Had a great experience getting solar panels installed by Green House! We were provided with expert advice and very competitive pricing. Installation of 19 panels took only one day, electrician was done the day after. Paper works all completed swiftly. Efficient and friendly communication throughout the whole process. Highly recommended!

We wanted to use a local company for our Solar PV install. Green House clearly listened to exactly what we were trying to achieve by installing Solar and recommended the exact equipment and configuration to match this. The quality of the plumbing and electrical work was really excellent. The grant process was also seamless too. Based on our experience, we would highly recommend them.

I hate to leave a negative review of any company as I do think that most people out there are doing their best. I also think that anyone can have an 'off day.' Our underfloor heating system, installed twelve years ago by Greenhouse Renewal Energy , sprang a leak in the manifold. I called them and a gentleman took my details and told me that their engineer would be back to me. A week later, I called again and he took a second message having told me that he has passed the details on to the engineer. A week later during a third call I was advised that I should try calling a local plumber. I explained that I would prefer the installer of the system to come look at it and was told that the call-out would cost me €250. Since then, I have heard nothing! Very disappointing experience given that we were one of their early customers and would have recommended them to several people over the years.

Professional service from beginning to end. I was happy with all aspects of this company for my solar panel installation. Roofers and electrician were competent and professional- listened to the customer and explained everything. Office staff speedy to respond and made the whole process easy. Inverter set up and connection to internet was done quickly. I changed internet providers very shortly afterwards and this was no problem to re-set for me. I can recommend this company

Installed a 6.3 kwh system on my house with a 5.3 kw battery great job, very professional and system running smoothly. Have recommended them to a friend also who is looking at getting it done. Would recommend, only little gripe and not there fault was when the electric company came to install a smart meter and shut down the system the data logger lost its network connection, I am not sure if this always happens in a power failure or its because the whole system was shut down from the main esb meter. Might be something to look into or give a heads up to the customer that it can happen. Was able to fix it myself but someone with no knowledge of networking might struggle.

We can only speak in the highest possible terms of our experience in the involvement of Green House Renewables for the installation of solar panels in our residence. I couldn't recommend Green House highly enough. Anyone considering a solar panel install this is who you should go with. I had a terrbile experience with a company closing down the same week I paid a booking deposit so I was a bit scarred from this. From the outset Greenhouse were professional, friendly and experts in what they delivered. From the office team, to the on site consultant, roofing team and electricans they all knew what they were doing. The hardware and software installed is working great. They are also really competively priced and I know there are more expensive companies out there doing a lot less quality installations. Thanks for the great service and looking forward to further sustainability works in the future.

We just want to say a big thank you for all the perseverance and following up with SEAI that you did on our behalf following the installation and the inspection. I also have to say that any dealings I had with SEAI were friendly and courteous also. We are very pleased with the installation and performance of the solar PV system and look forward to what it will do on the long hot sunny days of summer! It was a pleasure to deal with Green House and I highly recommend them to anyone thinking about installing solar PV.

I had Green House install solar PV on my roof. They arrived on schedule. There was a slight delay- not their fault- but they kept me up to date with progress and everything was installed on time. Very neat work and all cleaned up before they left site. Great price and equipment. Would highly recommend them.

***UPDATE*** I have changed my rating from 1 to 5 stars. The company got in touch and carried out the repair swiftly and in a very professional manner. Communication was excellent and included a follow up. I will gladly use them again in the future. Thank you. ***END OF UPDATE*** Had an issues with solar panels and underfloor heating that have been installed by this company about 8 years ago. They were kind enough to diagnose the problems with both and issue quotation. But not kind enough to follow through with the repair. I was advised verbally on site that the underfloor heating has a leak on one of the valves and solars look like they have a leak too, but I will be issued an email detailing everything. I received the email with quotation for repairs and advice that the system be modernised instead of repaired. After requesting a quote to modernise I received very considerable quotation for replacement of the solars only, disregarding the underfloor heating issue. As I was not prepared to go ahead with installing brand new solars at this time I requested a quote for the repair of underfloor heating only. The site visit was in May and I’m still chasing it to this day. Too small of a job I assume. After lengthy exchange of emails trying to organise it the trail eventually went dead and nobody has a decency to get back to me. It’s quite disappointing since the product needing repair has been installed by the very own people. It’s fair to say the issue is probably due to lack of servicing, I’m a relatively new house owner that figured out who to call only after she became aware of the problem. Nevertheless, the expectation was the company that installed it would at least carry out the repair.

One of the best contractors I’ve dealt with in my 72 years. Very responsive from first contact until the job was done. Came on time, did what needed to be done very quickly and told me what I needed to know. Can’t recommend all of them highly enough. Tom Farrell

Everyone at Green-House is/was fantastic, from those in the office to everybody on site. The work is so meticulous, clean, and neat that you'd think we had solar power forever. Everyone was pleasant, informative, and proud of their work; they were always on time; and even worked during some rainfall with no complaints. We could not have been happier. And we have no reservations in recommending Green-House for all your green energy needs.

Team Greenhouse deserve 10 stars. If we could give them ten we would. The guys did a fantastic retrofit for new HP and PV array. Indeed they made a potentially disruptive install a dream! All the works done and dusted on schedule and exceptionally tidy. We are super pleased with the performance of the specification and they kept us informed 24/7. The systems are very easy to manage and overall we very much recommend Team G ! Thanks guys.

Had an installation three years ago which is now faulty. I have made at least 17 calls and both the owner Vinnie and the receptionist have given me the runaround for the last six weeks. Totally Unprofessional and definitely not interested in Customer Service. Be careful spending money with this company
