I bought a domestic wood pellet boiler and it really never worked properly. I spent weeks every winter without heating. Very unhelpful repairs dept. If there's one thing that annoys me more than their incompetence it's their attempts to waffle and bluster their way out of taking any responsibility. They have recently wriggled out of the domestic heating market to focus on commercial heating. Beware of their promises!
