The process of booking was extremely easy and the turn around time from requesting the service to getting the appointment was within 24 hours. Makes a massive difference to have a professional like Graham in your house, his professionalism put us at ease that our hearing system is winter ready.

Graham from MSM recently serviced our air to water heatpump & heat recovery system. He did a very thorough job, spent time showing us how to utilise the system better and fixed a few issues we were having.
