Excellent service and after care

Clover installed my (6.2 kwp) system in May 2023. The installation was done incredibly neatly and efficiently. The guys started at 7:00 AM and were finished by 3:00PM. System is working perfectly (I haven't paid for electricity since). Two and a half years after the system was installed, I contacted them because a rattle developed in one of the panels. Marc came and implemented a temporary solution, before returning a month later and effecting a permanent fix. I highly recommend Clover Energy systems.

We have our solar system installed by the team two years ago and till now still are very happy with it. Such a professional work, neatly done to a very high standard. We had some other inquiries and issues post installation but were always attended quickly and resolved.

Great service. The guys at Clover listened to what I was looking for in relation to my new solar system. They provided me with appropriate answers and discussed any alternatives relevant to this project. They only closed the project once they ensured I was happy with the new system set up (which I am more than happy). Support provided during this process was second to none. I Strongly recommend Clover Energy services. 2025 UPDATE - I decided to give my home a solar upgrade, and who did I call? Clover Energy, of course! They reaffirmed my previous glowing review. Their electricians and roofers are like the Avengers of the solar world - super professional and incredibly attentive to customer needs/requests/questions. They went above and beyond to make sure I was thrilled with the upgrades and now I’m all in on solar. Honestly, if you’re thinking about solar upgrades to your home, Clover Energy is the way to go!

We recently installed a Solar system with Clover Energy Systems. The process was seamless, efficient and completed on time. Cannot speak highly enough of Clover Energy. From the first site visit from Kris where he didn't try and sell anything, just listened to me and give me honest feedback, to then dealing with Jude in the office and then the lads who came to install like Josh, Clover have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Kris talked me through all the options and what would be best of my needs, Jude was very helpful organising a installation date and Josh went above and beyond on a tricky install and was very patient with me when I was asking a lot of practical questions about the app and running the system. They showed up when they said they would, got the work done in the time frame they said they would, the installation was nice and tidy and left the place spotless after them.

It is as my wife who said to me, having had Clover Energy Systems fit a 12 panel PV and battery solution to our detached house in South Belfast. “It is a joy to know that the work you just have done was completed by a team of highly skilled professionals.” Whether it was Darrell through the initial contact and design process on what not a straightforward roof hampered by several skylights, or Josh with his team of electricians or Mark and the roofers fitting the panels, I always felt my interests as the customer were uppermost in their approach. Inevitably with any building project decisions had to be made on the day where unknown factors had to be catered for. These were all fully discussed, and advice was provided by the to ensure the best outcome. The work was completed to a very high standard and my new renewable energy solution is running to perfection (thanks to the marvellous weather we are currently enjoying). Based on my dealings, I can only give Clover Energy Systems, my highest recommendation. A Great Job, well done.

I got Clover Energy Systems to install a 6.7kWp solar PV array (QCell), inverter (Solis), 2.4kW battery (PylonTech), hot water diverter (Eddi), EV charger (Zappi v2), monitoring hub (last 3 devices from MyEnergi). They are a friendly, down to earth, honest, professional team and I would 100% recommend them. ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️ There's no hard sell, just clear, patient advice with the aim to get best value for investment. Post-installation queries also dealt with in the same friendly, competent way. I have no personal affiliation with the Clover team, just a happy customer. \/\/\/\/ Sept. 2022 update - I needed help from Darrell with an self-instigated issue with my solar battery system, and as is typical, he was quick to respond and provide specific guidance to resolve the issue, even if he wasn't obligated to. This fella deserves a Nobel prize! Mucho kudos.

Very poor after sales

Installation was great, all ran smoothly and they worked very neat and tidy. Unfortunately after sales has been consistently below par. We’ve had several issues with the system and contacted clover many times and rarely get a quick response. We’ve even offered to pay for servicing as now neither the Eddi nor the Battery work. We have been left with no option but to contact another company to help us get our system back up and running. The app hasn’t worked properly for years and we were promised someone would drop by but they never did. V frustrating.

We are extremely happy with our solar…

We are extremely happy with our solar PV install from Clover Energy Systems. Everything ran smoothly from the first meeting with their sales engineer to getting the system installed. Clover also did all the paperwork for the grant and arranged for the BER rating inspection and this was covered in the price. Looking at the figures we have generated enough credit from selling back to the grid to cover the cost of any power we will need to buy during the winter. Both my wife and I would be very happy to recommend Clover to anyone wishing to get solar PV installed.

Just got my installation yesterday. The 4 lads done a fantastic job. They landed at 8.25am and lwft at 6pm and 8 pm. Their work and attention to detail was EXCELLENT. I am like a child all day using the app seeing what power I am sending to my battery and what power I am using. I would have NO PROBLEM RECOMMENDING CLOVER ENERGY SYSTEMS.

Still to this day I could give them a call and get a quick and helpful response. I cant recommend this company enough. I nearly look forward the the electricity bill, to be honest its well in credit, wont be paying a bill till 2026 at this rate. We got a EV in 2023 and run it for nothing from late March till mid October. Solar powered driving. I could go on, but if you want energy independence, then give Clover Energy Systems a call. Outstanding Solar Panel Installation Experience! I recently had solar panels installed at my home, by Clover energy systems and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and well-organized. The installation team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the job faster than I expected without cutting any corners. They were polite, respectful of my property, and left everything spotless once they were done. The quality of the panels and the workmanship is top-notch, and the system has already started to significantly reduce my energy bills. What I appreciated most was the clear communication throughout the project. Every step was explained to me, and the company made sure I understood how the system works and how to monitor my energy savings. What an excellent experience from Clover

What an excellent experience from Clover, from initial contact with Tim for the quote for solar and batteries, through to the roof fitting team Robert and James, electricians Cillian and Caolan and aftercare with Jude, Darrell and Peter , fantastic. I can highly recommend Clover Energy. We did have a minor issue with the battery calibration but that was followed up quickly and efficiently within 24 hours and resolved with the manufacturer Giv Energy. Quality of the electrical install is superb and the panel fitment is fantastic with particular focus on asthetics. Thanks Clover !

