I would highly recommend JMG Solar solutions if your thinking of getting Solar Panels or an EV charger installed in your home or business. Couldn't be happier with their professional approach & service. From when I first contacted JMG, to completing my installation every aspect of the fitout was provided with out any issues. Both James & Jason explained very well how the system worked prior to finishing. Any after service questions I had were never an issue also, which to me means alot when dealing with any company.

We would highly recommend James and Jason, from our initial enquiry they were very prompt, highly professional with a very friendly manner. They were very fast in replying to any queries we had and were very obliging with any after care questions we had .

I would very highly recommend JMG Solar Solutions, we recently had solar panels fitted by them. Jason, James and their team arrived in the morning and by evening job was completed and up and running and most importantly the place was spotless after them a great tidy up, definitely a five star company, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Excellent company to deal with. James and Jason installed my solar panels and ev charger. Ev charger had to be installed at very short notice and they helped me out big time. I highly recommend them for their expertise and professionalism. Also they are local and easy to contact.

Couldn't recommend JMG enough. Jason and James are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. They have a very reasonable lead in time, and even came in under their lead in estimate. The job itself was super clean and efficient. They even moved roof vents to make sure the panel placement was as uniform and aesthetic as possible. In short, they showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently and did an excellent job. We've already recommended them to my Wife's parents. So I scored a few points with the in-laws to boot! 😁

Outstanding local service — Waterford-based and easy to reach. James & Jason installed exactly the inverter and panels I wanted in June 2025, designed a neat layout for a tricky roof, and handled the ESB Networks export paperwork early. Two months later our first bill was –€206 thanks to microgeneration (see photos). The system’s been rock solid, and they future-proofed it — it’s battery-ready, so adding storage later will be simple. Tidy workmanship and clear communication. If you’re on the fence, go with this team — the results speak for themselves.

I can recommend JMG Solar for good value, efficient, informative and friendly domestic solar installations. I contacted a few others and all I got was uninformed salesmen calling, more intent on securing a commission than giving an informed value for money quotation. With JMG you got the main man (James) coming to give you the quotation - no middle men, no sales commission. I was very happy with his quote and gave him the go ahead almost immediately. He gave me a date at short notice because he had a cancellation. This did not allow me to process the full payment of the required deposit before the installation date but he went ahead anyway. I was very surprised that a gentleman's agreement still has some value in this day and age. He arrived on the agreed date at 8:00 a.m. with his business partner Jason and a roofing team. I was impressed from the get go with how efficiently they worked. Each knew his role and just got on with the job. Any problems or challenges that arise were solved. They did not choose the easy option to solve problems but worked to find a solution that was minimally intrusive on the aesthetic of our home. We had initially agreed on a 14 panel installation but after starting it was found that we had room for 16. We were given the option of adding the two extra panels at the cost price of the panels. We opted for this. The two extra panels were delivered within the hour. All work was completed by 5:00 p.m. and we were producing power. They were meticulous in cleaning the site and showing us how to monitor the system. If you are considering installing solar panels contact JMG before you make a final decision. You won't regret it.

I recently had solar panels installed by Jason and James, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they were very helpful and professional. They guided me through the entire process, answering all my questions even with the grant process ,ensuring everything went smoothly. I'm very pleased and even happier to see my bills come down hugely too 🙌. I’m also enjoying watching the app on what electrics are using energy and how much energy is created and being stored in my battery. I feel over time I can get the bill down to a quarter or less of what I was paying. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service. Everything explained from start to finish before work started and again during work if required.No question was a "stupid" question! As Jason would say "your spending you hard earned money, so you are entitled to know exactly on what and why" Very neat and tidy. When they left there was very little clean up.. Never felt like we were pushed into getting what was not needed, infact the opposite. I would highly recommend JMG to anyone looking to get solar installed. Top service.
