Kfm plumbing and heating

Messaged Keith on a Sunday in relation having no water pressure in the taps in our Apartment. He was able to pop out the Monday afternoon to have a look, he quickly realised that the pump had packed it in after 11 years in the property and that we would most likely need a new one. He explained that it can be restored (discovered that it looked like it already had been after it was disconnected) but that can take days or weeks, also explained that the model we had was a decent one and would be good to go with the same one again or if needed a cheaper one would do the job . By Tuesday 11am the new pump was fitted and working and work was done nice and tidy. He explained certain things about the pump and gave the warranty for it etc. Very pleasant to deal with and would highly recommend. Also have a TRV valve replacement and Boiler service lined up soon.

We've had a number of issues with the heating recently and twice Keith has come out within the hour. We really appreciated Keith coming out on a Sunday afternoon when we had a burst pipe. As usual he was efficient and explained everything and the issue was sorted within minutes. A gent to deal with and he is coming back to do a larger job. If only every tradesman was as efficient as Keith.

Needed 4 radiators removed and replaced. KKplumbing were the most competitive quote out of many. Keith always responded to my calls and texts in a timely manner. He and Andy arrived when they said they would, did the job to my satisfaction and were very decent to deal with. Highly recommended.

Lost all water to our home and KK plumbing were out to me straight away. Very upfront and transparent with the call out price, which is always appreciated. Although the water issue, was a simple fix, they still checked our supply and pressure before leaving. Lovely to deal with and I would highly recommend 👍
