working. I would never, ever recommend this company based solely on the customer service experience. Two stars for the actual plumbers, otherwise it'd be a one star rating based on the overall experience.

Had just moved into house with an old boiler system.Contacted House 2 Home and they promptly arranged for an engineer to come and assess the job.The Registered Gas Installers who fitted the new boiler were very efficient (finished within the day), very friendly and professional and cleaned up after the installation much to my satisfaction. Very happy with the quality of work. The boiler system is fantastic and has kept us toasty warm especially during the Beast from the East parts I and II! Very satisfied customer and happy to recommend.
