Stephen who you could not meet nicer came to have a look, himself & Davie arrived the next morning (Saturday) and had my hob+oven wired up in no time. Top professional service here and will call upon them again if and when needed.

I lost power with no other neighbours reporting issues so I called Connex who were really helpful giving me comfort they'd be here as soon as possible. I however found out just after the call that it was my suppliers issue and could be without power for 3 days I messaged Stephen at Connex to apologise and explain I now didn't need him to come round, Stephen was so nice and continued to be helpful offering a generator or suggesting battery pack even telling me where I might be able to find one, although I didn't physically use their services it was an absolute pleasure to deal with them and he really wanted to do everything he could to help. Thank you so much will definitely recommend and keep their number as I wouldn't hesitate to use them in future

Stephen is local (always a plus), affable, flexible and reasonable when it comes to costs and billing. He is also young and enthusiastic about achieving increased certification via advanced training.
