Compliments to the Sunstream team for the recent installation on our house 1 month ago. Start to finish the communication was spot on. We’re very happy with the installation. Sunstry optimised the number of panels to fit the roof shape so as to optimise PV generation from the system. Install from panel installation to electrical hookup was very tidy start to finish. I would recommend Sunstream as an installer.

I recently had solar panels installed by Sunstream Energy and couldn't be happier with the service. Before committing, I did a lot of research and had countless questions Elizabeth and Gene were incredibly generous with their time, answering everything thoroughly and never making me feel rushed. My house isn't a straightforward layout, but their attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding. They visited three times to make sure the proposed plan worked for me, and the workmanship throughout was excellent. A special mention to Michael, the electrician - his work was outstanding. The electrical install was done to an exceptionally high standard and so neat and tidy. I'm very particular when it comes to finishes, and I was genuinely delighted with the result. I highly recommend Sunstream to anyone considering solar. Their customer care and quality of work are second to none.

I was very satisfied with my Sunstream experience. All the staff were pleasant, helpful and very efficient. It was great that the men putting up the panels and the electricians came punctually and on the day that was arranged.

The whole process was smooth and efficient. The fitting of the panels was finished very neatly and the follow up work from the electricians was of the highest calibre. There was as teething problem which turned out to be caused to an ore existing situation which couldn’t have been predicted. Gene got on top of this and made sure that it was resolved very quickly. Elisabeth in the office was top class with the grant application and providing the admin support. Overall we’re very pleased with the product and the service, and happily give our strongest recommendation to anyone considering dealing with Sunstream to get new Solar Panels. You won’t be sorry.
