Had a home EV charger installed and from initial quote request, Peter stood out immediately as highly knowledgeable - he was one of the very few electricians who proactively suggested including a load balancer in the setup and he patiently and thoroughly explained everything to me over the phone. He also recommended a specific charger model that aligned perfectly with positive customer reviews I had seen online. He was so understanding and reassuring on the phone, talked me through how to make it safe and offered to come by the next day to fix it all for me. I originally contacted Peter to look at a serious issues I was having with some of my lights both upstairs and downstairs. He was very quick to respond, identify and rectify the problem. Because of his professionalism and extremely high quality of work, I also got him to install an EV home charger. Fabulous electrician! Installed my EV charger quickly. An absolute professional - Peter spotted important safety issues that others missed. Brilliant customer service - calls are returned on the same day, accessible my email & text message. On the ball in relation to everything needed for the SEAI grant. AND Peter gave great advice to us on the cheapest electricity company to switch to if you have an EV (which isn’t that easy to figure out, despite Bonkers.ie etc - they don’t really account for EV use yet in their calculations). So he’s saved us lots of money too 😁. A pleasure to deal with!

Peter from eGen Electrcal did 3 jobs for us in our house. Lights in our kitchen and living room and he also fixed immersion in the water tank. He is very professional with a can do attitude. It was easy to communicate with him as he always responded promptly to our queries. Quotes received from him were very transparent and price seemed like a fair value for the scope of work.
