A1 Energy Solutions have been top class from design, installation and set up to ongoing service and engagement. We have an array of 17x480w PV panels with a Huawei 10kW battery system. Rang up A1 energy solutions today about a service/repair on my solar thermal which has recently dropped pressure. I was informed that they were not willing to do the service because they are too busy and it wasn’t installed by them yet on their website it says: “Recently we’ve seen a distinct rise in requests for us to investigate other installers work. We are more than happy to help clients whose original installers cannot be contacted for whatever reason. We will assess any problems and advise how any faulty systems can be fixed to maximise their potential.” The service that you have listed on your website looks very thorough and if there was an issue with the system then your service should spot it yet you are unwilling to even come and look. Very disappointed.

Advising customers with Kingspan solar panels that service every 2 years is enough is not a good practice as it voids the warranty. Just got mine voided.

I recently contracted A1 Energy Solutions to install PV panels on my house. The team arrived on the appointed day and had the installation ( 14 Panels ) completed by mid afternoon. I moved house recently and was at a loss as to how my heating system worked including the solar panels. The team (Conor, Paddy, Roy) were relentless in their attempt to resolve my multiple issues, including trying to communicate in German to the original supplier! The attention to detail in terms of ensuring everything was operational, explaining to me how the system worked, and putting in place several layers of safety in their configuration illustrates the pride they take in completing their work to the highest standard. I had a solar system installed a few years ago by a firm which went out of business shortly afterwards. The system stopped working recently and I contacted A1 Energy Solutions. They did an excellent job and soon had it working again. Conor and Paddy are very pleasant to deal with and know what they are doing. I am just sorry that I wasn't aware of them before I had my system put in.