I asked several companies about going solar with a terracotta roof. Clover should me videos of an integrated system which looks well aesthetically and I decided to go with them. My whole experience from sales, roofers, electricians, technical support and office administration was first class. The whole team couldn’t have been more helpful. Great service, amazing after care

The service, pricing and product were all top class but what set Clover above others is the after care. When we had quite a bad storm and were concerned that the solar panels were at risk during bad weather, Clover sent out some of their team to examine the installation and to fit new security bolts to the panels and their mounts to increase their ability to withstand bad weather. Brilliant service.

The team from Clover energy arrived on time as arranged. All the team members were very professional and answered all questions no matter how silly. The install was done as discussed. The install team worked in a professional manner all day without taking any breaks. Josh and Rob were onsite until 2030 hrs and did not leave until all was up to standard. They are a credit to the company. I have no reservations about recommending Clover Energy and will definitely use then in the future to upgrade or extend my system. Very happy

Over 4 years later we are sill impresse.

Well my Solar PV installation was done in July 2019. So after 4 plus years, do I have any regrets. Absolutely none. It has been without doubt the best home improvement project we have ever done. Even after 4 years Clover is still happy to help when I have another question. They are a no nonsense sound bunch of pros to talk to if you are thinking of getting Solar. And yes Solar Works in Ireland.

Excellent service I would highly recommend this company for their great service and brilliant aftercare service. They also come highly recommended on the Facebook solar PV page by many other happy customers because of the great service they offer at reasonable prices. Always do your research and go with a company like clover that are highly recommended.

Clover Energy Systems installed our PV Solar system (7.11kwp panels, 5kw inverter and 9.5 khw battery) in early May. From start to finish the Clover team were excellent. The installers came to install the panels and electrical gear in the morning and had it up and running by the afternoon. They were extremely competent and very tidy. They did a great job. The system has been working flawlessly ever since. Our electricity bills were in negative numbers for the summer months and even now are well down on previous years. I would recommend Clover Energy Systems and the GivEnergy system that we had installed.

The best decision we made

The best decision we made. The installation went clean and fast. The service is First Class and their strength is on feedback and customer service. They deliver what they promise. Great thing is with the installation are the extra smart devices that you can trace and read in your home or on your mobile phone where ever you are. Well done Clover 👍🏼👍🏼 you are worth the 5 stars

Clover Energy Systems Solar Panels Ireland just install a solar system in my house. These guy are 110% sound, very professional from day one I met Niell to finished, no hidden cost, answers as many questions I ask. They use lift rather than scaffolding or ladder. More efficiently and safe. I recommend these crowds.

Clover fit us out wit solar and I would have no problem recommending them. Initial assessment to install was fast. A couple of visits were necessary and on each occasion they were out to help very quickly. Customer Service is excellent.

Picked Clover and Darryl as they show location as Balbriggan which is nearby. Installation went well. Darryl is a pleasure to deal with. System working even better than expected. The rise in electricity prices being, paradoxically, a boon for us, as we are generating, and selling, more than we are using-in the Summer. Next winter will tell a tale. But happy with the investment.

From initial quotation (I got loads) to site inspection and installation, dealing with Clover has been great. My system was installed in early May. It's a 16 panel system with a 5 kW battery, with E/W orientation. The guys arrived at 7:30AM and were done and dusted by 3:00PM. Very neat job, the electricians and roofers were thoroughly professional, especially neat with regard to cable runs etc. The system has exceeded my expectation in terms of performance. I highly recommend Clover. They quote a fair price, and provide an excellent service.

Got a recommendation for Clover from a friend, was very happy with the customer service. There was a few delays with the installation but these issues were out of Darrell’s hands. Tidy work , a few small technical/teething issues after the installation but they were sorted ASAP. Karen in the office is also very good to deal with and is prompt with replying to any queries and questions. The system is up and running a few months now and no issues. Highly recommend them.

Professional company with competitive prices Our installation went smoothly, was completed to a high standard and met our specific needs. Would definitely recommend Clover Energy.

Good communications before, during and after the installation and I'm very happy with the system. System was installed on the date agreed, with no delays, and Darrell keep me up to date with progress at all stages. Good follow up services as well when the battery unit failed, due to a factory defect.

For anyone considering installing solar panels on a house I would highly recommend Clover energy. Darrell has been great throughout the process offering friendly, honest advice and support from our initial meeting and survey through to the actual commissioning and post install questions. With the challenge of lockdowns there has been a lot of scheduling and rescheduling to get us to the actual installation and Darrell was honest enough to use these delays to improve efficiency of our array as new panels became available during the wait. The installation teams (Sean and Leo) are discrete, polite and tidy. We are delighted with our solar setup and are happy to recommend Clover.

Excellent customer service start to finish. Darryl was a pleasure to deal with, no bs with him. I tried about twenty different companies and clover are miles ahead of the rest . All the equipment he uses is top quality and all installed in one day. System is working slightly better than estimates I got. Best investment in my home in my opinion . Ber from d1 to b3 .
