Used GoKonnect a few years ago for my house alarm and more recently for Solar Panels. Cant speak highly enough of this company. Easy to deal with, great sales guys who really know their stuff, top of the range products, quick efficient clean installations and great aftersales support on the rare occasions you need them. If you are looking for an alarm or panels go with these guys.....you will be very happy you did.

The whole process with the GoKonnect team was straightforward and well organised. We're already seeing the benefits and are grateful to Jamie, Kevin, Simon and all the team for all their hard work. We'd very much recommend them.

Just had solar panels installed by Gokonnect Solar. From start to finish it was a very professional hassle free job. Rob and his crew were brilliant . Full Support

Delighted I decided to go with GoKonnect. I started of with alarm and smart lock system and have now recently had a full solar system with batteries installed. Their solar school emails provided excellent information. Everyone in the team has been very supportive in assisting me in calibrating it to my needs. Tech support response has been fast and effective. Would happily recommend GoKonnect👍

Got a security alarm and cameras from GoKonnect and it is one of the best systems out there. It gave me great peace of mind when I'm away. The app works very well and the cameras are the best, never a false trigger and is able to distinguish person from an animal take a video clip and send it to your your phone. Thanks Rob and team for fitting a great system on my property.

Energy safe alternative

I decided to avail of their services after reviewing fellow competitors and got the full pkg of panels battery and invertor fitted with minimium fuss and in and out within 5 hrs very helpful all questions answered and queries after wards all sorted especially the APP on your phone Oliver Longford

After thinking about putting solar panels on my house for the last few years and deciding to do it, my next step was finding a suitable company. Researching countless companies online and getting different quotations, I had come across GoKonnect Solar who were the best fit to carry out the job by far. From the first phone call they were very professional. Robert came out to have a look at my house and gave me a quotation. A date was then arranged for the team to come and install the panels. The morning of install everyone arrived on time from the electricians to the roofers, it's very clear to see they have a good team to carry out the work. From then on everything has worked as promised and I am enjoying seeing my energy bills come down, and I am currently generating more electricity from my solar panels then I am using. My only regret is not doing it sooner.

Quick, tidy installation, good support.

Solar panels were installed in a day, very tidy work. A comms cable was faulty, and GoKonnect helped me find the problem and fix it myself. I got lots of support via email to allow me to charge the battery at night rate when I want to, or not when thrre is enough sunshine.

Disappointing

The customer service of this company is appalling. The email responses are poorly written and, moreover, rude and dismissive (as evidenced in the reply below). In my case, they did not install their equipment properly in the first instance but refused to take responsibility for this, instead passing on the cost of shoddy workmanship to the customer. Nothing worked properly right from the beginning of my contract and I reported this is a timely manner which, of course, they refuted.

Unresolved Issues, Unprofessional Attitude: Not Recommended

We received their services for many years; despite ongoing issues with the app, we were generally satisfied. However, after a recent device malfunction and no satisfactory solution, we decided to end our contract—something that can happen with any provider. To my surprise, their response was highly unprofessional, focusing on justifying their own costs and even bad-mouthing competitors instead of addressing our concerns. Rather than understanding of our experience, at the very least, the message was dismissive and critical of our expectations as customers. This response only confirmed that moving on was the right choice.

My wife and I had a GoKonnect security system installed a few days ago. We are so grateful for the incredible service and accommodation made by Owain and the GoKonnect team. They worked with us as our schedule was in flux, and when they came for the install they were so helpful and professional. We feel so much more secure knowing this system is in place! Thanks guys!

They know...Security. However

I usually shop around for a while before I buy or use any service. I stumbled on GoKonnect on instagram and kept it bookmarked. Eventually I decided to pull the trigger on a security system and seeing that other places were just not doing it for me, I settled on GoKonnect. They catered a system for me and I added a few features I wanted myself. I got a remote door lock which means I can open my door from anywhere in the world for people and lock it too. The reason why I gave 4 stars was my own mistake because I only got the door sensors fitted I wanted windows sensors too but they quoted me like 75€ each which, is a bit......you know. steep. There is a limit on the amount of uploads from your doorbell cam, and if the wind activates it it records. Now even though you delete the videos to keep the space (you are paying for) they still tell you, you are over the limit. This is annoying considering i delete the videos to keep the space that I am paying 5Euro for. Ahh well I will see down the line how this irons out. But all in all 3-4 stars does the job.

From the minute we get in touch with GoKonnect, it has be very pleasant, patient and welcome experience. Owain spent a long time on the call understanding our requirements and explaining in great details of each products and their feathers. He tailor few different options for us, very flexible. The engineer Vincent was very approachable and thoughtful how to install security system without making many holds in our new home. He suggested a better camera suit our needs and returned a week later did a flawless install of our outdoor camera. Their following customer care webinar with Simon was very helpful, we had all the information we need how to operate the system via our phone and desktop. We have use GoKonnect for a month now, so far we found it brilliant. Easy to operate, accurate and responsive. We are glad we choose GoKonnect look after our home.

