From start to finish, our experience with Encom has been nothing short of exceptional. We had our solar system installed on Oct/25,and after receiving several quotes from other companies, Encom stood head and shoulders above the rest. From the very first meeting, Neill absolutely impressed us with his preparation and expertise. Before even stepping inside, he had an incredibly detailed plan ready, complete with animations showing how our home would look with the panels and exactly why each placement was chosen. He walked us through our energy usage, presenting a clear, data-driven graph of the savings and returns we could expect, both immediately and throughout the year. No other installer even came close to this level of detail. While Encom wasn’t the cheapest quote we received, Neill’s professionalism and the confidence he inspired made the decision an easy one—and we couldn’t be happier. Installation day was flawless. The team arrived exactly on time, and one of the installers personally introduced the team, explaining each step of the process and even when the electrician would arrive and what his role would be. Their friendliness and professionalism were outstanding—it’s rare to see a team take such pride in both their work and their customer care. Within just a few hours, the system was fully installed! The electrician patiently showed us how to use the app, demonstrated how our system would operate, and even shared example setups so we could understand everything clearly. The ease and speed of the whole process was astonishing. Since the installation, we’ve been absolutely over the moon with our new solar system. On clear days, we’ve already seen our home—including washing machines and TVs—powered entirely from our own solar energy. And thanks to Anna, all the post-installation paperwork, including the G98 form, was handled seamlessly. She kept us updated every step of the way and even notified us as soon as NIE approved everything. Encom has delivered an unmatched experience—expert advice, flawless installation, proactive communication, and a system that’s already paying off. We wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to wholeheartedly, enthusiastically recommend Encom to anyone considering solar energy. They are simply the best.

Recently had solar panels and battery put in by Encom. I cannot recommend them enough. The installation was brilliant and the solar panel, battery and heating element for water is really making a difference. It should be said that the initial install of the Eddi system was faulty and Encom had it replaced quickly and all is working great. I personally want to thank Neill who took the time to explain the process what would happen and was always available for questions (probably to the point when I was contacting too much, but he had the patience to answer all my questions) Also should say I was under the misconception that it had to be a bright sunny day to get adequate solar power - this is not true - even on cloudy days we still generate enough to power our house - for the most part. If you are thinking of solar look no further - great company, great products and brilliant customer service.

Amazing team

Amazing team at Encom who made the process so easy, even though it was a challenging project. There were a few spanners with our domestic project being 3-phase and having a large battery system. But you can tell how good a company is by how they respond to those challenges. Encom were great and put our mind at ease at each step. For any problem, there was a solution. Shoutout to Max who was great to deal with!

So-So

The product is great, the responsiveness to issues and queries not so great. Our battery was installed on a Saturday morning 2 days after we moved in: I sense to accommodate us which was great. Unfortunately something went wrong during the installation and it took 2 weeks before it was rectified despite emails and calls to Encom every other day.

Domestic Solar Panel installation - Look no further!

Challenged with choosing the right Solar PV company I stumbled across Encom and I'm so glad i did. The whole process from quoting to installation and activisation could not have ran smoother. Neil in sales was very accommodating explaining the whole process and savings thoroughly. The installation ran like clockwork with both the panels fitters on the roof and system installers in the garage working efficiently and tidily. I have since recommended Encom to a relative who also can't fault the process.
