The best in after sales service unlike most companies that don't really care about their customers once the sale is through.

We had 16 solar panels and a 5kw…

We had 16 solar panels and a 5kw battery installed by Energy Upgrade three weeks ago. We had received various quotes but the sales representative Cian was excellent. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He went through the whole process with us and explained features, costs etc. The price was also very competitive and a big plus was that the company looked after the BER cert and SEAI grant forms. The installation was within the month and the installation team was excellent. A big thanks to Niall and all the team who fitted the panels. The electrician Stephen was very thorough and efficient. We are very happy with the system and look forward to seeing the savings on our bill.

Had Stephen and the rest of the lads out to sort out my parents’ boiler that they’d been having trouble with for a long time. They did an excellent job and for a very reasonable price as well. Would highly recommend!

So if you want peace of mind, go with someone else. After promising me service for 3 months they suddenly denied saying they don’t provide yearly service

I had Jamie out today to sort out my noisy pump which I had complained about..he did not rest until he found the problem which was a small drip in a toilet systern..nothing at all to do with the installation of my new boiler.. To say im delighted is an understatement. Jamie sorted it all out and explained it all very well to me.. I'd like to thank Jamie katie finn and all the crew for solving this problem for me And listening to me panicking over de last while...thanks again from one very happy customer Kindest regards Joan.

If I could give 10 stars I would. From dealing with Ciara in the office to James and Jamie who carried out the works in my grandmothers house has been a dream and looked after my elderly grandmother with such care. We were delighted with everything and even more surprised that the cleaned up everything and took away all the rubbish, was like they were never there. So professional thanks guys will definitely recommend 👌🏻

Had boiler work done by the Lads recently, very neat and clean workers and a very competitive price, if needed we would happily use them again.

Top quality job carried out by the guys at energy upgrade. It was an awkward job to begin with but the guys got it completed in a day for me, even stayed on a bit later so I’d have hot water for the morning. I really recommend you get in touch with the guys for your boiler upgrade as they are top quality engineers and genuinely nice lads to talk to, they explained all aspects of how the system works and I was really nice that they cared to do that as a lot of heating engineers I’ve dealt with in the past don’t care how they leave they just go in and go out. Really happy with these guys and will only use them going forward💯💯

Stephen and Kieran were fantastic and did a great job at install, they were on time and completed the job in the described timeframe. They set up the boiler as described in the quote and took time to explain the new set up clearly upon completion.

Solar PV Energy Upgrade

We had Cian with us a few weeks ago for a site assessment for Solar PV Panels, he took the time to sit with us on everything from inverters to batteries and what suited our needs best. The whole process was seamless and the install crew were fantastic on the day & the system was already running by the end of the same day. Have nothing but good things to say about this company. If you are looking at getting Solar PV, I recommend you do so with these guys

I had Energy Upgrade out to our home for a full replumb. As we were renting at the time, we needed to move in as quickly as possible — and the team went above and beyond, staying late every night to get the job done. I can’t thank James, Jamie, and Finn enough for the incredible work they did, including relocating our boiler up into the attic. Working with Stephen and Mark in the office to make it all happen was just as impressive. From start to finish, the whole experience was seamless. This company is by far the best I’ve worked with in the trade industry to date.

Highly Recommend!

Our boiler and water tank were old, and having issues, and needed to be replaced. When we called, we spoke with Ciara, who was exceptionally helpful in arranging for someone to come out and helped us with any queries we had. We ended up needing to postpone the replacement and again, Ciara was very helpful in changing the date. Stephen and Paul came out to us on the 11th of July. They were very helpful, and willing to answer any questions we had. Finn arrived later that day to help finish off the job. The lads did an amazing job, were very friendly and nice to speak with, and even made sure the house was tidy when they left. I'd highly recommend Energy Upgrade to anyone in need of a boiler replacement

If you are using this company to get a boiler installed, good luck getting it serviced next year. Were quick and efficient organising a boiler service which was subsequently cancelled the day before. Was promised a call back to rearrange which never happened. When I contacted them a month later, I was advised to go elsewhere because they were too busy. Terrible customer service and I would be very wary of their customer support.

If you're getting a boiler fitted, good luck getting it serviced next year. Too busy fitting new boilers it appears. Were great at organising a service but phoned me the day before to cancel. When I followed up a month later they told me to go elsewhere.

We all know how hard it is to find "good" people who know what they are doing, are reliable, are trustworthy and don't absolutely fleece you - EnergyUpgrade are amazing and I will tell absolutely everyone about them. Fantastic Experience

It was fantastic getting the New Gas Boiler installed and should have done it long ago. The initial arrangements were dealt with Katie over the phone and was very helpful with all my queries and got Steven for the further process. Steven is an absolutely fantastic person as he explained every minute details about our queries and the long term benefits of installing the New Boiler and has tons of knowledge about his craft and the dedication towards it is paramount with passion.We straight away decided without any second thought to go for the New Boiler and Steven arranged and explained every detail about the job and also gave free services for some work which was really appreciable and important for us. On the day of installation James and Harry arrived exactly on time and carried out the work very professionally and both showed lots of passion and dedication towards the job .Everything was done with perfection and very neat.James explained everything he job done is fantastic and without any second thought would recommend anyone looking for a perfect installation experience.

Gas Boiler Upgrade

We met with Stephen a few weeks ago and following on from his recommendation we got Energy Upgrade to supply and install a new gas boiler. We had out boiler replaced with a combi boiler. All installed very tidily,in and out in two days. The company responded very quickly to the few small issues we had,and we were left very happy all round with the whole process

The Best Professionals In The Business

I had a really bad broken boiler/water damage problem. Got five different quotes from five different companies.