The whole team at GoKonnect has been extremely friendly, helpful and professional. We had a first call so that they could understand our needs and the setup of the house and then we planned the installation for 4 days later. The person on the day explained everything already but even like this, we got another videoconference session to go through all settings and answer our questions. I cannot judge the products just yet but it is all well connected and easy to manage from your phone or the tablet that comes with it.

Great support and advice during all phases right from explaining product details up until installation and after care. Easy to reach and very responsive to answer any queries. I would recommend Gokonnect to anyone who would like a modern home security system.

Just installed it and I'm very happy with the service. They're not that company that asks your details 10 times - as soon as you start talking to them, every time you come back you can continue where you stopped and they know exactly what your demands are. The software is simple and yet powerful. The installation ran smoothly and everything was in place in a matter of an hour! I need to use it now for a while to be able to write a more comprehensive review, but until now they were absolutely perfect.

Recently purchased an alarm from Rob and his team. Still early days to give a review on the system but overall very happy with the simplicity and functionality. The assessment for your potential requirement is carried out over the phone and not in person and when it came to the installation we were short on what was required to cover the house but in fairness to Rob he covered it at no extra cost. Vincent the installer is a true professional and the overall customer experience is excellent. Highly recommend. Paul

I just wanted to say a big thank you for working through last couple of weeks. I know it was frustrating at times as we got some uncommon problems while fixing my outdoor cameras. I must congratulate and appreciate the technology expertise , professionalism and supreme customer service i received from GoKonnect team during last few weeks. great system, easy to install and great support from the GoKonnect team. This system is great the app is easy to use and so handy. The price for the system is not bad as well very good value for money. we really did research for a security system and this system stood out from the start.

GoKonnect’s home alarm system has been brilliant since installation, can’t fault it. It gives me peace of mind while away from home and also send real time notifications to my mobile of updates from my home. It’s smart features are brilliant and video analytics are incredible too. It really is the next level of alarm systems. What stands out for me though is the customer service, always at the end of a phone call/email and very responsive to my queries.

I recently changed from an outside monitored system to a GoKonnect self install and self monitored system and couldn't be happier. Right from the beginning with Nicole the process was easy, clear and very professional. The system was delivered the following day and installation was as easy as described. My door bell ringer wasn't compatible with the new doorbell camera and I used the WhatApp customer support feature and GoKonnect responded immediately and called out to fix the issue. Through no fault of GoKonnect there was an issue with my control box and again Rob and Jim couldn't do enough to rectify. The app is very easy to use and the online guide through both the app and desktop interface was excellent. I couldn't recommend GoKonnect highly enough and I look forward to working with them again in the future to add new features to my system.

Got my security system installed with them on February so waited few months to properly evaluate the service... Honestly speaking, their service is second to none... Installation was straightforward... Very smart security system. Robert has been very helpful with any issues that came up...Doorbell Camera is just amazing.. The button was stuck in the body so contacted Kyle and they sent me a new one immediately after receiving the old... Alarm.com is just great app in remotely controlling your home... If you want a really smart solution for home security and more, then these guys are your choice.. Customer service is great... In general, I am very happy with the service I got.. Good job guys.. Keep it up 👍

The guys are 100%, Rob and Jim are sound and very professional. Got the system installed within 2-3 hours, the guys explained and showed how the system works very very well. The alarm system itself is great and very smart. The cool thing about it is that its scalable, which means you can add more stuff to the system later in the future like adding extra cameras, lights or smart locks etc.... Btw the customer service is FANTASTIC and very helpful, got all my problems solved very very quick. Highly recommended Go Konnect, fantastic team and very smart security system.

I had my GoKonnect system installed yesterday by Jim and Vincent. I have to say, both were extremely professional and friendly. After one day, I am completely comfortable with the operation of the system. So easy to configure, customize and learn (by all members of my family!). In fact, I had a delivery to my home today whilst at work, received a notification to my phone and was able to talk to the delivery person on where to leave the package. Being in a rural area, I can't see myself without this system. Thanks also to Robert for supporting the installation and for the follow up call by Jim. I highly recommend this system to anyone looking to bring their home security into the 21st Century. Clever system, outstanding customer service, and after-sales support. We got a GoKonnect system installed in March 2018 and it's been a great peace of mind, being able to check in on the go and be reassured that everything is OK at home. The guys at GoKonnect have been outstanding from day one, from answering questions immediately and really taking the time to help get us set up on the system. The system itself is so intuitive and user-friendly, and there is always something new to make you think "that's clever".
