Graham provided an excellent and friendly service. Graham was on time exactly with a friendly attitude. Very clean around the house and friendly to talk to. The process of booking was extremely easy and the turn around time from requesting the service to getting the appointment was within 24 hours. Makes a massive difference to have a professional like Graham in your house, his professionalism put us at ease that our hearing system is winter ready.

Graham from MSM recently serviced our air to water heatpump & heat recovery system. He did a very thorough job, spent time showing us how to utilise the system better and fixed a few issues we were having.
