Mauro and his team recently completed a number of electrical works for us, wiring of new built in units, light fittings, new sockets etc. They did an excellent job, were very clean and tidy workers and nothing was a bother to them. He came out and changed the tails in my fuse board so the ESB could connect them into their meter, and then came back quickly to certify the job. This was the first time we worked with Mal Property Maintenance, we gutted and refurbished a derelict building in Dun Laoghaire, from the start of meeting Mauro and telling him what we wanted I knew immediately we were in good hands. Mauro looked after the complete re wire of the property, this project was quite complicated and difficult but the calm nature of him and his team was a real stand out feature of the works, Mauro and his team were extremely professional, clean and a pleasure to work alongside, I have worked with a lot of contractors but in terms of electrical contractors I think these guys are top of their field, we will most certainly want them with us on our next projects.
